I would strongly recommend against having a car worked on here. The service department took over a week to complete diagnostics and replicate the problem with my car the first time, then another week to put in a part they stated would take 2 days. This did not solve the problem, and after multiple failed attempts at repairs they stated that I needed an entirely new engine or offered me an incredibly low amount of money for trade-in. They did not have loaners available for 7 of the 8 weeks that my car was out of commission, did not update the portal on the website with accurate information or contact me consistently while waiting on diagnostic or repair information, and charged me over $400 for diagnostics without clearing it with me. I cant speak for their sales department, but would never return to service department.
The new dealership is clean and comfortable. The service and sales staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Decent seating and space in the waiting room adjacent to a refreshment bar and some work tables. Not crowded or noisy. Its an excellent service experience with courtesy transportation and various methods of tracking service progress. The staff is easy to contact and friendly. I no longer dread getting my Tucson service.
I want to say that our experience was outstanding. Tom Sutherland did amazing from beginning to end. The staff are super nice. We had our 5 year old and 1 year old with us and they were able to go with us on the test drive and could be themselves. They had plenty of room to play and entertain themselves while we were getting everything done.

I wanted to give my honest opinion on the wonderful service my wife and I experienced at Greg Hubler Hyundai. My wife and I stopped by the dealership on our way back home to test drive a 2022 Tucson. We were met by Caleb and told him what we wanted to do and he set us up with a test drive. He didnt go with us which was a surprise because we had left another dealership and the salesman rode with us which made us feel weird. We took the test drive and loved the vehicle. So we came back the next day to crunch some numbers and chose the 2022 Tucson SEL. To say that our experience was amazing doesnt really explain how we felt. Caleb was the most down to earth, polite and professional young man weve met in a very long time. Jay was very polite and professional as well when it came to the financing side of our purchase. Mr. Hubler, you have customers for life.
I purchased a car from Greg Hubler Hyundai completely remote and they made the process extremely easy. I worked with Trevor Westrater the whole time and I felt no pressure, he helped answer all my detailed questions and he even sent me additional photos, personally drove the car to give me his feedback and then they delivered the car to me for free (an hour and a half drive)! I would certainly buy from them again.

Ryan, Justin, as well as all of the staff are so friendly and everyone went above and beyond to help repair my car and make sure things were fixed correctly. I had a really good experience with the service department at Greg Hubler Hyundai. Everyone communicated with me efficiently every step of the way which I really appreciated. I truly felt that they cared about my service and weren’t out to try and get more money out of me. I ended up paying significantly less than what I was initially quoted for my service for my sonata hybrid. How often does that happen?! We will definitely be using this service department in the future!
The service me and my wife received at Greg Hubler was above and beyond any service I have had at other dealerships. Our car motor had a mechanical problem and was unable to be driven. Within a weeks time a brand new motor was ordered and put inside our Hyundai fixing the issue. This matter was handled professionally and fast with minimal effort on our end. The motor was covered under a warranty and was $0 from our pocket. The rental car was even taken care of all we had to do was call the company in our hometown and pick it up. Thank you Greg Hubler Hyundai for making our disaster a blessing by getting our car a brand new motor. TOP NOTCH

The key fobs for my 2008 Hyundai Sonata quit working so I got 2 new fobs and brought them to Hubler to get programmed. The price they quoted me was okay but It ended up to cost less. What service charges less than the quote! The service area is super clean and everyone there is very helpful. Thank you.
My dodge van broke down and ryan burton in the service department took great care of me as well as everyone else there. They kept me updated as to what was wrong with my vehicle and even allowed me to use a loaner vehicle as I would have to do without with 2 small children until mine was fixed. They went above and beyond to get my van fixed and Im very grateful for them! They saved me a ton of money. I would recommend them to anyone!
