Staff are always extremely helpful. When community transmission is high, I like that they will get non prescription items from the store for me to buy through the drive-thru. They always take the time to answer my questions, too.
Everyone here has always been kind and helpful.
The little cashier at this location is so nice and very helpful with helping me locate what I need.
Will not be going here to fill prescriptions no longer! They were rude and disrespectful for a question on a prescription. Acted as if it wasnt in the job description..they werent even busy..so Jewel in Munster will be taking care of my family needs . They are wonderful there.
I literally hate this Walgreens especially the pharmacy! There is ALWAYS a problem picking up my childrens prescriptions and its always an arguement and unnecessary questions like why did the assigning doctor prescribe so much? Very unprofessional and rude.
First the pharmacy filled the wrong prescription and then was VERY rude, Pharmacy Tech Sienna, refusing to take back the wrong prescription and refunding the $40 dollars for there mistake. I will not continue to have my prescriptions filled here and take my business to CVS. To have the WRONG medication filled which could kill someone, then not to have my money refunded for there mistake, and finally to be treated very rudely, is criminal.
Terrible location. The guy working in photos is simply terrible and shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like his job. Definitely not going back.
I got berated, belittled and lectured at the pharmacy by Donna. She was WAY out of line.Called corporate and the district manager. Never did get an apology. Just advice not to go to her again. Thanks! Treat people like garbage and see how far that gets you.Won’t go there EVER again.
They never have medications in stock. I have to go there at least 3 times and theres always an excuse why its not ready. They give you a partial refill and then it costs even more!
This Walgreens is directly across from a hospital and within a mile of a second. Why is the pharmacy here not open 24 hours? Missed opportunity and a bit inconvenient to have to drive to Lansing to fill a script.
The pharmacist helped me save 60 dollars by going out of her way to print a coupon off of her phone for me, great service.
Whoever visited from the area office and the pharmacist should be more considerate of customers time. When customers are actively waiting is probably not the best time to socialize for 20 minutes.
The pharmacy technician was horribly rude. She would not call my doctor to call in a prescription! Honestly, I used to love getting my prescriptions here but this tech made it impossible! Im sorry but Im going to CVS.
If you are staying at the Hampton inn hotel behind Walgreens do consider this place youre in a blessing...REDBOX!!
Nice and clean Pharmacy personal very nice definitely a 5 star Walgreens
Long waits, sometimes have issues with what they state and what happens. High cost
Employees are so friendly
Floors were dirty. Entryway and parking lot was full of trash and TONS of cigarette butts. Its May and there are still salt crystals from the winter in the entryway.
The front desk lady is rude. Dry face, No customer service. Rude over the phone as well.
Consistent poor service.
Thank you pharmacy for all your help!
Millie the pharmacist was so rude!!! Couldnt answer a question without being so condescending.
Customer service is very poor, especially with the cashiers. They need an attitude adjustment.
Great staff
Great staff
Pharmacy is a fallacy
Very disappointed in the pharmacy. Staff seems overwhelmed and “Karen”should take some customer service lessons. Displaying frustration to customers is not ideal. Attitude is definitely not welcomed. Takes 3 people to greet the window before being waited on. I suggest making some changes.
