Brought a vehicle in for service department, after a few minor hiccups I was in contact with the general manager, Jason. After speaking with Jason, I cannot say enough good about his service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will and do recommend this dealer to anyone looking for service work or sales in general. Very upstanding.
I came to this dealership for a oil change, tire rotation. I spoke to the sales rep about my alarm not beeping in my CRV when I went to lock it. He stated it could be the battery. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, I asked about the alarm issues. He said the mechanic could not reciprocate the problem. What he meant was he didnt say anything about the issue, and if a full check was done, it would have revealed my battery was almost dead. Guess who is waiting on roadside assistance 3 days later.....this guy! Not thorough with car inspection, and thats with paying $90 for an oil change tire rotation! I am now at another Honda dealership getting my battery replaced....I question now it they even changed my oil or rotated the tires, look at the reviews for there vehicle service, some real horror stories, I am wasting 2 hours on a beautiful Saturday now due to lack of competency!!
BUYER BEWAREVictory Honda destroyed not one but TWO cars in my family. First they ruined my Subaru by leaving the coolant hose unclamped. And after “fixing” their mistake, the car ran so badly it had to be traded in. Just now, my daughter took her Honda Civic in to another mechanic after Victory Honda “fixed” her car. The other mechanic said that whoever put the alternator in had no idea what they were doing. The alternator was installed incorrectly and the was literally about to fall out of the car.If you value your car or truck, DO NOT take it to these idiots for any type of service!! (Not even an oil change!!). They will destroy your valuable property!!!

Stacey went above and beyond throughout our shopping experience in order to get us our new CRV. He and his manager, Mike were both incredibly awesome to work with. We honestly felt they went out of their way to make a new car a reality for us. From having our test drive all warmed up on a snowy cold day, Stacey literally stood outside and explained every detail to the cars we were looking at. We found other dealers and slightly lower prices, but it was not enough of a difference to justify leaving that kind of service. They got our payment within a few dollars of the competitors best price and honestly, nobody came close to matching their level of service. My wife and I are 100% confident in our purchase from Victory Honda in Muncie. Anybody willing to deal with us at the level they did will for sure stand by their service down the road. Super happy to have found them and will most definitely call Stacey again when we trade it in. If you are looking for a new Honda, I strongly encourage anyone to end your search at Victory Honda. Give them a chance to earn your business. You wont regret it.
Last year my van was near a house that was on fire. Victory Honda made the repairs to my van. They are the absolute worst to work with. They charged my insurance company for replacement trim of my windshield, however never replaced it. It’s popping up and Candy was going to try to charge my insurance again. I made an appointment she said that she would just have the body shop repair it. I showed up there was no record of my appointment of course Candy was not around and I drove 35 min for nothing. They were going to call me but didn’t. I’ve left 2 messages for Candy and still haven’t gotten a call back. Now today they called wanting me to trade my van in. I explained my situation and the person brushed me off the phone. When my van was getting repaired they didn’t fix everything either. I guess they are going to force me to file a complaint with the BBB and Deleware County Court because they refuse to stand behind their work or complete work which they were paid for.

Trying to deal with this service department was horrendous. Eventually the car got fixed but it took about a week and a half longer than it should have to replace the drivers side lock. Quoted me $500 ended up paying $760 so there’s that. It just seemed like no one that I talked to had the competence to perform their job in a professional manner. I am out of state so at first I just thought they were taking advantage of my daughter that goes to school there. Turns out they just work in a dysfunctional environment. Next time we need our civic serviced we will go to the nearby Kokomo dealership.Update: Tim the manager called and apologized profusely while honoring the original estimate. There are things they could have done better throughout, but at least they followed up and backed their apology with their wallet.

I stopped in last week because one of my Honda Odysseys headlights was out. I didnt have an appointment but Mike, one of the Service Representatives, happily took care of it. He told me he considers us family and I value that feeling and type of service, especially at this time in our society.We moved to IN from Northern VA almost 6 years ago and we began our relationship with Victory Honda of Muncie then. Because my mother-in-law always takes her Hondas to them and I have a Honda Odyssey, I gave it a try. I wasnt sure at first because of the myth about the dealer always trying to take your money. That could not be further from the truth. I have worked with nearly every Service Representative there, Tim, Mike, Conner, and even a few that have moved on to other endeavors. Every single one of them has been up front about what was needed when I took my van in and what to expect in the future. The Service Representatives never tried to coerce me into spending money unnecessarily. I appreciate that they treated my vehicles and my family as if they were their own, putting their safety first.The Service Department is not the only department Ive had positive interactions with, the Body Shop, Candi and Kenny are amazing as well. Weve had 2 deer hits and both times, Candi worked with me to set up a convenient appointment, talked with me about the work that needed to be done and why, and did it as economically as possible without compromising the look and safety of my vehicle. While the work was being completed, Candi called me to give me work updates so I knew what was going on. My experience with the whole team at the Body Shop has been excellent. They were always happy and helpful, even when it wasnt always good news!I realize no person or business is perfect, we all have our less than favorable days. However, the difference between Victory Honda of Muncie and any other business is that if I have an issue, I can bring that up to any of the staff and they will do whatever they can to work with me to help resolve it.I will continue to take our familys 3 Hondas to Victory Honda of Muncie because I am confident Im getting the best service and because I know they consider us a part of the Victory Honda of Muncie family!!

He was very professional, helpful, and patient while guiding us through from the test drive explanation until the final paperwork was complete. Easily the slowest service and worst service I have ever received from any garage. I took my car, a 2004 Accord, in on Wednesday and just picked it up today, on Tuesday. When I dropped off the car, I knew there was a battery drain, and I told Victory that. I debated fixing the problem myself, but I decided the smart thing would be to take it to an expert. After four days of being told that they would call me at noon, they final told where the drain was (a job that should have only taken an hour), and it took them another day for their parts person to quote me the price of a replacement. Furthermore, they failed to reinstall my center console correctly. I would have been way better off buying the tools myself, saving myself forty dollars, and not having to wait five days. I would never take my car here, and I cannot recommend it. I understand that times are crazy, but I dont think Im asking too much. I called multiple times to the garage only to have no one answer, and I never felt like they were honest about when they were working on my car or how long it would take.
They were able to get me into a new car where no one else would. Friendly service, no pressure, I was shocked honestly. I didnt think there was any way to get a new car with my job but they did it.

I have taken my car here for service for several years now. I took it in recently to have the cooling system flushed, and little did I know that it would almost destroy my car. The guy left the clamp off the hose, which caused the engine to overheat, which then caused the cylinders in the engine to warp.I understand that people make mistakes. We’re all human, and I’m normally a pretty patient person about this kind of stuff. Unless, of course, I get treated like a putz. The way Victory Honda dealt with me after this incident enraged me to the point of considering a lawsuit.They kept my car for over a month (they gave me a loaner car that I absolutely hated). No one ever initiated a call to me during that month to update me. I was always the one who had to call them, and it was often incredibly frustrating because after leaving several messages, no one would ever call back.They acted like they were doing me a tremendous favor, even though they were the reason my car was almost destroyed. (At least they admitted to their mistake, which I can’t believe).After finally getting my car back, it STILL wasn’t fixed properly. Every time I drove it, the stench of antifreeze could be smelled a mile away.I took it to another shop, and ended up paying more money for the mistake Victory Honda made in the first place.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. They have absolutely no idea what true customer service is, nor do they seem to care.
I have always gotten the utmost respect and consideration from Victory Honda. I let them know what I’m looking for what I can afford to spend and there is never any pressure.They always try their best to work with me. Today I went to Victory Honda with my girlfriend and our son. We were there for several hours and it wasn’t the easiest. First we had our son, Theodore, who is only a year and a half old who just wanted to run and play and go get some food. Then we had to deal with credit not being exactly where we wanted it to be. I thought we had to walk away, still not feeling the safest in the car we came. But just because we couldn’t get exactly what we wanted now, they assured us in time we could. Indeed we can, and one day shall. Now we are blessed with a 2017 Ford Escape that we couldn’t be more excited about! Tony Alexander, Jason Shively and Michael Jester. These three men just changed our family forever, thank you, and thank you Victory Honda. 🙏

I had a turn signal out and I didnt want to mess with it so I took my Honda there. I bought the bulb at the parts department and they put it in for free! While I was there the tech showed me how to recalibrate my tire pressure sensor, which comes on and drives me crazy. Ill always take my car there.

The price is never the same when its time to pay than what was initially agreed to. If you have an unlimited amount of money to play with, then this is the place to go to . If not, stay far away from this place . Itll change by at least $150.They think its funny and its some kind of game. Spoke with the manager Dave Roach and he laughed about it. Clearly this is how they do business.If you just have to go there due to an emergency, Tim has always been great and we had an understanding about these things. Somehow, whenever I work with anyone else, this is what I get. Unless something changes, Ill be looking for another place to go to.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. While working with a sales agent in a vehicle, my girlfriend and I informed the sales agent that we were interested in the car. After negotiations were complete, we informed the sales agent that we would be interested in financing a portion of the vehicle. While waiting on financing, the sales manager approved the sales to another customer. After speaking with the sales manager he said I dont feel like we did anything wrong. We had not started a contractual agreement. What a terrible customer experience. This dealership obviously does not care about its customers.

Drove into Muncie for a wedding from the Philadelphia area this past July(late for this posting but had called Management before now). My adult children were flying into Indianapolis and relying on me to pick them up. Arriving late on a Friday in my Pilot and started hearing front end noises. Stopped at the dealership and Ben Gilman helped me. Took a test drive and I explained my dilemma, he promised to get me going so I could pick up my kids in a couple of hours. As I waited in the waiting room, Ben returned in 30 minutes with the vehicle fixed ready to go. I asked what was wrong(I expected my CV joints to be bad needing replacement costing $$$) and he explained that my two front wheels all had loose lug nuts. I was fortunate that the lugs had not come off yet...I had traveled from Philly to Michigan and then to Muncie. If you ever need a professional service person to help you, reach out to Ben! I would trust them to work on my vehicles any time. Wish I lived closer Ben to use your services.Thanks to Ben and the mechanic that did the work for me!
I walked in about an hour before closing. I told Steve Roberts what I wanted and a new lease was completed in about an hour. I drove the car home that night. The next day I went in for the promised tank of gas and to pick up the second key. The detail guy “Chris” went out of his way to scrape off the stickers and wipe the car down even in the cold. I scheduled a detail for day 3 since their garage door was being repaired and the detailed car looks great. The receptionist and Lou chatted with me during my detailing wait and I even had a nice chat with Steve Lindell. All around a super experience!! Well done!

Holly was awesome. I did not feel pressured to purchase and had an enjoyable time during the whole process. We had planned on purchasing a second car from Holly the next day. However, my husband found and fell in love with a different car, so we had to purchase it from a different dealership. That experience made me appreciate Victory Honda that much more. At Victory they are not pushy and they make sure the process is quick and painless. We would definitely make the drive to purchase from them (especially Holly) again!

I was a little nervous because I had never test driven a car before, but he made the experience an easy one. I went home, thought about all I had seen, and returned today to make my purchase. I highly recommend Victory Honda of Muncie and Kirk Johnston!
Under construction at the moment but I was still treated very well. I like the fact that they have what felt like a full service cafe with coffee and cookies and drinks for kids. Also they have someone who works at the counter to hand it out. If the sales department was as up to par with the service department I may have bought my car here but the sales team is lacking. 5 stars for the service department but only 2 for sales.
I love Victory Honda in Muncie. Tony Alexander is very thorough and helpful. I never feel pressured, but he helps me make the best decision for me and my budget. The service department is also great. They are very respectful of my time. They all go the extra mile.
Awesome people! Our totaled car was towed there. Jeremy called within hours. We came out a few days later and Jeremy was incredibly helpful helping us get stuff out of the old wrecked car and helping us get a very good deal on a replacement vehicle. Great facility too! I highly recommend Jeremy and Victory Honda in Muncie!!
I had a great car buying experience at Victory Honda! Chris was very friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off to meet me on my return visit. With Chris and Terrys help I got the car I wanted in a quick and easy transaction. This was my first experience with Honda and probably wont be my last!
