This is by far the best Starbucks for customer service. Even the new employees are super helpful and chatty (but can work and talk at the same time). They just have such a great sense of teamwork there. Bravo to Management!

This is NOT the first time I have visited this location and my drinks are not even close to full. I mean like, a full almost 2 inches from the top. When Im paying $5+ for a 16oz coffee, getting only 8-10oz is not what Im paying for. Definitely going to drive out of my way from on to go to a different location.

This is my home home starbucks (home starbucks being the one next to work where I visit the most. More times than not, the latte is especially burnt tasting at this location. That said, I stick with their food. I love the grilled cheese! My second choice is the sausage sandwich which I have showcased today.

Worst Starbucks in our area. I eat Starbucks for breakfast on the daily and everytime I’ve been here I seem to have a bad experience: drink made wrong/ tastes different, food items frequently sold out, barista with an attitude, I won’t go here again after my 5th bad experience you’d think I would have learned my lesson.

A great little location with friendly staff. I was able to place an order for 10+ drinks and they were fast and accurate on my order. One of the drinks was even the invention of a staff member, which turned out to be really good!

I like this Starbucks. Just the drinks aren’t always what you order. And when you’re going to work, that’s a real disappointment. This was my experience today. Had to pour it out after tasting it. And for a Starbucks coffee, that’s pretty rough.

To me its one of the quieter locations even though Ive seen it become a madhouse but its more peaceful than most others. Super friendly staff as well.

This use to be a great Starbucks, but the massive turnover (90%) in both the staff and management has caused this Starbucks to become far from great. It use to only take 5 - 8 minutes to get through the drive-thru at 6:30am and now it’s upwards of 15 minutes (sometimes 20) and my coffee has tasted burnt the past few weeks. Plus, on numerous occasions the staff at the window have been rude. Wondering if the change in taste of coffee can be attributed to the new espresso machines?Quite a few times in the past few weeks I’ve ditched the line and went to a different local coffee shop, resulting in smaller lines and friendlier staff. Such a shame, because I use to really enjoy frequenting this location!

This must be a training facility. Competent staff are few and far between. I just paid for a latte and walked out with nothing twenty minutes later. Used to be a really good store but things have changed.

Asked for a simple pike place drip coffee. Had to wait for someone to order 12 drinks in front of me. I got my coffee cold, went back in to get it remade and it was still cold. I don’t care how many drinks you have to make before me, wait and then pour my coffee.

My family stopped in this location and hung out for a while on a Saturday evening. We had a nice time. Everything was on point.Bathrooms were good.This location is in a parking lot :)

Great service! If you love Starbucks this is the best one to go to. Personally I’m not a diehard Starbucks-coffee-lover but it’s decent here; they usually do a pretty good job. Mistakes are made sometimes with my order, but nothing too major. The staff, however are stellar when it comes to customer service! I give them a 5* and the coffee a 4* but again it’s a great shop for being a Starbucks.

I have been stopping at this Starbucks on my way to work every morning for almost 3 years. Lately I have noticed all new people and things have changed. My coffee has tasted burnt, my breakfast sandwich’s have been burnt and when I go for my afternoon tea I usually have to bring it back because it’s not right.

I hate to do this but has there ever been a slower Starbucks? Its right around the corner from my house so I have kept going back. I dont want to sound like an impatient American but there is a huge difference between this Starbucks and the hundreds of others I have been to. Its not out of the ordinary to wait 20-30 minutes for your drink here even without much of a line in the store. Its wild, not sure what the issue is. Most people get drinks out of the order in which they came in even if it is the same type of drink. Wild.

They were helpful as I was a rookie at using the Starbucks card/rewards. Took the extra time to do so despite the morning rush!

Its really sad how slow this Starbucks is. I used to work at Starbucks, and I watch the baristas here and I feel like they dont have a good process or something to stay efficient.

The staff here are really nice but too many people know about this place. The staff gets 5 stars but the civil engineer that designed the parking lot gets one star. Seriously 15 minute wait to just leave. Dont go if you are in a hurry.

Service is perfect! I go here a couple times a week and they’re always quick and accurate.Gets really busy and crowded when the high school lets out. They’re usually well behaved but sometimes the kids are loud and messy and it really kills the vibe. Avoid from 2-4 on week days!

This is a great Starbucks! They provide both hot and cold beverages or food items for everyone. This includes gluten free, dairy free or other special diets. Your typical Starbucks, however with the remodel there are less comfy chairs and its extremely noisy here now. You literally have to yell at the other person youre with having drinks. I wish Starbucks would invest in sound dampening ceilings.

This place is very busy, but everyone is amazing. If you dont want to wait order your drink via the app then pick it up it will be ready and waiting!

I was out riding around with my convertible top down and felt the need... The need for a Frappuccino! For the most part, I see the Starbucks logo and I know that I will get the same quality and service that I have come to expect from the brand. Few surprises.

My only gripe is the flat white. Apparently the baristas think its drip coffee with alot of foam. A flat is 2 or 3 shots of espresso with steam milk and a nice layer of foam. It is not drip. Even your website says what a flat white is. What truly baffles me is the flat white that I order was a grande. The amount of foam was a little over half the cup it. I appreciate them remaking it but didnt appreciate them downplaying how its made. This is the reason for 3 stars.

Good coffee, nice staff, nice atmosphere. It can get a little crowded sometimes especially on Fridays after school when kids from mostly 3 schools in that area walk up to the Starbucks area and make a huge crowd (I am one of them I ain’t gonna lie). Also, I kinda find it funny how they always get your name wrong... Like my friend’s name is roger and they have him raj lol (Not sure if it’s is just because he is Indian but whatever) and they always be spelling my name wrong and I wasn’t aware Christian was hard to spell, but I don’t really care about that I just want the drink. The prices are kind of high for some of their drinks but I don’t think it is a problem since the drinks are good.

This particular location is always really busy and slow. The staff are not very observant...twice I was charged for the wrong drink and I only noticed it once.

Fast, efficient. But there are other starbucks with more courteous customer service. Its all business here. Good space for working on laptops.

While leaving the drive-thru, i took a sip of my coffee and realized the wrong coffee was given to me. I parked, went to the store, told them the incorrect order was given to me and that I took a sip out of it. They replaced my coffee but noticed that they wiped the lit and gave it to the lady that was behind me on the drive-thru. Imagine if I was sick or something. That is gross.

Good service but the parking lot/drive thru situation is horrible. Almost got hit a few times just trying to get in.

What the actual? How can it take close to 15 mins to get through the drive thru? Again? Consistently THE slowest Starbucks location ever. If there wasnt curbing around the drivethru lane, I am sure half of us would have left, but we were all captive. I told myself last time I came here, I would never do it again... My fault for giving this place another chance. The epitome of a cluster.

Im tired of feeling like I have to be the friendliest one with baristas. Lets not lose customer service. Employees should be saying have a nice day or something similar when you leave instead of just being silent after they hand you the drink. It shouldnt be up to me to always bring the cheer and friendliness to the situation. I know the world is changing because of technology but lets all be friendly to each other.

Accurate order, not so fast however.

Good location. They ate always busy but always fast. Not a ton of seating but they will get you in, caffeinated, and out quickly.

I prefer the roast on the coffee here to other locations. It can be a little tricky getting in and out because of the layout of the parking lot, but worth it for the coffee and friendly staff.

Their coffee is just always on point. Although I am 12 and cannot drink coffee, I take my moms word for it. :)

This place continues to disappoint me.. I get Starbucks for my fiancé for his lunch on second shift and we get coffee on the weekend too so we buy a lot of Starbucks. I am tired of them NOT getting my drinks right! My fiancé gets a Carmel macchiato, they have forgot the Carmel so many times in his drink I can’t even count and I don’t have the time during his lunch to drive all the way there and back. His macchiato taste horrible without the Carmel. Today I ordered his drink and my white mocha. They gave me a regular mocha that didn’t taste good at all! The sticker even said white mocha! It’s laziness not making sure what the sticker says for the order! Pure laziness. Your customers pay a lot for a cup of coffee the least you could do is get it right.

Convenient location but one of my least favorite. The place is usually very busy, at least when im there. multiple times I ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes to get my drink. They do not have (NEVER) Bonde roast (my favorite) on demand and need to do a pour over. The pour overs are typically cold.

What can I say? Its a Starbucks. I do wish they would figure out a way to move drive-thru customers with large or complex orders to a waiting area (like McDs does) so the whole line doesnt have to wait for the guy whos picking up custom drinks for all 27 people in his office.

Its great, but its too overcrowded with white middle and high schoolers after school lets out. Also, the cashier spelled my name incorrectly (Eathen, if you must ask).

This place has fabulous non-dairy options !! No gluten free foods but the service is fabulous!
