Worst customer service ever. I called to transfer a prescription and I got a call back from the pharmacy letting me know that they called the place to transfer from twice and they didn’t pick up the phone so sorry they won’t help me. The other pharmacy doesn’t take my insurance so they basically told me too bad. I am shocked that they are allowed to treat customers that way. Boo Rite Aid.

An Amazing Experience!Peter and his staff were all so helpful! They directed me to the exact location of where the product i was looking for would be. WOW! Then Peter (the pharmacist) explained to me in detail all the side effects to the product and the cashier was sooo patient as i struggled to type my phone number into the tiny keypad.Everyone should come to Rite aid in Mukilteo if they want to be treated right!

I recently switched over to this pharmacy and I’m very pleased with how kind the pharmacy team is. Even though the pharmacy was really busy, the pharmacist Peter took his time to patiently answer all the questions I had about my new prescriptions. The cashier greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. I’m definitely going to continue using this rite aid location.

My wife went to DR 7/20 at 8:00 AM, Her physician suggested one medication but when we arrived at pharmacy there were two meds waiting. The cost was $80 so I called into the pharmacy to return one of them. When I explained to the pharmacy manager that Martha had met with her Dr that morning, he responded with I told you yesterday that I needed to know which meds before you picked it up. His comment, you need to get your act together. So decided it was time to call their corporate and have conversation. While we enjoy the staff at Rite Aid, we will not be using the pharmacy again. Weve been going there for about twenty years but, no more.

Store is organized and staffs are very helpful!

Came in Sunday 1/17/21. I was waiting to check out and a man was walking through the store with no mask on. I proceeded to tell the young man that was checking me out, he then tells me that he “legally”can not tell people to wear masks, as he has done that in the past and has gotten complaints about that to his managers. I ask to speak to the manager. She proceeds to tell me the same thing. Rite Aid can not legally tell people to wear a mask. Are you kidding me??? However you feel about wearing masks is one thing, but when businesses are still shutdown due to the government shutdown as two of ours is, it’s businesses like Rite Aid that is keeping us shut down. Small business owners are loosing everything because big businesses like you are not enforcing themandates. Shame on you. I will be reporting this store to the state, as well as the health department.

I have been a resident of mukilteo since 1994 when clinton was still president! this town has changed quite a bit but this store has always been kind to me. michelle always greets me by name when i walk through the door and cam in the pharmacy always knows exactly what i need before i even say a word. so when they asked me to fill out the survey, i of course obliged! i hope they get paid a million dollars for the fantastic work they do for me and all of us during these hard times. my only wish is that they would keep the bathrooms cleaner!

My daughter needed an emergency tdap vaccine and when I called, the pharmacist, Paul Singh, handled my concerns efficiently and found my daughter a vaccine very quickly. We were in and out in 15 minutes!

I really liked the pharmacist (i think his name was peter or paul) because he helpd me get my prescriptions for a cheaper price by teaching me how to look up a coupon on a website and said I could use it the future without having to look it up again which is great because my medications were pretty expensive with my insurance he also let me ring up some of the stuff that i bought that wasnt related which i was thankful for because i was short on time and didnt want to stand in line again up front

I switched to this pharmacy after my insurance with Boeing changed, and was very pleased with how the pharmacist Peter took his time to not only move my prescriptions, but convert them all to 3 month supplies.

Just moved here and the pharmacy here was awesome in helping me move all my meds here without any trouble.

Great experience! Was able to pick up a very important medication that was not carried in our usual Rite Aid. They were quick about filling it.Also, its a huge store with a little dollar store section. Even has good selection of foods. Great selection of everything else you would expect to see in a drug store.They also have a little Medical clinic inside. Not sure everything they do but I know they do vaccinations and flu shots. Very convenient location!!

The pharmacy is great :)Have a great customer service and very friendly.They give you reminder calls ahead of time and when you pick up your medications they go through how it works.Very clean and fast service

Nice store. Employees are always willing to help you find something.

The bathroom was super gross need a deep clean made me walk out and not shop there.

We frequent here. Its a go-to for small things like cereal and chips and paperclips. We always get the same cashier and she always polite.

Pharmacy is incredibly unhelpful and unproffesional. They simply do not care about customer service, even when they screw up on time sensitive medication and tell you it is ready. This Riteaid is a disgrace to the other sites, who provide excellent customer service. Mill Creek assisted immediately and the script was filled in less than 15 minutes. The Mulkiteo site not only lied, but refused to even double check their system, which took less than a minute at Mill Creek. I will be sure to spread the word of poor service at this Pharmacy at Boeing, sort an important customer in the area. I pulled my script immediately and all future business. Do not go to this site....
