I worked with Kat and honestly I was dreading the process of purchasing the vehicle but Kat made everything so simple and painless. During the whole process she allowed me to test drive the vehicle instead of waiting around for the approval. Great and friendly environment. No pushy salespeople stalking you. No hassle no wait. And I got the vehicle I wanted, and even though it took 2 days to get the deal done, only due to my own time restraints, Kat made it so convenient and made me feel really comfortable about the entire process and what needed to be done and that I could take my time with getting her the additional info that was needed. Okay, so this is an update. My brother-in-law purchased a vehicle from Superior Auto. At first, there seemed to be an issue, with the vehicle being road worthy, and myself being upset. The shifter cable broke on the vehicle, and it was $267.89, to replace. Having paid the van payment, my brother-in-law was completely broke, as he and I share the payment. Cat, who has been, and was from the beginning, very polite and respectful, and eager to please, contacted someone who authorized the payment. Now we get our vehicle back. Yay!! I tend to get angry when the small things happen, but cool heads prevail. Never wanted to, or intended to cause issues, just want a vehicle that can transport our kids safely.*Will update if there are anymore occurrences.*

Hello my name is Michael Botts. Just wanted to take a moment to say few things about superior Auto and the young lady mellissa. I have to say this has been the one place that has showed me respect and has bent over backwards to help is out with a nice truck when nobody else would. I been to several places and they all said same thing if u have this much income and stable job your approved, well I wasnt I was lied to and had my time wasted. Went to superior Auto and the staff there did everything they can to help me get into a vehicle. I had issue with gas tank first day of having the truck and they searched hard and finally found one and had it replaced without me asking them to. I just went to them for approval on some work and she was able to get it approved. I honestly Caint understand why people talk bad bout them. People its plain and simple just because u Caint keep payments up is no reason to give bad reviews towards good, kind heart people. I truly recommend them 100 percent. I will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. To the staff and especially Melissa I want to say thank you, we appreciate everything you have done for us. Keep up the goo work
