Publix catered 2 parties for me in the last 2 weeks. My 2 year old sons and my 16 year old daughters. The bakery made their cakes, cupcakes & macaroons, The deli made their party platters, and the produce department inflated balloons I brought in.They did an amazing job with the very specific orders. I especially want to give a shout out to the bakery. For my sons party they made a cow print cake from a picture I brought in and made the frosting so smooth that everyone thought it was fondant. If that wasnt impressive enough, for my daughters birthday... The order didnt come out as specific as I had explained but they went above and beyond to make me 100% satisfied. They remade the cake and delivered it to the house before the party and they only had an hour to do this in!I will definately be going to Publix for all future parties! I would give more stars if it were possible!

This super market has a terrific deli! The produce aisle is above average, and the meat department normally has one or more meat cutters in attendance. Great pharmacy, too.

Super nice store, its clean, the staff is friendly and customer oriented, always BOGO specials, etc... and the quality of the produce and of the meat is great.

Publix is a good supermarket a little more expensive but a good selection and great staff. The only suggestion I would have is maybe the managers could be nicer. I see them being critical of employees sometimes, but at the same time I dont know what is going on or what may have happened before. Food wise they are solid and quality is good.

My daughter birthday was 10-18-18 and we got her this monster cake 🍰 for 60$ and it was the worst idea ever. It was so hard that no one wanted any just a couple bites and I can’t believe I went there. Never again and the icing was terrible

I come in often to get my salad/sandwich fix from the deli. The veggies are always fresh. But the best part is the customer service. Ms. Summer is always so kind and patient with me. Thanks for great customer service.

Its a grocery store with Starbucks-like friendly people and considerate service.Been shopping here for years. On a first name basis with some of staff. Why go anywhere else?

The store was clean and well stocked. They had the fruit I was looking for (jackfruit) which is not a common item, but this was the only one left. It was the size of a sugar baby watermelon. There was a noticeable and sizeable blemish on the fruit, so the customer service associate offered a generous price adjustment. He was very polite. It was a very good shopping experience.

Don’t try to order wings from the deli because apparently they shut their fryers down super early so pick up orders are out of the question.I called in one and a half hours before they are supposed to close. Haven’t had this problem before. So much for the good customer service they use to have.

Clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and curtious. Turkey sub was very tasty.

My experience this morning was amazing. We love Publix juice so I was amazed seeing a sign of 3 for 5 on it💜💜💜 went to the register and was not the case but the young lady went check with me and saw it was their mistake. So they honor the sign!!! I love Publix Integrity and honesty🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ive found the check out GUYS to be exceptionally delightful. Wish I could sat the same for the older women there. But the store is clean, has excellent produce and produce helpers, as well as good meat and helpful butchers who will recut or tenderize any cut of meat. I always leave this Publix grateful for it, and for not having to shop.at Krogers!

I love this Publix! Always a great experience when we shop here. Everyone who works there is kind helpful and always have smiles on their faces. Always willing to help everyone. Store is always clean and they follow CDC rules for the Covid 19 and you can actually see the people who are cleaning and wiping down carts and things that are commonly touched such as carts doors and etc.. There are always enough cashiers lanes open or if you like the u scan they are always open as well! Some things may cost a lil extra here but the quality of foods they have and the overall experience you have its definitely worth it! If they think you have to many groceries they always ask if you would like help out to your vehicle. They even tell you bye and have a great day! Great place to shop!!

Publix makes grocery shopping relaxing. Gladly pay slightly more for better service and nicer employees.

I used to shop Kroger, much closer to my house. One of their suppliers posted an anti 2nd Ammendment comment, I wrote Kroger that I believe businesses should do what the owners want in private and someone at Kroger wrote back they agreed with the supplier. I havent stepped foot in a Kroger in four years, instead I put up with the higher prices at Publix because they havent made public statements like this. If they do, we are done and another grocery can have my $100 a week.

I am from out of state so I was excited to visit a Publix for the first time in a long time! High quality products and friendly staff made this a great visit!

I absolutely love Publix. I could not find fondue cheese, asked the guy at the Deli counter and a couple of minutes later I had two servings of it in my hand. He had read my mind! I only asked for the cheese without asking for quantity. Love it! Next was the dinner, seafood in a potatoes along with instructions! Yeah man! ❤️ For the finally, looked all over for a hip flask and you bet, I found it last aisle in the wine section. This place ROCKS! Parking was not an issue either!

The staff are very friendly & helpful. This location is a smaller store with limited selections. Prices tend to be higher then competitor grocery stores. I pay close attention to the weekly BOGO free items to get the best deals.

Placed an order for wings was told that it would be an hour and I would receive a call . Fast forward 2 hours later, I call to check the status and they haven’t even started but could start right after the phone call. What was the point of even taking my order??

Very clean store. Fairly quiet. Employees are always nice, and they are usually well stocked. If youre looking for cost leaders, I recommend you shop at Walmart. Personally, Ill pay a couple dollars more on my bill to not have to shop at Walmart. Also, I dont know what they put in that fried chicken at the Deli, but that Publix fried chicken is the best fried chicken money can buy around here.

Good most of the time but spent 8 minutes waiting till the start of my groceries being rung up and the VERY chatty cashier took another 7 to get me through the line. Shouldnt have taken that long for as slow as they were. The cashier seriously needed to shut his flapper.

My favorite grocery store to go to in Murfreesboro by far. I am always learning something new and I feel welcomed every time. To the man who works over in the seafood department, thank you for reaching me about ways to cook seafood better. I am so terrible and your pointers definitely helped. Clean, well-organized, and friendly

Very friendly...but right now more importantly...very clean...they are doing all they can to keep us safe and i for one appreciate...the staff i saw was all wearing their masks...properly...not under their chin as i see so many places...i will keep shopping at publix because from the person cleaning carts as you enter to the one way aisles..thank you!!

The people working there are friendly and helpful I shop there at least once a week to buy fresh fish and to pick a dinner plate. Its a clean and pleasant place to shop.

Bad. Rosteria Chicken had price of 5.99 on front of case, but was different. Mention and elder Caucasian woman got irate, just because I asked after going to pay and noticing different price. Bad communication skills of woman.
