Bought a car from them in March 2017. It still cant pass emissions, they never paid my taxes or did the tagwork I paid them for. Idk how any of it is legal but Im about to find out. Shop elsewhere, trust me!No, you charged me $50 for the ORIGINAL TITLE that you said was a duplicate! Youre also committing tax fraud by not paying my taxes. Great guys.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!Id prefer to give this place 0 stars for the experience Ive had since owning the car we bought from them.My parents bought a used 2012 Altima from First Automotive (a little over 120,000 miles on the car.) Took about 2 weeks to get the title from them after purchase.Then, my husband and I drove it for less than 500 miles. And BOOM, we need a new transmission! Sickening!We called up First Automotive to ask for any kind of help with this, since it seems awful to own a car for less than two months and you already need a $4K+ repair on it. All we were offered was for them to repair it with a used transmission for $1,500. No way. At least with a Nissan dealership, the repair will be covered for 12,000 miles or 12 months. They wouldnt even write us a check to help cover the repair at the Nissan dealership we diagnosed it at.They brag about their positive reviews, but dont want to make a bad situation right when it really counts.

I recently purchased my 2017 at an amazing price and Rami was super helpful throughout the entire process and I got an amazing deal.

I had to change my rating with this company. After weeks of calling to check the status of title, I was told I would receive tags last week, did not. I purchased my car on DECEMBER 30, 2020. Today is Feb 2! Temporary tag has expired and still don’t have a car tag. I asked multiple times could I get an extension on the temp tag so that I can drive the car without fear of being pulled over. Was told no because “tags are on the way”. I did receive my title but if I have to register the car it would still take time which is why I requested an extension on the temp tag!No communication other than the multiple calls I made, was always told they would call me back and NEVER received one call from these people. This is terrible customer service especially for a customer WHO PAID CASH for the vehicle. The post sale transaction is just as important as during the sale. It’s wrong to blow customers off and not return calls then when we call we are treated like we are being a burden. I understand Covid has caused delays in everything but a phone call with updates would be nice. I can’t wait till all this is over and I won’t have to contact this lot ever again. Basically these ppl don’t give a hoot after they get your money. Every dealer I have ever dealt with was professional and responsive and HONEST with the information they give. I’m from Atlanta so I recognize the used car salesmen game they play. Buyers BE WARE!

I bought a 2016 Nissan Versa today from First Automotive. I had a wonderful experience! The car was priced very fairly (close to $1000 less than what CarFax puts its worth) and the salesman, Rami, did an amazing job. I wasnt planning on buying the car today but I thought it was such a good deal that I wanted to snag the car while I could! Rami got us in and out very quickly and easily. First Automotive had the exact vehicle I was looking for! When I got there to look at it they had it nicely displayed, ready and waiting for me with the keys in and air on. Rami gave me plenty of time to look it over and I didnt feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. The test drive was the same experience. Purchasing my 2012 Ford Escape was also simple, smooth, and no pressure. We were able to negotiate it to a price that felt great, and I drove it off the lot less than two hours later! Called today about a 2009 Nissian Armada listed for $7,995. After talking with the salesman he told me that it is actually $12,000 because of finances and that this is how all car lots do business. That the fact that the car is higher then listed due to financing fees is understandable what is not understandable is how financing fee is $4,000. I informed him that this is BAIT AND SWITCH. He went on to say that is how all tote the note lots work. You will be lured in for the great prize then hit with very outrageous lot profitable charges. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This place is a joke they are using a car tag on a vehicle I purchased from them that’s in MY NAME that ended up messing up and gonna be a $4000 fix and running red lights in it and I’ve gotten a notice in the mail I’m suppose to pay! I haven’t driven this car since 11/09/20 and this was done on 12/15/20 at 2:22pm!

Sold my stepdaughter a car with FOUR OPEN SAFETY RECALLS on it, one of which was a faulty alternator that could have fried the computer and burned the car to the ground... while claiming that their mechanic had checked everything out (including the alternator specifically)and said all was good. Two other recalls had to do with the airbags and side curtains, and all of them had been open for YEARS. The car is a 2011.Told them we needed the car registered/tagged in Williamson Co REPEATEDLY and they STILL registered/tagged it in Rutherford Co... after paying an outrageous tag and title fee.Buyer beware... would definitely NOT do business with these folks again.Reply after response from owner...Franklin Chrysler/Dodge did the recall work on the car, and there were indeed four open safety recalls on the car at the time of sale.We have receipts of the work if you need to see them.If you run the VIN on the Mopar site, you will see that they were indeed open at the time of sale, and closed two weeks after when we had to take the car in to have the work done.I too can provide hard copies of my receipts.We even brought the car back you to specifically check the alternator, and you said it was fine, per your mechanic. As soon as Franklin Dodge ran the VIN through their system and discovered that the recall was still open on the alternator, they told us to park the car and have it towed in for service immediately. It was that serious of an issue.Im was still deciding on whether or not to file a complaint to the BBB about the matter, and your just reply just made mind up for me.I have no desire to contact you directly as you have already proven to me that it would be pointless.
