I went the other day to try on some hey dudes. The young guy working asked if he could help and I told him I was wanting to try on some hey dudes that I was going to be going back to school. He immediately shot down my request to try on that brand of shoes and pointed me in the direction of some REALLY ugly shoes. Never offered to let me try the on shoe that I wanted. Very unprofessional and lost a sale and a return customer.

Got a perfect pair of shoes

They were very helpful. I had been looking for shoes for hours. They were able to help me find the best fitting shoes i have had in years within 10 minutes. They were a bit expensive but i feel that i got what i paid for.

I was in Muncie for the afternoon and decided to just walk around the mall for a while. I needed to buy shoes for my mother for her birthday so I went into Tradehome. I have no knowledge of women’s shoes but the store manager Kam was very helpful and patient with me. Tradehome is a well run store with great staff. Heavily recommend it!

The service was amazing, and even though the store was small they had a great selection of shoes, Im a Sperrys fan as well as Ecco and even though they both run high dollar they are well worth it especially since the salesman, Josh I believe, also informed me about the service to fix the shoes shortly after purchasing if something needs stitched up, they can handle that at no cost to me! Very knowledgable staff, very professional, very accurate with what they said. I come back every month to pick out a new pair and now I go only to Tradehome, trust me if you want to find a pair of shoes that meets your needs, the staff at Tradehome will most definitely help you find and choose them.

Decent selection of shoes, but overly aggressive staff (they probably work on commission). Very pushy and overly talkative.
