The crew with Clemens Home Solutions led by Ryan replaced my gutters and downspouts and installed their LeafX gutter covers product on Wednesday October 27, 2021. I also had rotted wood underneath the gutters replaced with new wood. I was so pleased that they could address all my issues in one 8 hour day! Not only were they able to complete the job efficiently as I was told they would, they could not have been more polite and accommodating! When I noticed a couple of small areas of new wood that was not painted Ryan immediately offered to paint those areas with his coworker before leaving my home. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my decision to have Clemens Home Solutions do my gutter replacement project! Can’t wait to work with them again!!!

My father passed away last year. My wife and I inherited the house I grew up in. Weve spent countless hours bringing my familys 60 year old back to life. Gutters are one area I know nothing about. This is a very professional and Christian group of approximately thirty- five employees based in Muncie Indiana. They replaced my gutters with Leaf X which is the best leaf eliminator on the market. They have replaced sixteen windows and Im about to sign a contract for the remaining seven. Their salesman (one of five), is a Gideon brother of mine who is honest and trustworthy.

Clemens is awesome to deal with. They are super easy, very polite and quick! My husband called for appointment and the next day Josh came out in the evening and gave us an estimate. Josh got us approved and financed and within 2 weeks we had our roof on! We had a current leak and the company worked with us fast. Our roof was just done on Friday and today Dustin came over again in the evening and went over our warrant and even brought us a gift. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. The workers the day of our install were polite, everyone we have dealt with have been amazing!

We had back door repair and wrapping done last week. I think it was a Mike and another guy. They did a excellent job on door. First of all they show up on time, extremely nice and respectful. They cleaned up what little mess they did and after they left absolutely nothing was left to pick up.Yesterday we had Clemens back out with gutter replacement. Again on time. A Ryan and Ivan and two other guys (sorry didn’t get their names) so very polite, respectful and seemed like they all liked their jobs did the gutter replacement. Excellent job. Again left nothing behind cleaned up 100%. Love the gutters. Will have to wait for rain to see how they do. But I am sure that that took care of problem. Would recommend 100%.

Not only did this company do what they promised, they did a service call to change a couple of downspouts that needed changed. The changes were because I had 4 and 6 extensions and I had smashed one and the other needed moved to drain north. They were out in a few days, as promised and changed them for me at no cost. Very honest and kind people. Highly recommended. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but certainly just what I needed. And the 15 yr warranty is amazing!

Clemens replaced all of my doors and storm doors and I couldn’t be any happier with them! They look fantastic and work perfectly. They were very professional while doing the installation, very proficient and did all of the work in a timely manner. They left the house just as it was before they came to install the doors. They previously put all new siding on my house, and I’m planning on having them back next summer to install all new windows. I highly recommend them over anyone else in the same business! We hired Clemens for new gutters and leaf guard. They were professional, kind and thorough. The gutters look perfect and they took their time to complete the job correctly. This company is one of the most highly reputable businesses I have ever encountered throughout my 30 years military experience living throughout the U.S. We hired them to install new gutters around the house after meeting with Tim Roberts the sales associate. He was very professional and demonstrated the products benefits with model gutters. Then, about 3 weeks later, Justin performed the work as the team lead and did a phenomenal job. He even took down an old, useless antenna that was in the way and no longer served a purpose after I said it was okay to do so. We are extremely thankful to you Justin for the great work you did.

On July 13th, 2021, Cameron and his crew from Clemens Home Solutions came out to our home and installed all new gutters and leaf x. The guys were on time, very nice & easy to get along with. The gutters are very good looking and so far seem to be working great. Weve had about 2 of rain since then and our basement is dry for a change. I would highly recommend them.

I contracted with Clemens Home Solutions to install Leaf X on the gutters of my house so I would not have to climb a ladder to clean out my gutters. Jordan and his crew from Clemens Home Solutions arrived on time and quickly and efficiently installed Leaf X. I have a single story 1,115 square foot house built in 1958. There was an approximately 3 foot section of gutter that Leaf X gutter cover was not able to be installed. Jordan presented me with options and recommendations on the spot and I selected the best solution for me and my house. The product I chose is also from Clemens Home Solutions. There was no additional charge for the product used on the 3 foot section. The whole installation (including the 3 foot section) took about 1 ½ hours. I recommend Clemens Home Solutions and Leaf X to anyone who doesn’t want to climb ladders to clean leaves and debris out of their gutters and downspouts.

Tom showed up on time, looked over the project thoroughly, listened to my concerns and gave me an estimate that I felt was fair and honest. Ivan and Mark arrived as promised and removed all of the old gutters. Replaced all of the rotted fascia board and was able reused the existing aluminum fascia (which they checked with me prior to doing). The new gutters were installed and look great. I like the fact the downspouts will flip up out of the way when I mow. Ivan and Mark made sure all everything was cleaned up before they left. The entire project took less than a day to complete. Everyone I dealt with at Clemens from Tom, Ivan, Mark and the office staff has been friendly, courteous and professional. Truly a professional company. I have additional work that I know I will be calling on them to do later this summer. It is nice to see a company that not only tells you they are going to do something, but actually does it. (in my mind, I was thinking well see). Jerry scheduled for the following week. Scheduling team communications were awesome.Toby & Jordan arrived. They were friendly and professional. They had done preliminary work & using some satellite imagery, were able to provide a quote on the spot. (other roofing companies were either no shows or never ever came through with a quote even) The technology Clemens had at their finger-tips was impressive & helpful. They reviewed materials that would be used as well as how Clemens stands behind their work & materials. Could I have gotten a cheaper roof?....probably - but, again multiple places would not return calls, show up for a scheduled appt or give me an estimate. I kept thinking about all those positive Clemens reviews swayed me. We had an active leak and there was an urgency to proceeding.The scheduling team & Lynnette stayed in contact with me. Answering questions and concerns. Coordinated the delivery of materials and the crew for the job. This was a substantial sq ft of roof. The hard working crew began work at 7:00am. Many were observed to really seem to enjoy their work....even observed them whistling a cheerful tune :) Matt was the foreman on the site. He was very calm, respectful and pleasant. He kept things moving as well as a watchful eye on the entire process. Toby & David (roofing mgr) also arrived as we were having difficulty with a neighbor. It was as if Toby was a hero, arriving to save the day & the work that we so desperately needed done. He was just awesome in so many ways - diffusing a situation that none of us had anticipated. He reassured the neighbor & put him at ease. This crew worked so hard in extreme heat for a very long day (& even still I heard a cheerful tune being whistled. Makes me smile today thinking about it).Next came the gutter crew. Again, good communication from scheduling and from Ryan and his crew. Their tasks completed efficiently. This too was a great experience.When all the work was completed - easy forms of payment were accepted. I chose to pay the invoice on line. Justin, Tony, and Austin did a fantastic job on my new gutter installation. They were friendly and professional and showed me everything they were going to do before starting. Justin did a final walk around with me to verify everything was satisfactory.

I had Clemons install 3 windows and did a great job. I had used them a year ago to install new gutters and downspouts so I knew what kind of service I was going to receive. They were here at 8:30 a.m. and were done by 5:00 p.m. They did a wonderful job on my roof and the yard was cleaner after they were done than it was before they started. I highly recommend Clemens for guttering and roofing.

Clemens replaced the original windows (from the early 50s) in our home with new replacement windows. They showed up when they said they would both days and worked the full day, (beyond 5 to finish the job). There was no lolly gagging by the workers as someone was always working on some piece of the project. Our house was left as they found it with all furniture and window coverings back in their spots. All debris was picked up and removed from the property. All of the employees were clean and well spoken. I felt comfortable leaving them at the house while I ran some errands. They did an excellent job of making sure questions were answered and that they kept me updated with progress reports on the job. We have a few more projects to compete and we will not berequesting quotes from other contractors, we will make one call to Clemons and let Shaun and his crew work their magic again.

I recently had my gutters and downspouts replaced (in January!) with wider versions of both. I, also, had the cheaper version of the gutter covers installed to save me a little work. Justin and his crew were there as promised, went over what they were going to do, and got it done in no time. When they were finished, they let me know and told me to call if I had any questions. A little over a week later, I got a call to make sure I was satisfied with the installation before they sent the final invoice. The gutters look great and are a vast improvement over what I previously had. I hate to say it, but I cant wait until it rains to see how well they work.I would highly recommend Clemens Home Solutions for your job.

Clemens installed a picture window, roof and gutters on our home. Everything looks beautiful.Jeff and Ken with the window did a great job. They installed the window in a day and made sure that everything looked great and went the extra mile to handle issues that came from installing in an older home.The David and the roofers were very professional to deal with. The crew that removed the old roof were delayed by truck issues, but got the old roof removed the first day. We were a a little disappointed that the install didnt start as quickly on the next day since we were expecting a rain storm 2 days later. But they covered the unfinished sections after the 2nd day with a tarp before the rain and finished up by the end of Friday.Justin and his crew were great. They came in and installed the gutters quickly. They did a wonderful job with the challenges our existing porch awnings created for them.We are pleased with the overall work and have received many complements on the improvements.Thanks to all!

We are so happy with the work Jordan and the rest of the Clemens team provided. Our salesman Josh who came to give us the estimate and set up the financing was also excellent.They removed all of our old broken gutters that had trees and plants growing out of them, and replaced them with gorgeous brand new capped gutters that are guaranteed to never clog. Our home looks so much better now.The workers were kind and respectful and got the entire house done in one day. They followed health recommendations for covid and stayed at least 6 feet away when introducing themselves and when needing to show us an area of our fascia board that was water damaged and needing replacement.Their financing is absolutely wonderful and allowed us the ability to get replacement gutters in the first place. My husband is a disabled vet and so we are fixed income, but the ability to make payments over time is fabulous.Jordan and his crew were respectful to our property, and cleaned up 100% when they were done.
