My car had a recall that needed repaired. However, the nearest dealer was in Murray and l was unable to get it there. The service manager Mike sent his technician Josh to my home to make the repairs. He was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! Kudos to Tim Dahle Infinity for having such a fantastic team!
I use the Infinity service department for the care and needed services of my car. I have used them for about 4 years. The service techs are informative and display complete knowledge about what will be done to my car. I am thoroughly impressed and confident about the results. They do a superb job.
If you have lots of time, money, and dont care about customer service or communication Tim Dahle Infinitis service department is your place! I had the recent opportunity to experience all of this first-hand when I took my car in to have it fixed. I had it towed on Monday to the service center. I spoke with my service rep, Cole Phillips, and told him what I thought the issues were based off of what I had read in user forums. He told me they would check it out and diagnose the issue. I finally received a text late Tuesday afternoon saying I needed a new starter (which is what I told Cole over the phone) but were still working on the electrical issue. On Thursday, Cole managed to confirm what I told him I thought the electrical issue was. They had to order parts which pushed the repairs into the following week. The only time I would hear from Cole is if I shot him a text asking for an update. He was great at responding to my update requests but would not send updates unprompted. I became tired of this and passed my feedback and frustration onto Jordan Summers, whom I never received a call back from. I also expressed my frustration directly to Cole and little was done to make matters right. After having my car for a week, Cole was kind enough to offer a loaner. That would have been great when I took my car in......but why wait so long to extend a loaner? I finally picked up my car Wednesday of the following week. When I arrived to pick up my car I waited 20 minutes in the service area looking for help. The receptionist was quick to point me to where the service area was but offered little else. Once I was in the service area I was passed on five occasions by Tim Dahle employees. All were too busy to greet me or ask if I needed help. Cole was chatting with another client about their car, his grocery shopping habits, and islands he either had visited or intended to. All the while, I was waiting outside of the service area looking to pay somebody so I could get my car and go. I could hear other employees laughing and joking around. It sounded like they were having a good time which made me wonder if the four day diagnosis on my car was really four days or if it was shorter with lots of breaks to hang out and make jokes. After 20 minutes, Mike In asked me if I had been helped. It shouldnt take this long to approach a customer. A couple days later, I found a vent on the ground of the passengers side. I looked under the glove box area and saw the opening where the vent was supposed to be placed and noticed the car had not been put back together properly, forcing another trip to get the car fixed. It goes without saying Tim Dahle has lost my business due to their actions. If you go to their service center, you better be prepared to manage your repairs as well as be without your car for a long time.
Love the atmosphere. I was waiting to get my car serviced and their waiting area was clean, relaxing. Bernie is super friendly, he explained to me whats going on with my car. Although we didnt get it serviced at the time because the part needed for my car wasnt available but he let me know they are working on getting it ASAP to get my car serviced. Thank you for the lovely customer service.

My Q50 key battery was low and I called to get a quota on it. Bernie just said come in, replaced it for me for free, and gave me another battery for my other key. I was in and out in 6 minutes and he didn’t charge me a thing. I can’t believe how kind and thoughtful that was. He didn’t even skip a beat about coming in and getting this done. My appointment was at 12:15, no one was at service door/area, I wait 10 minutes then I called the number on my confirmation but I got directed to just go inside and wait for someone to help me, what is the purpose of scheduling. Well they finally helped me after about 20 minutes.I went in for an oil change due to a promotion coupon that was stated exclusive for my Infinity Q50 VIN# however the coupon was good for synthetic blend and my car uses full synthetic, the should now that ahead right, well I know that was the hook.I agree to the new worry free maintenance package that they offer.After waiting for almost two hours ( for oil change is to long) I asked if was almost ready and they they inform me that they did not have a oil plug seal/washer and that they were waiting for it, two bad things here they were bit proactive to inform me about it and how come you don’t have such a basic part in stock?I called an Uber to go back to work as the part was going to take some time to get there.Well the worry free maintenance includes 3 services so I will be back in soon as we will see if things have changed or are still the same.By the way they have a nice place to wait for the service and they were able to pick me up after to get my carThanks

Yo, these guys are awesome! Made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday and even though I made it an hour late they still made it a point to get me squeezed in still. They installed my Cat back exhaust in less then two hours. Good job to these guys, what a crew!
I’m only leaving one star because there’s not an option for zero stars. If you’re like me and you go to dealership expecting a higher level or honesty, and professionalism then do not waste your time or money (which don’t even get me started, my car repairs cost in excess of 8,000). Also if you want your car back in a reasonable amount of time you should definitely find another source. My vehicle has been in there shop for 23 days! 23 days! With still no estimated time of completion. Is that professional? I wish in the beginning I found another shop to work on it. Listen to my warning!
Tim Dahle Infiniti has exceptional service! We drive from Colorado to visit them. This trip, we arrived unsure of if wed be purchasing that day, but just wanted to look and test drive a few options. Alex greeted us with a smile, and even better he remembered us from a year prior AND the exact vehicle we were interested in. I was immediately impressed! He quickly gave us two sets of keys to drive a couple of options. Seeing that we were still uncertain, he discussed one other vehicle that wasnt currently on the property. After a little bit of negotiation we were making the purchase! Alex jumped right to it and drove an hour round trip to get the car, while we completed paperwork. The staff isn’t very tentative when you pull in to get service. Javier isn’t very customer service friendly. The guy in the middle office was very helpful and friendly. He’d be the only reason I might come back.
Im from out of state and found a truck on their website that I was interested in. I was planning on paying cash and long story short was told that if I didnt finance with them, the price would be 4.5% higher than the advertised price on the website. Amidst negotiations, I was told by two different salesmen that they had to go and talk to their manager and that I would get a call back, neither did. When I finally got frustrated enough, I told them that I didnt appreciate their careless customer service and that I would be moving on, I was told. Fine, dont buy the truck. If your smart, stay away from these guys. Rude and out to rip you off.
Salesman was nice, but once we got handed off to the “closer” he was super pushy. Talked us into taking the vehicle home that night, promising the vehicle would be detailed out and cleaned thoroughly. Didn’t happen. Had to take the vehicle back just to get cleaned, 6 hours later they called me. Vehicle was fairly clean, definitely a 3 star clean job. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from them again.
They were fast and friendly with my cars airbag recall replacement. Only problem is they forgot to text me when they were done, so I ended up waiting longer than I needed to. But they were nice and apologized, so its all cool.

From check in to service time took much to long. Average customer wait was >3.5 hours. Diagnostics identifies issues quickly when finally looking at my car, in my case it was the AC compressor engagement. They mentioned it was working appropriately but said I needed to buy a whole new compressor $1600 even though it’s something that can be fixed for much less. Large waste of time and money

Well it was a process, but I am happy now ! The car had a spoiler rash & a chrome surround gouge I wanted repaired before I took possession. I split the cost on the spoiler but they completely replaced the grill. Thanks Javier for the quick work. I found it was also missing the navigation sim card but Kevin took care of that the same day. Im loving the car ( its a BEAST ) and plan on enjoying it for years to come.

Disappointing experience. Was in discussion with a sales person all day and told him I was coming in to check a car, only to be told once we show up that they had sold it earlier. They obviously then proceeded to try to offer a car twice the price. Left work early and drove to the location for nothing, will not be back.

Im not sure what to think. I was told a different price over the phone for an oil change & then got there to find out that its $20 more. Then was told that I should buy the 3 oil change package just because oil prices will keep going up. I felt worried about that...so I decided to. I guess it was just a good sales pitch!!!
I was invited to give a review so here it is. The salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly and not overly pushy, and the finance guy was easy to work with once the deal was made. My complaint is that the person empowered to make the deal (I dont know his title) asked for 2000 dollars more than the listed price because of the work they had done on the vehicle. If they wanted that much they should have listed it for that much. Very deceptive practice. I was told they couldnt budge on that and was literally walking out when they offered a better deal. Also added a warrantee and gap coverage without telling me until I was about to sign. Ultimately, Im happy with the deal and the vehicle, but not a fan of bait and switch.

In this instance where we purchased our new car from them but we live in Boise, they were willing to drive our vehicles all the way up to us and take our trade-ins back. I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told them to check a tire for a slow leak and that my check engine light was on. They didn’t check the tire or do anything about the check engine light! Instead, they tried to sell me a $1,500 service package that I did not want. I prefer taking my Infiniti to the Nissan Dealership because the LISTEN to the customer!!!
Took my Infiniti to Tim Dahle after check engine light came on. There was a little bit of a communication mix up after dropping off my vehicle to service, but Kevin Wolthuis was able to get that issue resolved, and service was able to identify and repair the issue that caused the check engine light to come on. Overall it was a good experience, and I appreciate all the help from Kevin and the service team.
They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will go there again. I felt like they were trustworthy too!One thing I would really appreciate is if they dusted my dash and vacuumed my car when I bring it in though. (A dealership for my last car always did that and they washed it too. I loved that!)

Get a second opinion before you believe their service recommendations! They told my headlight assembly need to replaced but when I took it to Jackie Cooper Infiniti in Tulsa, they said the assembly was fine and only the bulb needed to be replaced. Dishonest service recommendations!

Buyer Beware, Charges of 1000.00$ and 299.00.$ was added to my contract after telling the closer the only thing I wanted was the mechanical warranty, these things had been added without being told about it, nor have any idea what it is. Try to make contact about this and no return calls. Was told the vehicle was going to be cleaned and everything taken care of, drove 4 hours 6 days later to get the truck and drop off my trade-in, and notices the only thing done was they vacuum the inside. Still had the same yellow marks and dirty. Didnt even make it home before having to add Def fluid cause it went into alarm. Lesson learned about things. Read and check everything and make sure its in writing.
My Infiniti FX needed recall work for a Tekata airbag. Every member of the team treated me with extreme professionalism and kindness, both by phone and in person. I was welcomed from the moment I arrived in their service bay, and was kept up to speed on progress of the service. Top notch people and processes!
I have bought a lot of cars but this was the worst dealership that I have ever been to. We agreed on the price of a car and asked to see their list of fees (Assuming there was around a $300 processing fee). We were pushed to run our credit and “go over it all in finance,” which was a huge red flag. The finance manager came out and showed us a list of fees including GAP insurance at over $800 and a service contract price of just under $4,000! We were told that we could not decline these and that they cannot lose $5k on the car even though these are additional charges at an additional 25% of the cars value. It all looks good until the REAL numbers show up. A buy here pay here dealership is less shady than this place. Do yourself a favor and buy a car anywhere other than Tim Dahle.

My husband and I bought a used 2014 Chevy Suburban LTZ from them after seeing the vehicle online. We read all the details and drove 5 hours to pick up and buy the vehicle. We asked over the phone if they really took it through the proper inspection and they reassured that it did. When we got there the car was very dirty, but we decided to buy the vehicle anyway. We let the finance associate know about the state of the car, and the salesman then came in and got the car and cleaned it himself while we were signing the paperwork. It wasn’t perfect, but we appreciated the effort. We got no more than 50 miles down the road and the vehicle started to have a strange vibration. Then we took our vehicle to a local Chevy dealership and we had to make quite a few repairs on the car. We were not happy. After getting a hold of the management team at Tim Dahle they were willing to help compensate for some of the repairs since we had to have them done right after getting the car.
The sales staff was excellent. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable about the Infiniti brand. Go see Alex, he will help you out with any of your vehicle needs!

They were great in providing an Uber to shuttle me back to work and back to grab my vehicle. Very upfront regarding costs. A bit irritated and frustrated upon receiving a text regarding $800 worth of maintenance when I’ve only owned the vehicle a few months, that my two warranties don’t cover of course. And when I asked why they didn’t fill all the fluids, etc when they told me they did the same inspection before selling it to me, he answered they couldn’t do that for every car because of the sales margins. All they make sure of is that it will pass safety and emissions inspections. I think if I’m buying a vehicle from a dealership they would make sure fluids, brakes, etc were up to par and not wait 3 months after selling it and expect me to pay for it to be done. That is more like buying a car from a private seller as is.Other than that customer service was great.
Dealer scheduled a recall repair but failed to confirm if they actually had the part. Im 50 miles away so its difficult to schedule time. Waisted a morning on their mistake. They say they will reschedule when they get the part. So not likely to have another day off for several months. Can hardly call that good service.

Scheduled routine service (3 pack of oil changes & tire rotations) over the phone and when I showed up for the appointment after receiving the text reminder the same day, was told that several service men called out and they weren’t going to be able to get my car done. A simple phone call could’ve prevented me from wasting my time. What a joke.

It took 2 hrs and 20 min for an oil change and I only got my car back once I requested! Also, I asked for the regular oil, the cheaper stuff, and they did synthetic instead. Sure I didn’t have to pay for the upgrade, but it’s not what I asked for!
