Advance auto parts is one of my favourite auto stores they seam to have employees that are very knowledgeable about the parts and vehicles. Plus the parts seem to last longer. More American maid parts. The stores are vary clean and has everything you would need. I would have gave 5 stars but I dont give 5 stars cuz no one is perfect. Not even me. Im far from perfect. I have worked in multiple auto parts stores, as well as service shops. Advanced is the worst auto parts store Ive ever had to deal with. Every single time I call ahead for parts its yeah, we have them, Ive got them pulled for you we get there, and guess what? They dont have what I needed. So then Im stuck running around trying to find what I need if its an urgent job. Definitely wouldnt recommend. Ever.

On a bike ride and stopped to rest for a few minutes on the grass in the shade of a tree by the roadway. When getting up to leave I noticed a used hypo needle in the grass right by my leg, that was a close one...

Employees are always helpful, store has a good selection. Also, one thing Advance has over AutoZone and O’Reilly’s is that they always have a coupon for like 20% at least when you order online. You can almost never get coupons for AutoZone or O’Reilly’s.

For starters I would give zero stars if possible. The sum of this review is that Advance Auto Parts will use their own mistakes as an excuse to take your money and not give you what you paid for. I did a online order to be shipped to my home but for reasons that no one at the store or corporate could tell me I got a email to pick up part of my order at a store location that is out of my way. When talking to the corporate side I asked them to cancel the in store pickup item. So the cancelled the order with the store but are still charging me for the part and still sending me emails to pick up my order in the store. So I went out of my way a few days later when I had time to just get what Im paying for and the store is saying that they cant give me my part that Im paying for. So while I was in the store I called their corporate office and in the middle trying to figure out whats going on I was hung up on. This is not not an honest company from top to bottom and the have no problem stealing from their customers.

Advanced auto parts also handles UPS package pick up, however, they do a very poor job at it when handling packages intended for small home-based businesses. I have customers purchase and ship packages to my home base business. This means though the address may match up the name on the package doesn’t always. Even with a matching address on my identification and on the package they wouldn’t release to me. This causes significant impact to my customers as well as my bottom line considering the small fee my home-base business charges. They are so bad, I have asked UPS never had them hold my packages again.

They were helpful and the store was really well-stocked. Their warehouse in back is gigantic. I brought in used oil in my reusable container. They had me carry it to the back of the large warehouse to dump it. They provided a bag to put my oily container in to protect the interior of my car and provided rags to clean up my hands and you could wash up in a sink too if you need to.

Walked in and I was greeted. While I was looking for my oil filter a member asked me I needed help. She also helped me find my Liqui-Moly oil that I wanted. Professional and courteous. Best Advance i have been to.

I was turned away for a warranty on a battery that’s clearly still under warranty (only 10 months old). They didn’t even offer a check on the battery! They did offer me to buy another one for $120. No thanks for a poor battery with an even worse warranty policy.

Went to the store and the awesome woman working there let me know how to save an extra 50 bucks by just using my email to sign up. I do get emails once in a while but also in those emails there are 20-25% discounts that come in clutch when buying bigol priced items.Having a older beater Im now a fequent customer... You got me this time Advance!

I bought a battery from a location down in Florida a year and a half ago that just died on me. Came here to the Murry location to see if I could get it replaced under warranty. I didnt have a receipt so I called the location I bought it from and they were (for a lack of better words) useless. The Murry location is doing an awesome job of working with me to figure out where I can go from here. They are so kind and so knowledgeable!

Nancy and Brenda were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find a fuel pump I needed on very short notice. Highly recommend this location.

My trucks battery died on me, and after recently having surgery on my shoulder, it was the last thing I wanted to worry about. I called around, and being a Sunday, was a little worried about what my options were knowing I needed help immediately. Advance answered and said to bring the truck down, and we could get a new battery installed. Within 15 minutes, I was back on the road and my stress was relieved. Brenda and Will were very personable, and helped out a lot. Their help was genuine, and they took their job very seriously. Great service on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend you go to them for any of your auto part needs!

They didnt link my transaction to my phone number when I went to return it because it was the wrong part they told me they cant do anything even though I pulled up my bank statement proving I bought it there its their store brand part no one else sells it except them they refused to exchange it for the right part or refund me my money worst parts store Ive ever been to

Customer service is a hit and miss. Sometimes theyre happy to help you and othertimes you question why you didnt just go to Oreillys.

Good amount of parts, better quality that some of the other chain part store. I was able to get break calipers for a 78 Scout, so that was good.

Went in on sunday ordered a part the guy told me it would be there wed. Called wed to see if my part came in and found out he never ordered the part.and spent half the day wed trying to find the part i needed.someone there at advanced auto parts needs to learn to do his job and learn customer service.needless to say i will never shop there again

The worst auto parts company you will ever deal with and if you want warranty on parts good luck all I got was a lie and stories and delays, dont get hustled go else where .

This store is rather new but I have been extremely impressed with the way Ive been taken care of and how they have helped me when I have gone in. I dont know a lot about cars but they do. I believe that theyve saved me $100s and would recommend them highly.
