I broke 2 strings on my new guitar and Mr.Forest came and took care of me. Fixed my strings and also let me pick up a cool guitar pick and output cord for my amplifier. Not only is Forrest extremely well versed in guitars, but he is a heck of a nice guy and his store is awesome. Wonderful selection of guitar treasures for sale and he does a super job on guitar setup, etc.

I have used Forrest for years. 20 to be exact. I have used other people but Forrest is the most reasonably priced and the absolute best at the craft. I DO NOT recommend anyone else especially in the Murfreesboro area.

Terrible!!! I had a simple intonation adjustment to return. Upon pick up, my strings were extremely high. I informed the owner, who has the personality of a doorstop, and he asked me how often I play the guitar. The inference that I do not know my own guitar was offensive. I asked how much to correct the issue. He took the guitar back turned two screws and handed it back to me. Such poor work, customer service, and interpersonal skills should not be in business. He did not attempt to meet my needs or even find out what they were. I give this business one star because it is not possible to give less.

Awesome Rock School Programs for kids that end each semester with live band performances from the various student bands. My daughter is a student and loves her instructors and the opportunity to meet other kids her age with the same love for Rock n Roll.

Poorly orginzed store and poor customer service. Customer is responsible for all follow up and questions. Without constant reminders, work or service is put off, forgotten or lost.

Forrest, You knocked it out of the park! Set up 2 acoustic basses. One that no one could fix in 2 years of trying. Id give you 6 stars if I could.
