The ladies in the office had amazing customer service! Love the vehicle I bought & even though it was sold as-is, they still helped me fix my car when I something went wrong. They didn’t have to do that & many buy here pay here lots WILL NOT! They are used cars, some of these reviews are bogus.. they went above & beyond to help me. Then again, I make my payments on time. Will continue to send more customers!

I just purchased my second car from Jerry Lewis Auto. The older guy is no longer there but the girls running it now were very helpful. They worked with me and are very nice every time I am in to make a payment.

Riverside motors and Jerry Lewis auto both owned by the same owner are selling salvaged vehicles and not disclosing information.We purchased a 2013 Nissan juke with a bad turbo.the dealer took the car As it was smoking really bad and replaced a warranty turbo that was covered by the warranty but had a back yard mechanic install it.soon as we pulled off the lot the car still smoked so we texted the salesman and have a history of texts of him saying to just keep driving it it will burn off the residual oil after a few hundred miles.we drove probably a thousand miles and it never stopped so we took it back to the dealer and he had the car for a week and called us saying that the mechanic looked over everything and it seemed fine.he stated that to just drive a few hundred miles more.it got so bad to the point oil was all underneath the car and was essentially a fire hazard.so I called the dealer back and they said we could bring it in debt free not going upside down on another note.we signed a title on a 2019 Ford edge that had 4,000 miles on it.it was explained to us it was the most reliable vehicle on the lot but failed to disclaim it had been in a wreck.we only found that out because the car didnt even make it home before the transmission started slipping and turned out that it was going out because when the front end was replaced they failed to fix a component that cooled the transmission and it burnt it up.Not only that the air bags did not deploy in the wreck which is concerning as I have children in the car.we thought that was odd so my wife looked up the Vin number for recalls and stumbled upon pictures for the cars front end smashed to pieces.Needless to say we are asking to get our 2,500 dollars back and debt free on both cars but are getting the run around.I would like the news there to report of numerous cases of wrong doing and leaving multiple families stranded from broke down vehicles.If the owner does not make this right today we will.If we have to get the attorney involved we will.

They are horrible people I got a truck and it broke down less 2 months ago, and I had my daughter almost got into accident. I advise to people not come here at all and I got off phone with them and they tried, get extra money out of me they are a con please be careful coming here get car the manager Deedee was very rude and lied so beware people please.

Haven’t had the car a month and my tire is out there’s no donut tire and thank god the kids weren’t in the car with me. I originally came to buy a different car and that one had issues as well. As far as Bobby he wouldn’t tell me everything that’s actually wrong with the other car.

New owners do not do business. Place will rip you off and charge you over $1000 in late fees. Do not do business with them. I worked ther for 4 years when Rusty had it and was a lot better. I don’t have a vehicle there or done any business there besides sell cars. I don’t sell cars anymore but if you need help with a vehicle I will point you in the right direction. Place needs to be shut down same owners as riverside and look at those reviews

Great place to get a car. The new owner/management is fantastic. I have never had anybody be so determined to get someone in a car, most fast and easy. I don’t know how anyone can say anything negative about this place......They have great vehicles I have had my car a year and I have only had to put a starter on it....They are great professional people and kristy will work with you if you are late on a payment you just gotta communicate with her and let her know what is going on.....Great people I highly recommend this car lot

I would leave no stars if I could. Lets Just say the salesmen who work here are very prejudice. They wouldnt let me test drive a Nissan frontier because I rode to the car lot on my bike but they blamed it on me having a California drivers license. Which is BS because my friend has a maryland drivers license and bought a car from the same lot a month prior. I had 3k in my pocket ready to put down on a vehicle. Went down the road to drive now and bought a truck in less than 2 hrs. Oh well their loss. You guys lost a good sale. Oh did I mention drive now sold me the truck with my California drivers license. Plus Jerry Lewis has nothing but junk anyways.

Years ago my husband & I went to buy a vehicle from here. Only a $500 down payment cool, huh? Wrong!!! Drove it off the lot to another parking lot & the car wouldnt start!? Battery connection was bad. So that weekend, only having it 3 days, went a couple counties away & on our way back head gaskets blew. I had to call a tow truck & ride with him, my husband, & 2 small children (one was in a carseat at that time). Got back to Jerry Lewis Autos highly p.o. and he was like well the head gaskets are blown youre gonna have to pay for that. Of course I had to make my husband leave BC they just 1) sold us a lemon 2) took most of our money 3 days before. I told them thats messed up & the $500 will cover the repairs. We had to walk home carrying our kids. I dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!

No hassle, no bee-ess, straight forward and to the point. Vehicles were very clean and they made sure ours was in the best condition possible before we left. We will definitely be returning customers. Thanks to everyone at Jerrys!!

Rented a Penske truck from this location on a saturday, and they charged me an $80 deposit that I was told I wouldnt have to pay when I ordered the truck. I drove 12 miles round trip, and refilled the truck before returning it on Sunday. When I called on Monday to inquire about my deposit, I was told that they had to put 8 gallons of fuel in it, at $8/gal. They told me that I would only be getting back $16 of my deposit, and hung up the phone. I still havent gotten the $16 they told me I would receive, and its Wednesday. According to their math, that truck only got 1 mile per gallon, which is ridiculous. Dont do business with these people, they are crooks, and will try to screw you out of every penny they can.
