Prices of both gas and convenience store goods are unreasonably high. Most of the clerks are curt and rude. Pretty sure one of the gas pumps was broken for at least several months without a sign or being fixed. I literally lived across the street from this place for over a year, and I quickly learned to shop and get my gas elsewhere, despite the convenience.

Family that operates it is ADORABLE! Theyre So SWEET! They have a sandwich shop inside too. Clean fast and friendly.

The ice is the perfect size and they let me buy just a cup of it. The drink selection is pretty impressive, they even have both sizes of vitamin waters. I dont buy gas here its expensive all around this area. I have had hit or miss experience with the cashiers but nothing awful, they dont always converse with you but sometimes thats exactly what I want.This gas station also usually has a farmer selling flowers in the parking lot most of the year.

Im a tow truck driver and stop here tonight to get a a couple of sodas and snacks the guy behind the counter was rude I asked how his day was going and he ignored me and then my card was declined ask him if I could put the purchase on to different cards he said yes so I pulled back out my first card and he said only 1 card so I had to go to the in store atm and pull cash out to pay half of the total and put the rest of it on the other card. I have never had a issue with the gas station before but ill probably never come back again this is the first place to have a issue splitting between to cards

The guy work nightshift is rude.

I did not have a good experience at this specific shell location. Normally I enjoy utilizing shells gas and convenient store amenities but this evening I was appalled by the clerks rude and obnoxious demeanor. I was purchasing a powerade for a friend and as I came to the counter i saw the woman was actually smoking a cigarette or at least it appeared to be a cigarette. As I approached the counter she saw I was using a card and said dont you have cash I said no and she continued with well then you have to pay a $0.50 surcharge. Then she saw that it was an ebt card she said Oh we dont except that here. Then she snubbed her nose up at me and turned to another clerk and snickered. Or I assumed she was another clerk behind the counter. So I left the store and I will not be returning to this establishment. I gave it one star because there isnt an option for 0.

Amazing customer service from a beautiful family! Wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. If you need anything at all, I recommend stopping by. Amazing selection and amazing food!

I just cashed a scratch ticket here and bought a few drinks as well. After I had paid I noticed the lady who helped me sneak a fold of money into her pocket..... not sure if I had won more than I was aware of or if she just lifted from the till...

Don’t get gas there!!! When I chipped my card and lifted the nozzle it spilled gas all over me and on the ground! I put the nozzle in and tried to start pumping but it didn’t work. I went inside the store, where the associate who barely speaks English said: “I’m the only one here and can’t leave the store, you go, lift and put it tightly in there”. I told him that there is a big spill, that as I understand should be wiped and washed. He didn’t care at all. I went back and tried like he said, but nothing worked. The sink that is between the pumps doesn’t work, so I had to run inside the store to wash my hands.Terrible customer service, they don’t care about the safety at all!I guess I’m not the first one who was spilled with gas. Don’t even put one star.

Theres always a reason why the gas wont pump or machines wont read chip cards. Personnel are rude and incompetent. DONT bother paying for anything here unless you are prepared to be inconvienanced. Better off going to the 76 or the QFC just down the road. RUN!!

Very poorly taken care of. Gray flakes in the ice cubes. Flies in the donut case. Extremely rude customer service from the owner. Trashy exterior. Deliberately expensive prices on gas and merchandise. No prices listed on almost all merchandise. Very few beverage deals offered, if any at all. I highly encourage you to go somewhere else, go down the road further to a competitor. Dont spend your money here.

The scum of the earth and his family run this place. On numerous occasions he has attempted to steal from me... shorted my change, tried to convince me that a couple winning scratch tickets (all together worth $80) was only good for $15. Ive had enough, Ive reported him to the local authorities as well as Get Jesse from Kiro. Its an absolute outrage how he treats his female customers.

I stop here a lot on my way home from work to get has a drink for the road. This place is visited about once a week. The general cleanliness of this place is on par with a gas station.All in all it meets my needs.

I use to stop by here after work, but now just drive on past to the next gas station. Not only are they overpriced, the customer service is terrible. Always gave me dirty looks, and legitimately seemed frustrated when Id ask for a bag for my drink and snacks. Dont go here, spend your money elsewhere.

Scary Day Today at Mukilteo Shell Station - PUMP WOULD NOT TURN OFF!Crazy that Jessie Jones covered something like this not too long ago. For your own safety do not frequent this Shell has station. Besides my Scary experience there today, read the unsettling Yelp reviews.After my first errand stop today in Mukilteo I had to stop for gas, the closest station was a Shell. I drove up to gas PUMP #5 and proceeded to start pumping gas. I really didnt want to buy much gas there since it was 40 cents more per gallon then Marysville prices, so I decided to just pump $9.00. When the gas pump got to $9.00 I tried shutting it off. IT WOULDNT STOP! As I kept trying to shut it off, the nozzle popped out of my gas tank and was SPEWING GAS ALL OVER ME AND THE GROUND! I was panicking and dropped the nozzle to the ground, where it finally shut off!The gas soaked my wool coat sleeves, my scarf, t-shirt and front of jeans. I immediately walked into the store to tell the cashier what had just happened. Well he didnt speak English and kept pointing to another employee that was right out in front of the entrance to the store, the employee was talking to a distributor. I pretty much butted in to their conversation to tell him what had just happened.He proceeded to walk with me to pump #5, picked up the nozzle from the ground, placed it back into the pump and told me that he would have it looked at.I just stared at him increduously. Seriously? ( I was thinking). Then I looked down at the front of my coat and spread my arms out showing him I was saturated in certain areas. And he replied, You pump gas at your own risk. And then he walked away returning to the store.I was in shock. I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard to my safety and other customers safety (my son was in the car) as a result of a stores property malfunction that I have to use to buy a product.I still am in shock.
