They were very nice when my car wouldnt start easily. Quite a scary experience for me. They checked my battery and alternator and determined that both were good and helped me out a lot.

I have been buying auto parts at this store since it opened years ago, and I always get good and courteous service and affordable prices.Today I called them before coming in and spoke to their manager, Liz, and asked if I might use the turn signal bulb of the same exact shape and size but a dif. number, and she explained that the dif. number means that - even at the same size and shape - the bulb has different internal filament(s) that may negatively affect the wiring, and it made a perfect sense. I was impressed at how this young girl was actually a competent and confident professional and a store manager.Way to go Liz! Thanks!

I had a windshield wiper fly off the car and Autozone found the correct wiper and installed it for me no charge. They are always doing nice things like this for me. They are the best!!!

I went to AutoZone after my battery died. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very helpful in confirming that they had the battery I needed. When I went in to purchase it, Marcos was particularly helpful in getting me the right battery and swapping it out for the old one. From the health and safety standpoint, they were also great: masks and only 10 customers at a time. I couldnt recommend highly enough.

Ive always had a great experience here, the staff was so nice and never hesitated to answer a question, help you find an item or order it if they dont have it in stock, and if its an easy and quick fix, theyll offer to help you if they can see your not quite a mechanic. They was one guy who used to work there, not sure if he still does, but he was so funny, and his Texan accent was great, but if you couldnt speak Texan, you might have had trouble keeping up with him, he was great!!

Best Autoshop Ive been to for past 4 places. I wanted to change the car battery and they replaced the car battery for free! I give 5 stars. Great service and the employees working there are very nice.

I went in yesterday because my car was acting funny and was helped by James. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped diagnose that I needed a new battery and then he helped by installing it in my car. Altogether it was a great experience with a great staff member that turned my stressful situation into an easy fix. I’ll definitely go back.

The took time to do catalogue searches for me but could not find the part that I needed so they sent me up the street to another automotive store. I went in to get my battery checked and was helped by John John. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a missing alternator belt that must have recently snapped. He quickly found the belt I needed and started charging my battery to get me home. After my questions about installing the belt he kindly offered to postpone his lunch to do it for me. It ended up not being an easy task, but he stuck with it with a great attitude and made sure everything was working before I left. This is more than I could have ever expected as far as great service. I can tell John John really cares about helping customers. By far the best experience Ive ever had at an AutoZone!

Yesterday, I was in emergency mode at the Mundeline store. The person who helped me was Luis, I never met him before. He treated me like family. He replaced a battery for me and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Later that day, my alternator crapped. Not only did Luis save me at least $200 but he also got me a mechanic to install the alternator who happened to walk into the store saving me time and saving me even more money.This is the first review I have ever made. Luis deserves a raise as far Im concerned.

Wouldnt install a battery on sons infinity i30 when we purchased a new one there...because supposedly when theres only 2 employees one cant come out of the store. I called another store to check out if it was true and the mgr there told me the other store was lying! Called the store back and the mgr again lied. Never going back there!
