I went to price match something since they have the price match guarantee. Best Buy had it for $100, but a few other approved stores (Amazon, Walmart) had it for $69.99 and they wouldnt price match it. They said their system wouldnt let them. The lowest it would let them go was $85. Pretty useless price match guarantee.
We went in two consecutive days to buy a new range. No one would help us. They were standing around talking to each other but when we finally went up front to ask for assistance, the woman was so rude that we left and spent our money at a local store that was happy to help us. Best Buy used to be great!
App to in store availability inaccurate, but store employees make every effort to find you a substitute. Not pushy,knowledgeable. Would recommend going 2 hours before closing time, not as crowded.
My experience at Best buy was excellent. The audio employee showed me various styles of audio equipment. He showed me ranges the prices explain the different Dynamics, he also explained as I needed to add audio components on and overall a very pleasant experience. He helped me making a decision for my price range Plus what I was looking for in my home as in blue speakers at the range which they could project my music.

I really like when customer service people greet you with a smile. I still wear my mask to protect myself but it was nice. Also very helpful in helping me find what I needed and explained the differences. 5 stars 🌟
Had a warranty issue with some Air Pods for my daughter. They were able to send them off and had the fixed pod back in 3 days. Super fast turn around!

Buying in store went well but ordered a stand for my new TV and installation the next day. Even though it was scheduled for a month later, got a text the night before installation that the stand was delayed. Ordered a different stand that was supposed to be available but morning of installation found that stand actually is delayed as well. Had to cancel installation so my new TV wont get used for 2 months at least

We bought a Vizio TV at another retailer, which we are unhappy with. We explained our issues to Robbie, and he was patient in explaining the pros and cons of various brands and helping us decide which would be best for us. He was very pleasant, and we ended up buying a Toshiba Amazon Fire.
Always a pleasant experience at Best Buy, even though this time was to return product rather than to purchase. Had a lease on a Galaxy S21 5G and I took it back because my S9 is practically as fast as it, other than network speed. Was offered help by everyone as usual but I was just researching my next computer purchase, which I believe Ill be getting a Chromebook again.For what I need it is really a great cheap alternative. I dont game, I run a small business. I have access to all Google Apps so dont need office. And its open source so everyone is able to build apps.
I wish I could give Best Buy two ratings, one for the service I received from Geek Squad member Logan Achor (pronounced acre), 5 stars, and another rating for the difficulty I had communicating with the store, which I would rate very poorly, perhaps 2 stars since customers cant talk with people in the Muncie store. Ill split the difference and give them 3 stars.

They were there ready to help me find what I was looking for as soon as I walked in the door. It wasnt something they normally carry. I was looking for a way to hook up my headphones to a looper pedal that has 2 separate Left and Right outputs, so both sides would have sound and not just the left or the right. They didnt have every single thing I needed, but he found me everything they carried which was a 1/4 audio adapter so I could use the small headphone jack to plug into my guitar equipment.

The mask mandates were lifted for the state. A business that services the public or takes government subsidies, which BB does, is not a private business. Requiring masks is controlingand not actually effective against viruses.Next, I was billed for a service plan I did not authorize and the staff was unable to correct the issue but pushed me off to some phone number. Gone so far down in quality.

Amazing customer service helped us find a gaming tower for my son. Also found us an amazing deal on a brand new laptop for the wife. As well as a headset for me and my son. Among a multitude of things for my daughter. She helped us get the most for our money. Also she set up shipping to my home for out of stock items and pickup for the tower because it was the safer option.
I got an exceptional laptop/tablet for $150 off their regular price. I am so very excited to start using it, the only disappointment is that they dont carry much merchandise in the store & I had to wai for it to be delivered. That is the only reason they didnt receive 5 stars from me.

Today we went in to by a new modem to use with our router. First time Ihave been there without multiple sales reps. asking to help me. We finally got a modemand found a sales person sitting using a computer. My husband ask him if the modem would work with our router. He barely looked up and said you got xfinity yea that will work. We pay went home and after phone calls with 3 xfinity workers were told they cant find the modem on their screen. Now we have to return the modem and hopefully get someone who wants our business. Other than no help the store was clean, well lit, customers mostly worn a mask and the place was not crowded.
Website said Geek Squad repaired cameras. I called to verify & the CER said they could probably repair it in the store _ gave me an appointment for the next day. We drove an hour to the store & they told me they NEVER repair cameras; only send them out if they were purchased in the store & are under warranty. We left angry.
Rob who worked in the laptop was amazing. Helped us find what we were looking for. The Geek squad was very helpful. My wife and I thought the process was going to be long. It was not long. We are are happy with the laptop we got.

I was robbed without a mask for a installation fee. I had a horrible experience prior which is how I was convinced to come back only to be mislead led and misinformed and refused a $130 refund! These people are disrespectful and disgusting! If you can get service anywhere else please do and spare yourself from being robbed! For the record I was lied to by a General Manager by the name of Adam! He must be why the business is being ran by criminals trying to reach a sales goal!
Made a purchase for a 75inch 8k TV, well unfortunately it never made it to my house for install. The install team rep said they called 30 mins before coming to my house(never got a call) and then said the tech came to my house to deliver it after the attempt to call me (never did that either) so I called the store to try and get help to resolve this delivery issue and was disconnected 3 times, Finally just canceled the order and made the same tv purchase elsewhere. Long story short the install team and store do not communicate with each other because nobody truly knew what was going on.
Store is well lit, and very clean. They are above average compared to other locations.
Had to get new phones and they are a Verizon dealer. Much better than going to the Verizon store. Our associate was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful!

Went to the store after not being able to make a purchase online. The only had 1 person working in computer section and no one could help from anywhere else. There were two other people waiting as well. This Best Buy is the worst location by far.

Always very well organized and clean. Offering curbside right now to fight the spread of the pandemic. They just need to move the pickup spot from in front of the entrance. For those of us who have a handicap it makes it tough when we struggle at times anyway. But the deals they run are well worth the hassle.
It sucked. They suddenly refused my still in warranty Geek Squad service plan for a Microsoft computer I bought from them. The tech could not explain why. Just sent me home with a dead computer.

I ordered some items online and within an hour I had picked up my items and was omw back home.. I had curbside service ready when I pulled in the parking lot. It was as easy as opening my email I recieved after placing my order, followed the instructions on the email, waited about 3 mins then a really energetic and pretty cool Best Buy blue shirt was at my car window handing me my stuff while answering questions I had related to my items and other things I inquired about. Its a good racket they got going on over at Best Buy.
Did not have what I wanted and did not want to order. I picked out several different ones and none were in stock. Wasted my time driving 35 mins.
I have called them four times and spent well over an hour on the phone with them to ask them simple questions. I stay on hold for 20-30 minutes before even speaking to someone and then when I do speak to someone the put me on hold and pop back on 5-10 minutes later to ask me a question I have already clearly answered at least twice or worse yet, they just leave me on hold. I am on hold as we speak for over 34 minutes this time and the hold music stopped about 10 minutes ago and I hear nothing! The lady said she was transferring me somewhere. This is very likely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life and all for a laptop that I bought from this best buy 3 or 4 years ago which was expensive when I bought it. All I wanted to do was see how much it cost to do an upgrade. NEVER will I EVER be a customer of Best Buy again. Horrendous!!!
Amazing customer service and is quick at fixing damaged phones etc, And has the best parts you can purchase for Computer repairs and stuff you need for Computer maintenance.
Less than one they lie, will sell you anything to make money and dont care about you or your vehicle, think twice before going there

Some of the workers here are not good at their job and incompetent. I traded in an old phone and the worker could not take off the screen protector, he asked me to do it, which it took about 3 seconds to do. He also asked to see my confirmation number after I just reset my phone to trade in... seriously. This was last fall (2020) and the guy is still worker here. I dont know how he still has his job here. The store is always disorganized as well, and good luck getting a worker to ask if you need help. You are going to have to hunt them down and beg for their help.
I went to Best Buy today to purchase an Ethernet Cable. I spoke with Tyler who was a gentleman working back in electronics. He pointed me in the direction of the cables. I had looked down and found a blue 100 ft cable that I thought would work but It didn’t have a price on it. I went back to Tyler to ask him the price and he said “ I don’t know the price of that. You’ll have to go up front and ask them because I’m not helping you since you do not have a mask on” I told the lady up front I didn’t wear a mask due to medical reasons and she said it was fine. Then I get treated like that when all I needed was the price of that Ethernet cable? Very unprofessional and very rude of Tyler to do that. I was shocked to be honest. This was a terrible experience.

Got my sons first gaming computer for his birthday in April.
Great prices and they had me pull right up to the door and loaded my TV in my Jeep. The only thing that I have as a suggestion not just to send one worker out to load 50 plus inch screen TVs because the kid that was lifting mine into the back of my Jeep compass literally almost dropped it and then slammed it into my jeep like it made my heart drop into my stomach so only thing that I have a problem with. Everything else was great questions were answered greatly the workers were nice just for safety when people are spending hundreds of dollars on something they want it to be in tip top shape not cracked when they get home which mine was not but it very well could have been.
All the staff were standing around talking and no one greeted us. Maybe they were in a meeting of some kind. No one available to ask questions. Too bad, we went to another store where staff were available for questions and made our purchase there. We really do like Best Buy... its unfortunate.
Called Friday and was on hold to Christmas music for 20 minutes and hung up. Called back Saturday and waited for almost 20 minutes before I got to speak to an actual human. Then got transferred to one person who then took some of my information and transferred me to another, only I got hung up on. I tried calling back and waited 35 minutes to speak to a human. Then when I was supposed to get transferred again*** I got hung up on AGAIN! Idk how in store customer service is but the phone skills are lacking. I should have sent a carrier pigeon with my questions! I’d get a faster response!

I was in this store for about 20 minutes looking for a specific item before an employee asked me if I needed any help. Some were busy with customers and others were stocking items but never attempted to help. No one was at checkout and I started looking for a place to check out before someone finally came out of the office about 5 minutes later. Very poor customer service.
