I had my oil changed, tires rotated fluids topped off. Around 65 dollars for a 4cly. Suv. They done a good job however I hate it when they try sell you something you dont need. These people are not the only ones its most auto repair places. Just do what we ask and dont try to sell unnecessary parts and tires before they need to be replaced. With that said I was still satisfied.

The service advisor, Brandon Warner, was very good. Our vehicle is a VW Jetta diesel. The past several years we have bought oil for a diesel and taken it to Quick Lane and have changed the oil and filter and charged us $32.75. June 1. 2021 that was the charge for service. August 18th we bought the oil and went to the same location for an oil change. This time we were charged $70.97, twice the amount charged in June. We will NOT return there for service. I tried to talk to manager buy he has not returned my call

They fixed all the issues created by Big O Tire here in the boro. Broke harnesses to injectors and broken plugs. Car runs like it should, like it did before Big O Tire broke my car. Went in for new tires only one car in the garage waited 2 hrs for 4 tires and a alignment they pulled my truck in the garage 15 mins after I got there.when I left I went got my truck washed then got something to eat when I got out of my truck I looked in the back my spare tire was in the bed of my truck they didnt even put it back under my truck I want take it back because there no telling long it would take them to do it. Staff was friendly in the waiting room was clean and I thought everything was good to go. However a couple days later when I was cleaning my engine I noticed a pretty large amount of corrosion on my negative lead. I would think part of the however many point inspection they do would catch that. Also my tire pressure wasnt balanced but that may have been from a misunderstanding that I didnt want them rotated.

I have been using the Quick Lane for oil changes beginning back in 2011. Recently the manager Joel told me they do full service repairs. I could not be more pleased. Their prices are very fair and the repairs can be scheduled and completed timely. Best auto shop I have experienced. I have had my truck and my wifes car in for various repairs including her electric radiator fan.

I was a walk-in and the wait was 2 hours, but they simply had me come back 2 hours later and got me fixed up with an oil change within 45min. They found I needed a new intake filter, asked me about it, and offered to replace it for the cost of parts. Overall a good experience!

While out of town for work I was having engine troubles. Joel and his team worked to get everything fixed the same day. Two weeks later I was having different truck issues and my research told me that it might have been from my previous repairs. Joel and his team diagnosed it and found something different. Quick and great service!

My truck broke down after rocketing one of the spark plugs out of the head. I was able to drive a few miles to Quick Lane and they said it would probably be an easy fix since there was not any damage to the spark plug that came out. No communication between front reps and mechanics. Paid almost $400 to have spark plugs changed. No one could tell me what else was done for : my tune up, safety inspection, and if they had run diagnostics on my heater issue.Absolutely incredible. Hunter, the guy I dealt with, kept forgetting everything and had to run back and forth to mechanic and I still didn’t get a straight answer. Never ever again!

This is a great place to get your car in shape and keep it in shape. I was in the car business for 25 plus years and they are straight up. I get my oil change and all that when its time. I make a phone and they get you in on time and out as well. I could take my car anyway however this is the only place i take it

When my car wouldnt start, we had it towed to this location. The technicians told me I needed an entirely new engine, around $8,000. Went down to have a look at it myself. My dad turned the key, held the gas, and it turned over almost immediately. What ended up being a very easily fixed fuel line problem nearly cost me $8,000. Expensive location, well reviewed, you still have to be careful.

We have been going to the Quicklane for all our cars for a couple years and havent had any issues. Lately we have had some trouble with one of our vehicles and have been there often. Joel is always so friendly and helpful. He really knows his stuff and always makes us feel confident in their work.

THUMBS DOWN to Quick Lane. Had the a/c checked in May 2014. They claimed that they had damaged the air compressor yet would not fix this problem. On October 31, I had problems which I addressed to them and their claim that nothing was wrong. So I took the car to another shop and it was the air compressor. If Quick Lane would acknowledge, that they had made a mistake (which we all do), this problem would be exist.

Man, what a shame to see some of these reviews so low. Ive been going here for the better part of 7 years(due to the convenient location for me, personally). Theyve cut me deals and kept their word, even when misquoting things low or high. The people at the front desk are usually nice and laid back. This isnt the best auto service shop in the world, but geez, I wouldnt give it 1 star. Again, after nearly 7 years, I cant complain; its not always going to be 100% perfect. People have off days. Big plus is the coupons you get in the mail and the points you earn by repeat visits(not sure if they still do this though). Ive probably saved over $400 total by using these.

Worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. Long story short my wife took our escape to them to have the low press warning light looked at. They didnt even put it up in the air to physically check the tires they just put air in the tires and pushed it off to it being cold outside and thats why the light was coming on. When I checked it myself I could see there was a scew in the tire and it was still lower than the other 3. I am so disappointed they didnt take the time to check it over. I will not be going back and definitely not purchasing anymore vehicles from this dealership when its clear they dont listen to there female customers.

They wasted no time getting the car on the rack and checking our tire. Added a patch and sent us on our way no charge. Great crew!!

That moment youre told 1 hour for work to be done, and youre on hour 4. Dont worry, they will offer you a rental for $30 a day. Even when they tell you the work will be done several hours ago. Just go to Crown Ford in Nashville.

Very friendly staff

Website says they close at 5pm on Saturday I walked in around 3:45pm and the guy at the counter tells me he just took his last car for the day. Horrible customer service. Since when do businesses stop helping customers well over an hour before closing. I run a restaurant in Nashville if a customer walks in at closing time were serving them as gratefully as the first customer of the day.

I got here at 7:11am and was told it would be approx 30 minutes, its 8:33am and still do not have an oil change! My trucks been in the bay most of the time, but seriously, how long does it take to do only an oil change? I have watched several different people randomly work with my truck, however they are still not complete!

I have a 2008 Ford Fusion and went here to have my low beam headlamps replaced and I was told that they were 135.00 plus labor plus tax,I was so taken back I asked are you sure just for low beam bulbs . I loathe being taken advantage of because of my gender. I wasnt greeted and wasnt looked at in the eye. So by this time I said because I had done my homework I could get them from OReillys across the street for 32.90 for BOTH but test still didnt want to install myself. I didnt take ford up on the option to come back to install by them, and gouge me on labor so the nice fellow at OReillys pointed me across street at Tire world. Where they charged me 15.00 for install out the door with my parts!!!!! Yeah for the second time in 5 years Ford let me down at their quick lane! Smh shame on you. Rude people never get further. Thanks to you I will have to go somewhere else for service AND when I do purchase a new automotive it will not be from Ford of Murfreesboro!
