WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.THEY SHIPPED WRONG PART. NEVER OFFERED TO SEND CORRECT PART AND AS OF YET 30 DAYS LATER HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY EVEN AFTER CLAIMING THEY HAVE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR AMAZON FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASE. MEANWHILE I TRY TO GET MY MONEY RETURNED. GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY WONT LET ME GIVE IT NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

I ordered a part for my vehicle through Amazon. I was very specific providing the exact make and model of my vehicle. When the part arrived, it was nowhere close to the correct part for the vehicle I specified. I contacted Hubcaps Plus and requested a refund and a return mailing label. They refused to refund. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will never do business with these guys again and I will shout my experience from the highest rooftop to everyone I know.

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I purchased a bumper cap for my customers 2013 Truck which according to their website was the right one from OVERDRIVE BRANDS. When received the mounting brackets were different and so the cap would not work. The cap was even stamped 2012 on the inside. They did offer a refund but the cost to ship it back is 3/4 the price of the item. I asked for a prepaid label and they literally call me a liar saying that the product would fit my truck therefore they would not pay to ship it back. FYI. I work at a Chevy Dealership and even my parts manager says its different.

Bought auto mirror through their website. Needed some post sale follow up because I believed I needed another mirror. Sent them two emails and countless phone calls. Zero response. No human available on phone. Terrible customer service.

They sent the wrong Mirrors took me 2 months to get a repky from them they would not give me a full refund more pay for the shipping infact they charged me a restocking fee. Horrible company.

Recently ordered a replacement mirror for a vehicle through Amazon, mirror arrived and did not fit. Checked with manufacturer and found the mirror mailed was not suitable for my vehicle. I emailed Automotive Mirror Glass, aka hubcapsplus, and was offered another at a discount price, I declined as I had already paid an extra shipping charge buying through Amazon. If you buy direct from Automotive Mirror Glass, aka hubcapsplus its cheaper than Amazon prices as they state free shipping. Poor business practice, no help, will never purchase again from this outfit.

They sent the wrong parts and refused to send me a label to send the parts back. I had to pay out of pocket for the shipping again. SO paid shipping twice, 10 days to receive the wrong part, one week trying to get a hold of somebody to help me... waste of time and money...
