Nothing negative to say about rent a center in general, BUT the customer appreciation seriously LACKS at their Muncie location. You miss 1 payment & they practically beat your door down. Please take into consideration that I have paid off agreements and have a strong payment history with them for the last 6 or 7 months now.1 rent a center employee actually attempted to open my door when I was not home, & let my dogs out.I suggest getting what you want & paying online. Dealing with these people in person is the WORST. And always make sure your DOORS are locked, I’m lucky I got my dogs back after they were let out by a RAC employee, & I’m lucky my house was not robbed afterward.

The manager here will allow workers to come to the customers house and look in the windows and talk to your under age daughter and not do anything about it when you confront them
