They are excellent at their jobs will help you real quick and will help you get discounts if possible.

Waited awhile for the guys to figure out how to test an alternator... But other then that like i always say about auto zone know what you need before you go. Makes the whole experience a lot quicker and easier same goes for all parts stores anymore.

There is no point in running here and there when AutoZone has the parts you need, expert advice and affordable prices

Very Clean store. Also very New, and well put together/Layed-out. I sat in my new Camaro for over an Hour organizing my/Cleaning my Car. They came out to make sure I was OK. And upon Entering EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE separate asked me if I needed help. My memory recently has not been the best..The light in my head finally came on and I remembered 8 needed a master cylinder brake resivour Cap. I was shy of having enough Money on me to purchase it..And an employee pulled his bill fold out, covered the remaining Balance. 5 star location. I brought both of our cars in the same day and got them to hook them up to their machine and diagnose them. We will have them both paid off this year and it figures they both had the engine lights come on the same day and one wouldnt even start. Long story short both diagnoses were 100% incorrect!!! They said our SUV needed a part replaced and was $284 and come to find out all it needed was a new battery! Thank goodness we went for a second opinion. They are great for auto parts and such but as for diagnosing your problems I would steer clear or at least get a second opinion before you start sinking money into your vehicle when it doesnt need it.

I only deal with a service associate named Charles he is great. There are some in there need to understand they work in a auto parts store. They will be asked questions dont be rude and tell customer to go to dealership. That defeats the purpose of a auto part store.

Friendly,knowledgeable staff, quick service and great variety. They will order what you need if not in stock. Probably the best place to go for regular car maintenance needs.

Great service! The lady that rang me out was one of the sweetest people Ive ever had the chance to meet! On a side note (and only if its of interest), this location has an extremely handsome guy working behind the counter. More than enough reason to stop in and buy a bottle or two of sea foam (its on sale)!

In my opinion one the best parts store price wise and experience wise. I have had one or two parts come out cheaper at the other stores but staff usually has a d cent idea about how to help and are friendly. Just a frequent flyer tip. If you have a reward card, break up your transactions into 20 dollar increments if possible each purchase of 20 or more BEFORE tax get you one point, and after 5 points you get a 20 in store credit that is good for three months after it is earned you get 12 months to earn 5 points so have fun!

Zone is getting their stuff back together slowly. Didnt have all I needed but, got the job done

Fairly new store. Employees there are very helpful. Ive been around 10 times since it opened, and I havent had any bad experiences. Also, its right next to Goodwill, so it gives me an excuse to go buy other peoples junk once I leave.

Went because my partner and I needed new windsheild wipers. We thought we knew what we needed but the kind person at the register who helped us try to put them on (the blades were frozen and they had anti ice spray) helped us get the actual blades we needed. He was a huge help and I would heavily recommend this Auto Zone for anyone who needs basic auto help.

Went in to get rotors for my car. The service was awesome and the cost was reasonable. Ill be going back for all my car parts!..

I told them the exact part i needed. Abs sensor for front drivers side tire. They ordered a sensor for the rear wheels. Took the day off work to get the part and fix the car, but even the manager with Customer Satisfaction on his badge didnt seem to care. I had to fight just to get the original price i was quoted after he tried to upcharge me to order the correct part. Pitiful service and no competence or xoncern for customer satisfaction.

Its a great place to shop if you go there the right time. There is a employee that works at the Portland store THAT IS RUDE .WE WILL MOT GO IN THERE IF HES WORKING RUDE RUDE RUDE.......

Parts are getting cheap quality getting very low. Bearings go out in months and cv joints dont last at all. Cap and rotors are not worth much.
