This was my 1st time selling my jewelry and I didn’t know what to expect. The first thing that happen was he introduced himself and did the Covid handshake. There wasn’t the uneasy silence as we got to know about each other. Any and all questions were answered and explained in a polite and knowledgeable way. The store was very clean and organized. Items to purchase are displayed nicely. We drove close to an hour based on reviews and it was worth every mile. We will be going back! You do need to make an appointment for the weekends which we didnt realize but we were still seen.

Tom is AWESOME! Have been buying jewelry and selling gold/silver with them for many years. Friendly and professional staff and the relocation in Smyrna hasnt changed anything about the experience. Picked up my wife a beautiful bracelet for her birthday at a great price along with selling some scrap and unwanted gold for top dollar. Cannot recommend enough to go visit and check them out!

Im really glad I chose this store to sell my coins. I had recently inherited some coins and didnt know much about them or have any interest in finding out. They were just taking up space and I read great reviews about Tom and the way he treats customers, so my wife and I ventured in to see if he was interested in them. He picked through the coins that he was interested in and took the time to explain why he was not interested in some of them. Once he had finished processing through the coins he was able to make me an offer that I felt was fair. He wrote me a check which I mobile deposited and the funds were available the next day.
