Michaels is a great place to pick up craft supplies. This location has a wide selection of paints. It was busy this day, but the line went real fast. We found some really cool Halloween decorations. They have their fall decorations out, and some Chistmas stuff for those that want to get a jump on the Holidays coming up.

I got nothing and left so I cant really have a rating on it.

I was helped in the custom framing department by the most patient woman I have ever met. Her name was Patricia.Even while dealing with a customer who was less than pleasant, she kept her composure and was very professional.Michaels needs to know how lucky they are to have an employee like that.

Have a ton of cool and unique arts and crafts materials. If you are into hand made crafts, good chance they have the supplies.

Great place

This is a pricey craft store, but it has some unique items. I recommend going to walmart for your regular, easy to find, craft items. If you want something more unique, I suggest bringing a coupon or shopping their sales. I like to purchase their seasonal crafts after the holiday or season has passed and saving them for next year.

Very helpful staff and very nice. My daughter pulled a string of beads and broke the string. They told me I did not have to pay for it (even though I did because it was the right thing to do). The interaction was memorable and has made me a repeat customer for sure.

I stopped by to shop for a particular type of portfolio, and unfortunately, the store was doing a reset of its shelving and I wasnt able to view any of their products in that category.I left my card and the manager, Sam, called me that next week and apologized for the situation. He went on to make me a deal I couldnt refuse on the portfolio I wanted once it was back on the shelves.Thank you, Michaels! Or should I say, St. Michaels! Found what I went in there for...staff was just there...not overly friendly or helpful...in fact no one spoke unlessss I spoke first.

Im sure the framing is really nice, but I had a coupon for 60 % + extra 20% off custom framing. I had a print I wanted to get framed for my husband for Valentines Day. The print is 20 x 24 and three mats. I didnt expect it to cheap, but with a coupon I expected reasonable. They valued the original framing at $793.30 in order to get a final price of $253.85 then said you save $539.45. For framing!! I felt like it was a jacked up price to begin with in order to get what they wanted for the job.

I had a bad experience today, when I was using coupon 50%, that’s going to end by tomorrow. Guy at the billing section named Joshua told me I can’t use it since I already used it once, in some other days. And the coupon specifically mentioned itself that it can be used for only one item once per day and that was the thing I was telling him. I was going to use that coupon for first time today. Then I didn’t buy the item that I was going to buy from there and I bought it from the other store with the same coupon. I wonder why he was doing that to me. Simply wasted my time.

I am a wood worker for hobby on my free time. There is an unlimited supply of possibilitys at this chain of stores and this location in particular. My wife crochetes and knits. (Probly spelt that wrong sorry). She also finds tons of supplies there too.The staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about things and most importantly of all if they dont know something they will tell you so.

Michael’s, in my opinion, has a HUGE marketing problem. In their app, they advertise these 30% off or 40% off “regular price items.” Then they take items and they call their prices “everyday price.” This apparently excludes them from the “regular price items” category. It is a SHAM. There should be no difference between a regular price and an everyday price. It’s just a way to not have to honor coupons. I have on more than one occasion left an item with the cashier because there was an “everyday price” on an item, and there wasn’t even a sign to alert me of this where the item was in the store. Michaels needs to fix this problem!

When I bought a very large giclee print on the web, I was afraid to tackle the process of getting it adhered to a poster board myself. I knew what I wanted but wasnt sure what words to use to explain it. I called and spoke to Sam and he instantly knew exactly what I wanted. He told me about the process, how much it would cost and how long it would take to complete it. He told me that either he or Josh would be there when I picked it up a couple of days later.Today, when I went in to pick it up, Josh explained how to afix the hangers to the back if I decided to hang it instead of just setting it up in a leaning position on my mantel. I started to pick it up but Josh was so kind and accommodating, he walked it out to my car for me knowing its size might be a problem fitting it into my car!These two young men know their jobs, they are truly professional and their service-oriented demeanor will keep this customer returning time and time again!

Really wanted to support Michaels since Hobby Lobby moved across the street. I called for them to check on something for me. Was put on hold for 20 minutes when I called them again with my other line and they answered oh yeah we dont have it but still had me in the other line on hold.
