Could not find what I needed, but staff worked hard trying to get what I needed. Pleased with my interaction with them and the effort given.

Experienced staff can and will go out of their way to pull out a parts book for the hard to find stuff! Have a large inventory.

Didnt know what kind of antifreeze my Jeep Grand Cherokee takes but Rob help me out. Good folks

It was a waste of money going here. I bought tools to change my tire that ended up not being the right fit. I was told I would be able to return them if they didn’t work out, but upon returning them, I was refused. $50 down the drain on something that is useless to me. They showed no concern and made no effort to help me out and was basically told “tough sh*t.”

We bought windshield wipers. The employee even put them on for us! ☺️

Extremely helpful staff. My vehicle broke down on the way out of town after recently visiting the area on vacation with my wife and 3 kids. The gentlemen that assisted us helped replace the battery and diagnosed the issue with my alternator. Then hooked us up with a local garage, tow company and taxi service to help get our vehicle serviced and back on the road within several hours.We really appreciated the assistance above and beyond an auto parts store!

This place has a very helpful staff and a surprisingly good inventory. I’ve seen them save they day more than once for friends in Andrews. I only wish they were open later on Saturdays. The way Saturday jobs go for me, I may not know what parts I need until after lunch.

Ive been here a few times so far. This is my preferred auto parts store in Murphy because the staff is helpful and the prices are usually competitive. I recommend this store.
