I showed up 4 minutes before close, assuming they’d either already be closed or have an attitude. Neither. The 2 guys working were amazing and my craving is satisfied.

Depends on the employees on shift. Most time order is correct. With the national labor crisis, I cant judge harshly. I know theyre doing theyre best.

I like this Starbucks because of its location, and a lot of the workers are nice; however, I am not happy with the long wait almost everything single time I go there. It is also frustrating that, almost every time I am there, they mess something up. I don’t pay the money I pay for mediocre. I get we’re all human, but messing up this much is a little ridiculous. I expect better.

This Starbucks was very busy when I stop by about 10 a.m. this morning.there were 12 to 15 cars in line, and the outside parking was not adequate. I had to park at a neighboring stores parking lot, to go in, and you know they dont like that.but, the product was good, even though I had to wait just a little bit, and the service was adequate. As I said, parking was a challenge and the line was quite long for drive through.

I usually have a great experience, NOT Today. Paid $7 for shaken espresso that was HALFWAY filled because I asked for light ice! Do better people! Shame on you for not ensuring the customer satisfaction! When asked, didnt offer a solution to problem! #HighpricedNONSENSE

I love Starbucks and normally the customer service is consistent and friendly however today I went in because the drive thru line was really long. MISTAKE. A parent allowed his children to play tag loudly. The music was up really loud and between the children running and yelling and the music, the customer service rep completely botched.my order. I even repeated it to her and questioned the price. It didnt sound right and she said she had it but she didnt. You could see that she was visibly bothered, yet she did nothing to ensure she got the order right. For example turning down the music etc..Awful. Starbucks is not a playground or a concert pavilion.

Fast service and very polite. Inside is open if you have a mask, but there is no indoor dining. Take out only. Drive through tends to get a tiny bit congested currently because people prefer that over walking in.

Ive come here twice and the food has been delicious both times, although a bit expensive. The $4 deals for their anniversary was great though. The interior is bright, airy, and very clean.

To much talking, not working as much. My sandwiches were disgusting, our drinks were okay and the service was nothing to talk about. Honestly I expected more from this location since its across from hospital. I will stay clear of this location.

Drive thur is slow as can be. And always has a line. If you want something fast dont do thur here. Today was extra slow.

Because it was busy I give them 2 stars instead of 1star. 3 drinks ordered: 1. Pink drink - made well tasted pretty good. 2. Toffee nut coffee based Frappuccino - horrible tasted watery without flavor liked twice used grounds blended with ice. 3. Very very Berry hibiscus refresher - tepid and not so refreshing... too bad usually our goto drinks... not recommend the crowded Calumet Starbucks

The staff is very nice and friendly but man the service at this place is slow! The drive thru is always wrapped around the street and going inside is not going to get you out of there faster. The workers are so focused on the busy drive thru that youre kinda ignored when you go in. I dont blame them because its really busy but they may need more staff or a better system. It took me 20 minutes to get one drink thru the drive thru today which is just too long.

Quick friendly service. They were busy, but it did not take long to get my drink. The app is fairly easy to use. I was shocked how small this location is, I wanted to hangout since I was trying to waste some time in the area, but the place was full. If approaching south bound turn at the light before the storefront.

My sister and i come to this particular starbucks quite often. The service is always delightful and quick. The ladies are always helpful when we have questions. We also take our pup for a ride when we go and she absolutely loves the pup cups (whipped cream in a cup)! If you havent tried the coffee cake (warmed up) please treat yourself!

Ordered a vanilla ice latte with splash of vanilla - they decided to also add hazelnut flavoring for some reason? 🤷🏻‍♂️Otherwise the baked goods were fresh and tasty. Just your average starbuck .

I ordered a Caramel Frapp and it was not even sweet. I can taste the coffee, only that. Either employees are not following the recommendations or they were running out of items. And the person who took my order not very pleasant on the Mic. I dont know what happened on this particular day because usually they make my Frapp sweet and are pleasant. I still will continue to go here again. Wonder if you can taste it before you drive off and if they will make you another one if you dont like it?

Its great but always has a long line at the drive through. Its quicker to order ahead and go in to pick up your order.

Would have been a better experience if I knew to ask for my mobile pick up when I arrived, versus waiting around 10 minutes not being asked by any staff if needed help.

My first time the cold coffee was delicious lots of people on the drive thru but good service.

I ordered 6 different drinks. All of them were nasty and disgusting. Also mixed up 2 drinks and when we told them it was was wrong they just added two pumps of something different and gave it back to us. Never going back.

Usually I dont complain but thats the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Im not sure if its the way the building is designed but the workers sounded like they were screaming when they were talking and laughing with each other ( I do not mind if they talk btw but when it sets my teeth on edge I have an issue.) There was plenty of space for boxes laying all around but not for seating I guess? My tea was good and the bathroom was clean but I had to leave after ten minutes.

On the smaller side for Starbucks locations... But has outside seating as well. This location has better hours than the ones nearby (and a lot of upcoming events posted on the community board). Oh, and service was very friendly and quick.

Went in for two lattes they took care of everyone n the drive thru two times before getting to the order. I did witness employee at register playing with their phone and no one willing to help us. Took 30 minutes to get to lattes never again.

I ordered an iced London fog latte and after waiting in a line that was 5+ minutes (I was patient and understand good things take time! I was in no rush at all!) I got to the window and what seemed like a manager or lead gave me my drink and told me to never order that item again, it takes too long and nobody wants to wait, it will taste terrible, And that the drink should not be ordered at Starbucks stores due to the inconvenience it causes. This lady was being sincere and had a nice attitude, but she was standing in front of other employees who were clearly disgruntled by the order and when I said, Im so sorry! I wont order it again its okay! I was hoping it wouldnt be a pain in for you guys an the workers just seemed disgruntled it seemed. I understand the drink takes time and can cause a hold up. This item shouldnt be on the menu if it cant be made in an efficient manner. I cant blame the workers, I just hope Starbucks realizes this is an issue for this item! Otherwise this Starbucks is fairly nice.

If you never got into iced coffe you would more than likely like the cold brew over ice. Its one of my go to drinks, tell them you want 6 pumps vanilla and SCCFCB. I have found this to be the best! Not all locations make it this way even though I believe its the way they all are supposed to make it. Anyhow mention as stated above for an awesome drink.

Starbucks is always good for a treat. Otherwise, I couldnt imagine going everyday as it would get very expensive. Starbucks are typically clean with a friendly efficient staff. I happen to also like their coffee quite a bit.

I always get fast and friendly service at this Starbucks. I pass maybe 3 or 4 Starbucks and still choose this location. I find that I can enjoy a good cup of coffee while listening to nice music.

Absolute filthiest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Plates, cups, bathrooms. No napkins in site and the counters are a mess. Ill stick to Merrillville and Crown Point locations.

I waited forever in drive thru to get the wrong order. I parked and went in. When the guy went to remake my drink he dumped it so high up it splattered on my jacket.

I bought a mug for $40 and was told I could get free drinks in January with it. I asked for a green tea latte, but now they say the deal doesnt include lattes. The back of the mug lists two exclusions, neither one being a green tea latte
