Great place, good warranties. Brought my truck for ball joints, tie rods and end links. The guys were knowledgeable and awnsered all of my questions.

We go to tire world to get oil changes, tires, maintenance and repairs. They are always reasonable with prices and time. Ive been going to them for the past ten years and Ive never had a bad experience.

Bought a new tire from them a month ago. It blew out on the interstate yesterday. Boss man tells me it was my fault and literally said “There’s no such thing as a blowout - only in the movies. This happened because your tire pressure was low.”Even though I keep all at 35PSI. I wasn’t asking for a new tire. Perhaps just a discount on one. He rushed as quickly as possible to blame the customer. It’s a common thing for these places to sell defective tires and then blame it on you. Don’t go here. I recommend Country Tire just a few blocks up the road.

Dropped my car for tires early one morning. Gave me a price for tires, oil change and front end alignment. Gave me a price for everything out the door. Called late in the afternoon with finished price and it was spot on. Everyone was very nice. Will be back.

This is the second time I decided to try this place out for an oil change and I went in Thursday morning to be told that they can’t get me in this day… no problem, they then tell me to come back at 7:00am when they open in the morning and they will get me in. I get there as the very first oil change customer and they tell me “I can’t get you in today at all” Furious, I walked out and they will never get my business again… if i could give them a negative star i would

We had purchased 4 new tires from Tire World. Recently got a screw in the tire. Girlfriend went up there on 4-7 during the day to have the tire checked and repaired if necessary. They said they were to backed up to look at it which is understandable its middle of the day. So I went up there this morning 4-8 at 7am when they opened to get it looked at which is literally a 15 min process they said I had to wait 3 hours to get the tire repaired. Tire World is more about selling tires than customer service. I wont be buying tires from them ever again.

TIREWORLD IN MURFREESBORO ROCKS. Been using them for several years. They are professional and friendly. The waiting area is super clean and relaxing. They have a convenient night drop system and have always met my expectations. Yes, at times they are very busy, but to me this is a good thing. There is a reason large numbers of vehicle owners use them. I would be cautious about service providers that are not that busy. Thanks TIREWORLD!

Got in at 7AM they had my tires rotated and balanced and out before 8, the only thing they did not do was inflate the tires to the pressure I requested

My husband ordered tires the day before and they said to drop truck off next morning for an 8am appointment so he did. Husband called after 1pm to let them know he was on his way to pick up the truck and they said they hadn’t gotten to it. He had to go pick up our daughter from school so he said never mind cause he needed a way to get our daughter and ended up having a flat tire after picking her up. No spare tire because he was having to use the spare already which is why he was getting a new tire in the first place

I made an appointment for 2:00 pm for a stem valve replacement on a tire. They didnt take the car in until 2:05 pm. A tire stem replacement takes 10 minutes roughly. You can look that up on the internet. Then they said I had to replace more than the stem at 2:40 pm because the sensor was connected and had to be part of the full unit. That is ok. I mean he wasnt lying. But now that is going to take a half hour. I specifically was told they could get my car in right away and now Ive been sitting here for over an hour. For a valve stem replacement. Maybe they do good work but I was lied to multiple times about how long the job takes. What really happened is they didnt even look at my vehicle until 2:40 pm and now I have to wait an additional 30 minutes.

My experience is that they are incompetent, unprofessional liars. They messed up my car, They overfilled my oil by over a quart, admitted it, and the reneged. The help I finally was offered was only after I did all the leg work and told them my next step was to report it to the BBB. I will never go there again and I would not recommend it to even my enemy.

No one at tire world in Murfreesboro Tennessee had masks on today. I will never do business at this location again. I am just so saddened by the lack of concern for public health and safety.

The guy I dealt with for the last few years who was very helpful and extremely knowledge with lift kits was let go for some reason and whoever took over doesn’t know half of what the other guy did. I don’t think they take very good care of their employees so they probably don’t really care about their customers genuinely and it’s more about making a profit than take care of their employees and customers in my opinion

I came to Tire World, because they are locally owned and they will also price match competitors in the area. Trish and Joey are great! They did not have the tire I needed in stock and it needed to be ordered from their warehouse in Nashville. I was told that the tire would be there the next business day in the afternoon. I went ahead and paid for the tire and left the rim with them, because Trish said they could just switch out the old tire with the new one and I could just come by to have it bolted on and be on my way. I made the purchase on a Friday.Fast forward to Monday. I hadn’t heard from them and called to ask about it. I spoke to someone named Gator? He said the tire is there. Okay, was someone going to call and let me know? No. I told him I was going to swing by there and switch out the spare. He then let me know that they wouldn’t be able to get to it. Excuse me, why not? I’ve seen tire guys take off and put the tire on the rim at light speed (not really, but it was pretty quick). So I let him know that I would just put the tire on the car, myself. Why? Because I was told that it would be done and now it cannot by the end of their business day. They close at 4:59 by the way.I came into the store to pick up the tire and it is still not on the rim. So I’m sitting here in the waiting room, writing this review about this establishment, all the while, I have somewhere else to be. No wonder they do no charge for installation, because it would take a lifetime to do.If your tires aren’t a priority and you have loads of time to wait, then this place would probably be a great place to have your tires done. I would definitely shop around and get a couple of opinions before you make a decision.

Super helpful, honest folks. I was freaking out the other day because I was seeing smoke coming from my truck and smelling a metallic smell and was worried it was my brakes. It was actually a belt that they were kind enough to remove at no charge. The rest of their recommendations were all things I’ve been told I needed by my regular mechanic. Appreciate their honesty and their help!

Took my car to get a valve gasket changed and was very upset at the service I got. I took it to the one on Broad Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. There was a guy name Greg that was very rude and disrespectful and told me to never bring my car back because if my complaint that I had. First of all, there was grease all over my fenders on driver and passenger side, next there was grease all on my floor mats, then, my car still leak. I would never recommend going to that location ever. Then they didnt put any oil in it. Please stay away.

A few weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from a private party and drove it straight to the shop to get inspected. I asked them to look it over and make sure everything was in working order, and they joked with me about my not coming to get it inspected prior to purchasing the vehicle. The vehicles previous owner did not keep any maintenance records, so I was taking a risk in both purchasing the car and getting it inspected. I asked for them to go ahead and change the oil and rotate the tires since I didnt know when the last maintenance had occurred. The vehicle is 12 years old, so they couldve told me that a number of issues needed to be repaired. Without any reference point, I wouldve had to believe them. However, they did not find any issues with the car. They couldve taken advantage of the situation and repaired things that need repair, but they didnt. They simply charged me for the rotation and oil change. And they were right that the vehicle is in good shape; its still running great! These guys have a lot of integrity. Send your business their way!

I went here and had an alignment done to my car. This was due to all of the positive reviews and the low price. Great looking place and trustworthy looking people. I dropped off my car and left to go run some errands. I figured that an alignment should take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. Well I received a call about an hour later and was told that my vehicle was finished. I was surprised that they had finished so quickly. I went back and they handed me the finished alignment settings. The settings was nowhere close to being equal on the left and right side. On the back wheels there was so much difference that I asked the person at the front counter if they could re-do the alignment and spend more time on it. All he said was thats the best that he(alignment guy) could do. COMPLETELY unsatisfied with my experience there. It was a waste of my time and money. A friend referred me to a shop in Franklin to get my alignment done. I will be spending more money on an alignment that was supposed to be right THE FIRST TIME. Poor quality alignment. I will definitely NOT be going back.

After months of research, I opted to have my car serviced here. These guys were great- friendly staff, their patience with me (while I asked them nothing short of a million questions during peak hours no less!) was very comforting, and they have done a great job every time, and always in less time than quoted. I have the security of knowing they have treated me fair, treated my car properly, and always make me feel confident that everything will work great.

Staff seemed confused when explaining best time to arrive to have work done in a timely manner. Had computer problems and gave almost no information about the purchased tires other than basic description. Warranty? Free rotation? Etc?

Super helpful getting me some new lug nuts for a quarter of the price elsewhere. Will be taking my car there in the future!

If I could give less than one star I would. This is the most dishonest, cheating tire shop I have ever been to. We got an alignment from them, because our van was pulling to the right. They said we needed 1 new tires but that everything else looks fine. The van still pulled to the right some so we took it back a week later. This time they tell us they cant to an alignment for us because our control arm is bad and will have to be replaced. My husband reminded them that they had done an alignment for us just a week ago so they back peddled and said that the control arm was just minimal and all new tires would fix the problem. They refused to honor the alignment they did, all they cared about was getting more money from us! Weve gotten two second opinions at this point and theres absolutely nothing wrong with our control arms. Dont go to these guys. Theyre liars and cheater. Tire discounters is much better!

I have been going to Tire World for over twenty years for all my tire needs. They have always very friendly and honest with any repairs that I have needed. At times they can be very busy but they have a nice waiting room with clean bathrooms.

Tire World at 5044 Murfreesboro Rd, Ive had nothing but great service from this site. Anytime Ive had an issue they have been able to correct the issue and do it in less time than I expected. Today they was able to help with a clutch issue and was in and out in no time. Turned out to be an issue with clutch fluid level, I love these guys and gal! I am a customer for life. I have had both my cars worked on at Tire World and I have been more than satisfied not only with the work but with their fairness with regard to pricing. Today they fixed a faulty hood latch and charged me exactly zero. Need I say more?

We have been regular loyal customers for over 15 years, back when this was Southeastern Tires. Customer service was their forte, I thoroughly enjoyed coming in to get my service done. Last year they were bought out by Tire World, and ever since then the same employees who used to be nice have turned patronizing, cynical, and downright rude. Never again will we come to this place.

Ive always had great service at Tire World. Jeff and his guys do a great job and I will continue to use them. Plus, they are local, so Ill always support local small business.

Very shady. Dropped off for two tires and brake/rotor job on Wednesday night, i call Thursday @ 4 p.m. asking if its done only to be told that the tires are on but that his guys had been driving it around all day putting together a list of everything that needed done and the brakes hadnt been done yet. This is an old car with 285k miles and i specifically stated before i dropped off that there were other things wrong that i didnt care or have the money to address, its an A to B car, period. I get the car back only to notice a very hard pull to one side and a broken tie rod which wasnt broken before and conveniently was one of the things on the list they had compiled. VERY disappointed. Will NEVER go back.

These clowns kept me waiting 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation- which they didnt even perform! They only rotated the tires and tried to sell me brakes. This was a Monday with the least crowded waiting room Id seen there. I said two hours and you didnt even get the oil changed? They said they didnt know what happened. I called the manager to complain (he offered a free oil change) but I will certainly never go back. I have zero faith in them to work on my car after that. The employees were unapologetic and just bumbling around. In the past they have told me I needed a new battery, which didnt need to be replaced until more than a year later. I recommend you avoid the tire world on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro if you value your time and especially if you are not aware of your cars maintenance schedule, because they tried to exploit that with me on two occasions--battery and brakes.

Worst experience of my life, I went in there to get a quote on a new set of tires and was quoted $100 more for set of continentals, and I told the young man at the front desk that Gateway offered a more reasonable price and service was exceptional compared to discount tire.

They put brakes on my car when I left my car brakes was makes so much noise, so I took my car back on that Monday. They told me I need rotors but I knew I didnt need rotors because my car wasnt shaking or anything. Then I have to pay someone else to fix the problem they cause in the first place. All they had to do was put brakes lubricant on the brakes and the noise stop. If you are a woman and dont know anything about cars please ask a man to take your car for you because they will get over on you. Glad I know a little about cars myself. Now I know how to put my own brakes on.

I am SO impressed with this place!When I lived in Murfreesboro, Tire World had become my go-to mechanic shop. They always treated me well and were very good about explaining things in detail and answering all my questions.Last August (10 months ago) they replaced my clutch which had gone out. It was quite expensive to fix. I moved to CA in September.Then a couple weeks ago my clutch went out again, only 9 months after the replacement! I was rather unhappy as you can imagine and called Tire World to see about a warranty. They had me call their parts supplier who told me there was no warranty on clutch parts. I almost gave up, but then called Tire World back again. They agreed to pay my mechanic in CA for the complete cost of the new clutch! I didnt have to beg, plead, or get angry. I simply told them the situation and they said, Well take care of it, and they did. I am still in shock.According to my mechanic here, Tire World had installed the wrong size/type of clutch and used a conversion kit to make it work. It was a wonky set-up, crooked, and thats why it failed so quickly. My mechanic here said he didnt fault Tire World for that though. He believes the fault lies with the parts company for sending the wrong item.Anyway, Tire World did take responsibility and they made it right. I am very impressed that they went so far above and beyond for someone who wasnt even in the area anymore and able to be a continuing customer. I am telling all my friends in Murfreesboro to give Tire World their business. They are great people. My CA mechanic was amazed at the whole situation and said, Ive always heard people in the South are nice, and now I know that must be true!(Note: I posted this on Yelp also)

Absolutely horrible. I gave them a second chance. They had my car for more than 2 weeks fixing a small problem. A year later after completely ruining a complete set of tires, I find out they didnt even fix the problem. They did not have the decency to tell me. Stay away, tell everyone to never have work done here.

My ac compressor was replaced but when we drove the car home it was dragging. We called them about it and they said to bring it back and they would look at it. I had to get someone to help drop the car off. They check it and tell me its spark plugs. You would think if they would of caught that before giving us back the car but no. So I dish out another 200 and get the car back. Now its making a humming noise and when the air is turned up it would turn off. my husband checks it out and it turns out someone forgot to plug in a fan!That wasnt my first incident. Last year I paid 2000 to fix multiple things on my other car. We drive it for a couple of days and its making noise again. My husband drives it to Walmart during my sons birthday party and it locks up. We call them and tell them what happened on that Monday because it was the weekend. They tow the car to the tire world in lavergne. Turns out this tire world didnt put the pully back on correctly and it locked up because the belt came off. They didnt charge us to fix it of course, but I wonder if I didnt have men in my family to look at these issues what would happen.

I arrived to the shop at 800 am asked to have a tirerod put on my truck and front end alignment. I was told yes we can do that I sat there for almost four hours my truck was in the shop for an hour I see it pull out Im thinking to my self ok they are driving it to check it I waited a little longer walked outside my vehicle was sitting in parking spot. I went in and asked was it done he said let me get your receipt then proceeds to tell me five things it needs done none of the work I asked for had even been completed. I watched peoples vehicles being pulled in before mine who dropped it off after I arrived. I heard the guy tell people on the phone it was first come first serve about five times while I waited apparently not. Then my other issue was anybody else in that room they came out and told them what there vehicle needed before it was moved out of shop not me. Lets just say that made me very angry Im sure they do good work but they really dropped the ball with me. If they would have come told me what I needed like everyone else got I would have told them I had almost all of those parts in my truck and would have paid them to put the parts on so yall have lost my business and my respect.

I would never recommend anyone to this place. I took my truck here for an alignment and they didnt tighten the right side camber bolts. I left on a trip to Atlanta the next day an about half way back I noticed a pull gave them a call an got the swing it on by bs well by the time I got to Atlanta the tremendous strain put on the trans from having the wheels pointed out cost me 4th an 5th gear by the next morning I was down to just first. Long story short. It cost me a transmission, but dont worry they gave me back my money for the crap alignment. Like that was supposed to make me feel better about the $3500 I just spent on a trans I wouldnt of needed if it wasnt for them. Do NOT take your vehicle here folks. You have been warned.
