We had an absolutely fantastic experience, with great customer service here. My fiance and I were running late moving into our new apartment, and we had to rush to get to the store, before it closed. Not only did Don Warren wait for us after hours, but he even helped get the mattress and base out. If he hadnt done that we would have spent an extra $200 in van miles to come back the next day. I am not really keen on going to places and buying big items, because of pushy salespeople. I found that this location had a very relaxed and informative seller that let you look around at your own pace with pushing a sell. Great prices and great brands.

We had a very good experience at Mattress Firm. We had never been in the store before and were so pleasantly surprised that it was not some cookie cutter experience with a used car salesman approach. Dan Warren was professional, yet easygoing, and he really made us feel comfortable. In addition he was extremely knowledgeable, and we learned many things about mattresses and how to identify one with which we were comfortable. We received our bed today and the deliver guys were very friendly and professional. They were supposed to send a survey, but I have not received one yet. My husband and I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from this store almost a year ago (in 2018). We have pets who sometimes chew cords so one of our big concerns with the base was making sure this damage would be covered. We were assured by the sales person - who no longer works at this location - that this would be covered in the warranty we purchased. Now, a year later, we are trying to get cords replaced and are being told that this is not covered in the warranty and there is nothing Mattress Firm can do for us. Yes, we have contacted the agency that deals with the adjustable base, and have been told the same thing.This was an expensive purchase for us and I do not appreciate being lied to. If we had known that pet damage would not have been covered we probably wouldnt have purchased this particular base.I do have to say that the staff at the store that day were friendly and helpful while looking at mattresses. But the fact that we were lied to overshadows that unfortunately. So be aware of what you are purchasing and I would double check what any warranty ACTUALLY covers!

New info on the bed when we placed the order for the bed we also ordered a 399$ sheet set with mattress protector and two king pillows we got it on sale for $299 so a great deal. we were told it would be delivered by the time we got our mattress. Well a week later we got our bed and a week after that we got the sheets and mattress protector but no pillows. After 2 phone calls we were told the king pillows were on back order and would take another 7-10 business days. We got sold on the bundle because of the pillows but didnt know it was going to take a month to receive them. This is not good customer service one bit. For the price we spent they shouldnt have lied to us to get more money out of us. Of course they sent the sheets and mattress protector which they have a no return policy for to us so we are stuck just waiting. Feeling a bit bamboozled and will not suggest anyone go here and will never be back again.Update. I just called again today 7 business days after i was told id have the pillows in 7-10 business days so called for tracking info. Well guess what not its something new they are now on back order until Oct. 7th was told by Dowa if i dont have them by then to call back. What Kind of customer service is this. He told me well they cant ship something they dont have. Well you are right they cant but you sure could sell them to me with no problem huh.... funny when it comes to making a sale you were extremely confident in selling the items and that they would be delivered no problem but now its one story after another i really hope i dont have to call you again on oct 7th that conversation wont go the way either of us wants it to

I always say Im going to write reviews or call a manager when someone goes above and beyond but of course I always forget. However this time my fiance and I were so impressed we said we had to follow thru! We came to Muncie and planned on making our rounds at all the mattress stores and this was our first stop. Walked in and was pleasently greeted by Bennie he explained how the mattresses were color coded which made it so easy for us to look at just the types of mattresses we were interested in since we already knew memory foam was not for us. The manager Terry stood back listening and making sure Bennie, who was new, was giving us the right info. Which was nice because we despise when sales people surround you like vultures. These two gentlemen were informative without being pushy. They gave us time to look and test mattresses and discuss what we liked with each other but they were also nearby and quick to answer any questions and offer suggestions based on our concerns. We didnt buy anything that day because we wanted to sleep on it but we were so pleased with the customer service and prices we didnt even bother going to any other stores. We came back a week or so later and it was just Terry this time. He probably thought we were just going to waste his time again since we didnt buy anything before but he was still super friendly and informative and I felt like he genuinely wanted us to take our time and pick the mattress that best fit us instead of trying to shove the highest profit maker at us. After much debating and testing we finally picked one out and we are getting ready to pick up our mattress today! I cant wait to get it home and sleep like a baby! Now I just have to convince my fiance that we need to go with the cherry blossom sheets instead of the old world atlas ones he has picked out. Thank you so much Terry & Mattress Firm! Last night we went to mattress firm just to look and see what we would want for the near future. It was only ten minutes from closing and normally when you walk in somewhere that close to closing you get dirty looks or put off. Well Terry and Crystal were working and neither of them made us feel like a burden, they were both very informative and helpful answering all questions to make sure we would be happy with any choice we were to make. Needless to say we ended up making a purchase that night and our new mattress will be delivered for free tomorrow! We could not pass up the good deals going on or the friendliness we encountered. We even kept them over 45 min past close time and they remained very helpful and courteous the entire time. We would recommend them anytime to anyone.
