The high management staff arent helpful and good luck trying to get a job. You have to put in so much effort to just get a call back. And if youre a past worker, they are quite rude to you afterwards.As a customer, team members are helpful and nice.

Bought this huffy bike a little over a $100. It has 7 gears and rides well. I also purchased the mongoose helmet which is adjustable to your head.

Walmart has great prices on the medicines I take. And you dont have to go in the store to pick them up. Just park in the spaces set aside for this purpose, call the pharmacy to let them know youre there, and they will bring them out to you. Its not as convenient Asa drive through, but for the prices, its worth it.

Not bad but having to stand in slow line because your using cash is Bull. You should be able to use self checkout like always used to be able to do.

This is your average Walmart…nothing special. You can get most everything you need here. They are short on African American hair care products. The south side Walmart has a better selection of clothes and African American hair care products!

Terrible.at most 5 self checkout and two live customer checkouts..where does there millions in profits go!! Card only is a slap in the face and hurts customers who are afraid of these guys getting hacked or doesnt have a card..I fell down in this store several months ago after frozen vegetables were spilled and not immediately cleaned up.had knee pain and went to emergency room that night.was told Walmart responding quickly..but not fast enough where it was on floor for me to have accident..all small chains stayed open during lockdowns except for Walmart.. disgusting and can care less bout the citizens and small town stores in the areas they are located in

It seems this was a great time to visit and pick up essentials. Store was well kept. My family and I visited this store around XMas last year it was a mess everything was everywhere. Looking good keep up the great customer service and housekeeping.

I shop here when I have no other choice. I dont grt off work till late so i usually am in there about half an hour before closing. And you can definitely tell it is irritating almost all of the employees. Which on one hand I kind of get it but on the other hand I know how well theyre paid there and they ought to just be smiling and dealing with it considering what most people are paid nowadays in a department store type setting.

Seems like I simply cant stay away from this place. Its fairly close to my place making it extremely easy for me to run out there for food and certain tools. Only thing is I do wish that they would go back to being open 24/7 as was the case before our world was turned upside down.

They took my order online and c when I went to pick it up they told me they had no stock.. I asked for a comparable product and was denied. They say they will refund my money in 3 to 5 days .....I drove 30 miles one way for nothing, not pleased at all wont be spending any money there unless absolutely necessary. Bad mojo, stay away.

I honestly hate Walmart and what they have done to our country. Everyone is to blame as we all want cheap products. The Muncie South store is clean and well stocked, much nicer than the dirty North one.

What more to say than its walmart. Typical store but the biggest difference here...its by Ball State university so their shelves are really bare during school time. I dont know if management prepares for this, but it happens every single year. College goes into session, things get sold out and shelves bare...poor ordering and preparedness by management.

Love their curb side pickup. The service is always fast for their curb side pickup. Definitely a one stop and shop, which is a plus!

This Walmart is very competitive on milk and egg prices. The shelves are always well stocked. Their produce is fresh and plentiful.

Wal-Mart is a common overnight stop while traveling down the road in an RV. They are typically conveniently located, well lit, and have most supplies you could need.

I guess when you have the market cornered your customer service isnt important because everyone has to shop some place and WalMart buys so much it can sale much cheaper then its competition. dont expect customer service, and WalMart is complicit in pushing a political virus on the world as they take in millions and billions of covid is in there best interests.

The boys who brought out my groceries were great very polite but the fact that I had to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes after I checked in is an acceptable to me whats the point in sending a text message saying its ready if Im going to have to wait 45 minutes on my groceries plus the drive it took me to get there I will never do that again I can get my own groceries and be on my way home in less than 45 minutes

The Portland Walmart is a joke. Can never find what you need. They dont keep the selves stocked. There are so many pallets that need to be shelved that they are blocking isles. Last but not least their pickup shoppers and their carts are always in the way. Any chance I get I go to Muncies Walmart.

I have had a terrible experience with grocery pick up today. I called the store to check in because the app was not working. A worker told me I was checked in and I would receive my groceries shortly. I have now been at Walmart waiting for over an hour to pick up my groceries. I could have gone inside and picked up all of my things in under an hour. As a mom who gets busy with her babies I cannot afford to waste an hour of time. I have watched countless people pull in after me and leave before me. I really hope they get more workers or a better system because this was ridiculous. I probably wont be using them for a while after an incident like this. Please take this into consideration before shopping pickup here. This is not the first time I have waited an excruciating amount of time due to their backups.

Asked 3 employees for vanilla extract, 1 straight up ignored me, 1 had absolutely no clue, and another pointed me to the baking isle that was under stocked, disorganized, and didn’t have vanilla extract. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is the employee that actually pointed me to the vanilla extract was friendly and helped me find eggs. Store is generally a mess due to things on the floor, stocking carts, and unfaced shelves in some isles. Common isles like soda, chips, breads, and meat were alright, in general though, if you don’t know where a specific item is, and it’s a less common item, good luck finding an employee that knows where things are and doesn’t blow you off.

Coming in, I heard the door person calling to a guy who was making a break for the door with a visio TV as big as he was. I blocked his egress he tried to dodge around me, he failed and dropped the tv and ran as I fell hard on my rt knee. I tried to pursue but excruciating pain prevented me and he ran out, me still on my knee.I walked it off, shopped.Clean store.Went back at 7pm, looking for a knee brace.Guy told me he was just out at Target, and a guy dashed out of Target with a big tv🤷‍♂️. He made it there😶

Its Walmart, never really have high expectations but the Muncie Walmart sets the bar for emoyees/managers that do not care and will literally go out of their way to avoid helping or speaking to customers. I just wanted to get my online order - in store pickup but that was too much to ask, understandably though... I mean why would they want to give their customer something they already paid for? That is asking a lot, I know. So I tried customer service but they are not to big on the whole servicing the customer. Got online, canceled & refunded

Did not have anything i went in to get. Whats up with Wal-Mart and being out of things and very low on employees. Un called for. Putting all the self checks in at the Marion store sucks and usually only 1 register is open with a cashier. The self checks are out of change all the time. All your penny pinching is driving me to Meijers.

Walmart has now decided to discriminate against cash customers now you have to always wait in line where there is an individual you cant quickly get out of the store myself check out if you have cash but with card you can come at your own convenience to any one of them

We shop here occasionally when in Muncie. Its large and usually (usually) has our needs in stock. Today I had a loooong wait for a pick-up order, but they were very busy and even had to pull in an extra car-loader from another department. They were also up-front about the long wait.

Had almost all items I wanted. Usual Walmart shopping experience.

I do not like having to get around day time stockers to shop. Why not get it done at night like you formally done? Also why dont you keep glory collard greens in the small can, who eats a large can at one time. I get mine at Menards in Muncie now.

Love the check yourself out lanes a lot. I like being able to watch my total as im scanning my items so i can make sure im staying at the budget i want and dont have to make it difficult for a cashier to have to take items off and so on!

Its a walmart. Checkout staff is friendly, almost a bit too much so but only because one of the bigger guys is super loud. Not obnoxiously so, but his voice booms. He would make a good mall santa. Anyways, saw a drug deal in the parking lot too, but thats just Muncie, not walmart.

Not much better than the Anderson Indiana store. Out of ALOT of stuff especially in pet dept and fans, patrons were rather rude and pushy. Cashier was very friendly. As usual not enough handicap parking spaces. Store was clean and number of cashier attended registers open was adequate for a Friday.

Tim at the Muncie Walmart deserves even more than 5 stars!!!Tim noticed us looking down each aisle hunting for something. He approached us and asked if he could help us find something. He took us to the light bulb section. Then he took us to the fragrance section and unlocked the case for us. He asked if we were searching for anything else. Then Tim walked us to the area for a phone charger. We are not familiar with this store and very much appreciated the extra effort!Thank you!We were disappointed in our cashier though. After paying for our purchases I said thank you and after no response from the cashier my husband said youre welcome. The cashier (Isaiah) then said have a nice day. Not exactly a thank you. He was young but needs to be coached on customer service.

Their pharmacy is good, really reasonable prices, theyre able to answer questions, the area is clean, service decent. However, cleanliness has been an issue in other parts of the store- I tend to use Meijer for most of my shopping.

Saturday is a really busy day at Walmart. Food shelves were empty, no carts in front of store, lines were very long. However still this best store for my monthly shopping spree. Cant beat the prices on food along with home improvement items.

I have been in that store for many years. Until I moved to Georgia.

I returned a set of sheets with a reciept I was given when I got them, come to find out, it was a bogus reciept she handed me. After I was rudely informed that the reciept wasnt right, I told them I would take store credit. It was the first time I returned without a reciept. He couldnt get it to go through, and kept getting more frustrated. Nobody wanted to help!!! I stood there over 20 minutes, and a manager finally came, and gave me the dirtiest look. She said this is the last time you return something without a reciept . I felt bad to begin with. I finally got my store credit and looked for a salt lamp, and practically had to beg for help, found out they didnt have any after wondering around looking for one another 20 minutes! I AM DONE
