I hit a deer. I had no idea how much damage was done. My hood, radiator, rt light, my air conditioner was ruined. They replaced everything and the paint was a great match.Highly recommend Caliber. Customer servicewith Austin was the best. Weekly updates which I appreciated.

A semi truck had hit the back of my car. When I got it back from these folks on time, it was as good as new. Very good communication. Excellent customer service. Excellent work.

The actual repair work was good. I can no longer see that my door was dentedBUT, I would have a hard time recommending Muncie Caliber Collision because of the MANY issues related to customer service.THEY COULDN’T FIND MY VEHICLE. I dropped it off on a Sunday evening exactly as instructed (on side lot, keys in provided envelope, dropped in drop slot). It’s also worth noting that I could have easily pulled out the other keys that were in it. The next morning, I received a phone call asking if I was still bringing my car in. They had failed to see that it was there, and had told my insurance company it wasn’t. My estimate was delayed due to this mistake and I began to question if Caliber Collision was the correct choice.THE REPAIRS TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I WAS TOLD when I set up the appointment a week before I took it in. I had been told 3-4 days, but if something was discovered much more damaged than outside inspection showed, maybe a week.On the fourth day, I called to find out that it had not yet gone to paint. On the fifth, I was told the painter was on vacation and it would be worked on after the holiday weekend. (During which, I had planned on using my vehicle for my own holiday traveling.) The following week, I was told a different story- that the painter had been out with Covid; slightly better to swallow because that would have been unforeseen. I hadn’t been able to understand how they’d schedule vehicles when they knew staffing would not allow for the work to be done. Several days later, I called and was told that THEY HAD DAMAGED THE FRONT DRIVER DOOR during their work and they would be keeping it longer to make MORE REPAIRS. I was told that the “dent guy” could come look at it the next day. (I had assumed that a collision body shop would have a “dent guy” on premises!)AFTER THEY HAD MY VEHICLE TWELVE DAYS, I was called at 4pm on a Friday that I could finally pick it up. I had to scramble to find a ride to get it before they closed for the weekend.

The staff here is amazing! When my insurance company refused to get back to me, they went to bat on my behalf. Their work is phenomenal and my car looks brand new. 10 out of 10 Austin, Jocelyn, and John went above and beyond for me. If I ever need more body work done, Ill definitely be going back to Caliber.

Original work was done in a different state due to traveling and debris hitting my Jeep. Engine light came right after picking it up and they soldered a wire. Got almost home and engine light came on again. Muncie location was quick to get my Jeep in and fix the corrections with no hassle or problems at all. They stand behind their work and this proved it. I appreciate the customer service to correct the issue quickly as possible and would definitely recommend!

Super helpful, super friendly. The system they had set up with the rental car service was incredibly helpful, and they kept me up to date on how repairs were going.

The staff is so friendly here. They handled all the paperwork for me from the insurance papers to getting a rental car. I got my bumper replaced and had my car back in less than two days. Very quick but quality work!

They did an amazing job fixing our car after an accident, restored our car perfectly! I was impressed with their level of communication each step of the process and they even took care of returning our rental car for us! Hoping we dont need them again, but if we ever do we will definitely be return customers!

Caliber Collision in Muncie has amazing service! The estimate process was quick and painless. They helped with communicating with the insurance company and advocating in that area. The repairs were excellent quality and prompt. They updated repair status daily and always had information available when I called. The Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is even a lifetime warranty on the repairs! They even vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle and took care of returning my rental car. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Muncie, IN!
