Mary, co-owner of this great store, gave me outstanding service today. She helped me find exactly what I needed, i was having a difficult day, after the death of a loved one. She was so compassionate. The young men delivering my furniture were wonderful, very efficient.

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish with A Furniture & Bedding Showcase! I originally inquired about a few pieces via an online form from their website. I received an email back answering all of my questions thoroughly within a few days. They offered me price match on the Ashley Chaise I wanted, without issue. My order was placed quickly and they called me directly as soon as it arrived (which was about a week earlier than anticipated!) They scheduled a specific delivery time (not a 2 - 4 hour time frame as most other places) for the next day! The delivery men arrived on time, despite terrible weather, with smiles on their faces. They assembled everything quickly and were very polite. Needless to say I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture!

Ive gone to this place for years now and highly recommend! No pressure-based sales tactics or convincing you to buy something you dont want. This last experience I actually found a set of furniture at another business (a regional chain) that I liked, so I called up the owners to ask if they could get the same set. They were able to, and even beat the other companys sale price by a lot!

I had a great experience at this locally owned furniture store. They provided non-pressured service and gave me a great price. Before you go to the large stores, give them a try. You will be glad you did. The furniture was an excellent quality and was priced just right. They even gave me a discount for cash! I will definitely shop here again!

The bed I got was decently priced and very comfortable. The sales lady was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Just a very nice and warm atmosphere, I would definitely go back again. It is a nice family owned store that will make you take pride in buying from a locally owned business.

This family owned business had great prices and even greater customer service. With moving to Muncie for work just a few hours earlier that afternoon, they were able to help me find a mattress and were able to deliver it moments later. I bought a recliner and couch from this place almost 5 years ago. When their delivery people came to deliver it, they broke the side of the couch pulling it out of the truck. When I called to say I wanted a new couch, not the one they were going to fix, the delivery guys told the owner they broke it carrying it up the stairs to my apartment. I explained that was not the case and I had 4 or 5 people that witnessed it. After arguing over the phone, I told him to forget the whole thing, to return everything and I wanted my money back. He refused to take the recliner back because it was already moved, regardless if I brought it back to him myself. Once I got back to the store to get my money back for the couch, he wanted to give me less than half of my money back, making the recliner more expensive than the couch. I will never do business with this rude, unprofessional company again.

My fiancé and I recently moved to Muncie and were in need of a new bed frame. We went to several places in Muncie that day. This was our last stop for the day. We went in and were welcomed at the door. We were led directly to the section of the store that had the bed frames, and then they left us alone to browse and talk about what we wanted. Every once in a while, she would check up on us-- but we didnt feel pressured, which is something we really appreciated! We found a frame that we liked and asked about its price. They offered us a price that was lower then what was listed, and they offered to deliver it for us the next day for a very small fee. Something we really liked was that they sold the bed separate from the bedroom set it came with....they didnt pressure us to buy the whole set (we already had dressers and a night stand). The next day, they delivered the bed, set it up for us, and even put the boxspring/mattress set on there for us! Everyone was very nice and very helpful, and we really like that its a family-owned store and not a chain store. We will definitely be coming back for any additional furniture needs.
