Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Margaret were really great today. I had been dealing with an issue for several weeks. These two went out of their way to see that I was taken care of. I live over four hours away (They had no clue). We had stopped in to make a purchase while in the area, because they had what I wanted in stock. Mrs. Erica was already having a rough day, but took the time needed (much time) to see that you was well taken care of and that I would be leaving with what I came to purchase. She did just that. I left extremely happy and with the exact product I came in for several weeks prior. Great job to both of you Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Margaret. I will most definitely be back if in the market for a similar product in the future. Highly recommend this store (which I have never recommended a Walmart) for great service and persistence in going the extra mile to take care of me. It is greatly appreciated. If Walmart is reading this, these two ladies definitely need to be rewarded for their professional attitudes and friendly service. PAY RAISE!!!!!😁

Clean and organized. This is completely different than the ones Im used to. If I come back to this town I will be sure to shop here.

I know it probably has to do with COVID, but this Walmart was out of a lot of things. The shelves were bare.

My husband went to buy a pack of underwear and he couldnt help but notice one of your loss prevention following him around like he was stealing. He was there with boxers in his hand to purchase and a $3,000 chain on his neck. Why would you think hes stealing. I understand if he had high dollar items on him but he didnt. Please stop racially profiling customers. He got major anxiety and wanted to cuss him out. He is Hispanic and new to town like me. And this is not the first time. When we first came here to buy for our new cabin, we had people following us everywhere and IT IS NOTICABLE! Not welcoming and you just need to stop. I feel I have to say something because this is not right I felt very uncomfortable

Great place to shop, but the online grocery pickup is the most convenient way to get your shopping done, by letting someone else do it!

U know if u had a emergency NO ONE AT MURPHY WALMART KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE 10 Times I call 10 times and NOBODY can answer the phone. That is so bad……want be back at that Walmart

We love Walmart. Their online ordering and pick up is great. Cuts down on the impulse buying and is safer in these times. Even pharmacy items can be picked up from your car. Store is always clean.

The lines at walmart are crazy I waited in line for an hour to check out. Other than than that tho it was a nice shopping trip. The store is clean and the employees they have are respectful and helpful.

Must be the biggest Walmart on the planet! Lots of stock, good atmosphere, not as warehouse-y feeling. Even a full liquor store inside. Meat section was amazing compared to our local store where buying meat really isnt an option. Helpful staff too!

This store was very clean, they were stocked full of everything, the staff that we came in contact with were very nice and friendly. One of the best locations Ive ever been to.

No checkouts except self serve. Im disabled so I cant use it. Justice helped me. She is great.

Courtney in the Pharmacy was extremely efficient and so nice. Alex in the parking lot went above and beyond his call of duty and loaded my car with my purchases.

Walmarts order on line and curbside delivery is the best! Currently it is a free service that saves my family time and exposure to get our weekly groceries. Their produce pickers do an excellent job of selecting produce. Their delivery staff are excellent ambassadors for the store and are always working hard to meet delivery times.

Nothing like performing CPR in Walmart parking lot..surely an experience that I will always remember!!

Murphy, NC Store: big store with a lot of potential. Employees are scarce which explains why what is left on the shelves is a disorganized mess. There are stacks of boxed products in every aisle for the unfortunate few employees to eventually restock with. It will surely be a slow process to return this store to a somewhat functional retail giant of its former self. A sad statement of these trying times! Good luck Walmart employees!

Its a Walmart in Murphy NC. If you need more explanation you shouldnt be disappointed.

Its a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes I can go in and find what I need, get help if needed, and be greeted with friendly associates. Other times, well, its the complete opposite.

The sweet girl at the grocery Pick up was so kind! She was having a tough day but she did an amazing job!

Wal-Mart always have what I need. I like the self checkout machines because when Im in a rush to checkout I think thats the best way. Wal-Mart is winning 👏

When you call the automation gives you a menu but I tried all that was offered and still noone answered the phone...what the point of having a phone if ya just let it ring? Redicicoluos..guess they rather you drive an hr for no reason

Great costomer service, clean bathrooms. The hospitality from the return staff was amazing. Made my return experience at Murphy very pleasant, unlike other stores. Ive been doing the curbside pickup and every time I get fruits or fresh vegetables they have visible mold. They should just say its not available instead of letting us pay for mold.

Overall clean and pretty well stocked. Limited selection when it comes to ingredients for catfish chum. Allthough it does have a great selection of otherwise fishing supplies. :-) Had to download app just to find the few ingredients they did carry.

Hate going to Wally World they always get a good chunk of my money, and by doing so they should have more checkout cashiers. I mean seriously havent they made enough money off of the local communitys, to not have at least 2to3more cashiers then they usually have working, Idk bout anybody else, but with as much money as they get from me, the last thing I want to do is scan bag and check my own self out, just for the simple fact of missing something I scanned and getting stopped on the way out and accused of shoplifting cause the scanner didnt pick it up, Whos with me on this ???

Nice Walmart store in Murphy North Carolina. I was there visiting my best friend that lives in Murphy. This Walmart had everything that I was there to buy and the associates were very friendly and helpful!

Its Walmart what else can I say? This one is pretty well laid out and its pretty well stocked. Thats why I gave it a 4-star rating.

I did a pick-up order. It was fast, easy and accurate. The lady that loaded my car was nice and so polite even at the end of her day.

Why do they insist on playing the music so loud?? Will shop someplace quieter next time....

Just wanted to give a shout out to Steve in hardware. I could not find mirror clips to hang a mirror on a door. Steve just happened to be near by and he told me what isle they were in and the exact location; they were right where he said they were....impressive! Then, Steve saw searching in the paint spray can isle. He asked if I needed help looking for something which was very observant on his part. I showed him a photo of exactly what I was looking for and he went right to it. Thanks Steve; you made my shopping experience a good one. We need more people like Steve in this world....kind, observant, helpful and taking ones job above and beyond.

Murphy Walmart Supercenter has&will always be my favorite location hands down. It has more of a selection of items than most of the other locations in this area! Also its clean!

Today I had a scary moment at WalMart...someone took my cart with purse in it as I put a bags in my truck. Just 2 seconds and it was gone!!! I freaked out so bad but the wonderful manager and the lady at the door when you go in helped me...it seems someone took my cart to go inside...I looked right away and saw no one and went to check inside. Nothing! But shortly someone turned my purse in so they hadnt noticed my purse right away. Im thankful I got it back and I want to thank the sweet lady and sweet manager for their help and caring ways!!! God Bless you both!

The Handicap electric carts are old, worn out, the seats on most of them are torn and worn to the point of disappointment 😕. They only hold a charge for a few minutes.!!!! After 5 to 10 minutes they run out of a charge !!! Th we y are GARBAGE and they need to be replaced !!! I guess management at this location doesnt care about the people who are Handicapped or elderly.!

Of course every store has different managers and needs, therefore varying merchandise from store to store, yet Walmart franchise never disappoints! I may be biased due to being my hometown, but the Walmart branch is among one of my favorites! It is always neatly stocked and the employees are extremely helpful. If faced with the rare circumstance that an item isnt in stock, it will be located and shipped In a timely manner to the store as Walmart policy dictates. I would definitely recommend this store location to anyone in the near vicinity.

A lot different than the store in Blairsville - more items, much busier. A number of shelves were empty, however. Im probably going to shop here more often simply because of the larger amount of items offered.

This store has very nice people who works there. They need to travel to the other stores and teach those workers how to be with good customer service.

I dont do much traveling not very often. Usually from Georgia to North Carolina. If youve never been to Andrews North Carolina you must visit in the nantahala River is beautiful. I made a stop into Walmart in Murphy North Carolina excellent service maybe its just me but its something about the Carolina sky and the clean Air. Everyone was smiling and great service thank you again Walmart.

It was Walmart. I found things and bought things and got out of there. No masks in sight except ours. That was scary, but hey, MERICA!

Constantly out of stock on everyday and specialty items all through the store. Management PLEASE get a clue and have enough supply to meet demand. I will start buying the items I need elsewhere beause I am tired od waistung my time going and only finding half of the items I came for.

The employees are rude and act like I was in there way because I asked him to excuse me so I could get 1 thing and he was stocking the shelves. Over All it just made my mind up that I will not be going anywhere close to a Walmart. That was the 1st time I had went back to Walmart in 2 years

Quick and easy this time, even though they were out of stock on the item i was shopping for.

Like all Walmart Supercenters--busy but I was able to find what I needed quickly. With the numerous self checkouts I was on my way home without any major delay!

I use to have a indoor job where I came to find that the hardest jobs to get up and cope with in life are those jobs where you have to stand the entire time. I honestly believe 100% that places that are so helpful to everyone like the market, Walmart should have a tip box for change on the way out for the people working with stress and then no progress. Working for us all to have what we need, and are being paid small salaries, so they dont feel like we are using them while life is hard. No one is happy when their back is always tired.

Corporate headquarters should bomb this location and start over. Filthy interior, entire store in total disarray, non existent staff and if youre looking for some, count on either not finding it, no one to help or it is out of stock. Even other Walmart employees find this store repulsive!

Empty shelves everywhere. Not selling guns or ammo anymore. Only one cashier if you want to check out. But several employees standing around telling you to go to self check. One cashier said go to self check, my comment I don’t work here, and if I spent almost 2 hours picking my merchandise, you can damn well check me out. Hardly anything in the garden department.
