Great book collections, amazing prices.

The manager on duty at 5pm on 1/25/2021, who refused to give me his name, rudely snatched a book out of my hand and in an accusatory and aggressive voice said what are you looking at you havent bought that. i was standing in front of the cash register inspecting the book because it was a used book. i didnt buy them, id rather fail my class than give textbook brokers my money after that, amazon is cheaper anyways

I rented books last semester and had to renew one for a summer course. There was a mix up and Textbook Brokers kept texting me about returns and showed I had a book out that I had already returned before the deadline. I was pretty frustrated and e-mailed back and forth with someone at this location. That someone turned out to be the manager, Kelsey. I was upset because I thought that I would incur a late fee for a book that I had returned and when she said to call with my card number I was afraid I would be charged extra when I already paid to renew. I got my return receipt and one textbook together and was ready to send a photo but received a call from Kelsey just at that moment. She was incredibly nice and helpful even though I had been a bit angry in my email exchange with her. This pandemic has been stressful for everyone but thats no excuse to be rude to anyone so this was a great reminder to always be kind to others. I am glad she accepted my apology and offered such outstanding customer service. I will certainly continue to rent my books here and pick up some more MTSU swag while Im at it! Thank you. Kelsey! You rock!!

They take my money for mostly useless books. College isnt for learning its a country club with exorbitant fees to weed out the poor from making it to the middle class. Forgive student debt!

Textbook brokers has made my transition to university life seamless. The people are helpful and the return policy for books is reasonable and particularly beneficial if you end up with books you might not need during the semester. Its incredibly worth it to do ones book renting and buying through Textbook Brokers instead of the bookstore or someone online. They streamline the process with no hassle.

Very helpful employees! They do not offer a public restroom, but Im thankful the lady whom understood a 2 year old who is potty training and let my daughter use the restroom. 5 plus stars because of her!

This is my new favorite place to get textbooks. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I make sure to recommend Textbook Brokers every semester to anyone who hasnt already gotten their books.

The employees are all really nice at both locations. They also work well with customers to make sure they get the books they need and at the best price. I love that they offer a deferred payment option so that students can make sure they need the book and get the right book. Definitely the only place I look when it comes to my textbooks!!!

Efficient! They usually offer a weekend, before a semester, to get your books discounted! I live in Davidson county and after I placed my order online, in the morning, I literally got my books the next day. Fabulous!! Returning your books is just as easy :).

Easy to work with. They help you rent as much as you possibly can and call just to check that youre getting the right materials for your classes. On my pipeline it said my books would be roughly $1200 but textbook brokers worked it down to just $700. Beats Amazon and Chegg!

The textbook prices are comparable to other retailers. They have lots of official MTSU gear. The cell phone repair store located inside the store is excellent.
