We ordered new windows directly through Pella. The Pella sales rep, Dustin Robbins, was knowledgeable and answered all questions and made suggestions for us. Communication from him, the Sheri in the office and the installation crew was great. The installers were efficient and quick and respectful of our property inside and out. We got a few other window quotes from companies that install Pella but the Pella team was the best to work with.

I had questions regarding the Pella Installation Sealant. I have never worked with it before but we have a number of Pella Windows in our home. After contacting the Muncie office, I spoke with Garrett and he quickly gave me the information I needed and my questions were answered. He was very helpful!
