No issues with the oil change, but they did a battery check and said it was fine but when I continued to have issues I had it checked at another place and the battery was definitely going bad and needed to be replaced.

If all you need is an oil change, they do a great job. But Ive taken my truck twice for their premium oil change service, and both times, they refused to rotate the tires. I just took it for the third time, and now they will not rotate them due to tread depth.Welllllll... If you would have rotated them when I brought it in the previous two times, then I wouldnt have tread problems. Its a brand new truck with 15,000 miles on it. Ill probably never be back... Just saying...

Went for an oil change in my Diesel truck. They tried to change the fuel filter and ruined two. We had to drive from Murray to Paris, Tn. to pick up fuel filters because they would not go and Nissan would not deliver to Murray, My wife had to come get me, then drive to Tn. We got the filters, took them back to Murray. They still couldnt get them to work and in the meanwhile, trying and trying to start the truck, it never turned over. WE had to get my brother and his trailer and go back to Murray, load the truck and take it to Paducah Nissan. It is gonna cost us at least 1,000.00 to replace the fuel injector pump because they cranked on it with no fuel in it. They even said that they had done the same thing to another truck. The guys need training in diesel vehicles. They pretty much said, sorry. They did reimburse me for the filters they ruined. Now, I have been without my truck for two weeks.

I left the below review. I received a polite apologetic call from the manager this morning. He apologized and said this would never happen again. He offered a free oil change. I want to add this to my review as I felt that management is very in charge and professional. His name is John. I also changed my rating from one star to three star for this reason only.I paid for a full service full synthetic oil change. I was not greeted politely. I told them what I wanted. I paid $74.19 for the service. I was given a checklist of what was done to my car before any of it was done (and most of it was NOT performed at all). I specifically asked about them checking these things and was told gruffly, we have 3 men servicing this and it is done. What I do know is this: no one checked my lights at all, I went in with a tire low and came out with the tire low, wiper blades were not checked. Windows were not washed. I was literally out in 5 minutes flat. I find payment of this amount of money for nothing other than a literal oil change without any other services to be unprofessional at best and to be met with a surly response when I asked about checking things was unnecessary. Trevor was upper. Vincent was lower. David was courtesty and Luke was safety. This was performed on 1/23 at 10:17 AM.

Was great at one time when they had different staff and management. However now, staff not thrilled your their and quick to shoot down services you may need done when you ask. Also dont tell you price until time to pay and spring really high (in our case $90 oil change only) price on you. Recommend shopping local over this place now.

Great fast service. Oil changes are done in less than 30 minutes including topping of fluids, washing the windows and vacuuming. They only recommend what is necessary for the car and do not try to rip you off. My check engine light was on and they diagnosed it for free! They truly go above and beyond which is why I keep coming back

They are not the best in customer service. In fact some act as if they do not even want to be there. Ive been getting my oil changes there for a year now and I hope to find a different place for my next Oil Change. They were not very informative they didnt ask me if I had any questions, and I asked them if they would rotate my tires while they were checking my oil. They said there was no need that it was fine but it was not so if you lack knowledge in the area of Auto Parts excetera I strongly suggest you bring someone with you

I have a Chrysler 200 and needed a battery change. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the struggle of a Chrysler 200 battery, its located in an area that is unusual and rather a pain to get to. No one other than a mechanic with the right tools could get to it. Not like other cars where most people could change their own, you cannot with this car.Anyway, the mechanics were out the shop for the day but Luke was able to do the job! He did great job and my car feels better than ever! It’s an amazing place and the service was phenomenal! Definitely will recommend to others and will only go to Grease Monkey for my car needs! :-)

Best place in town to get an oil change if you didnt schedule it 2 weeks in advance with your dealership.

Only problem I had with was called a week before and priced tires. But when I got there they were twice as high .

They are more concerned about making money than fixing cars. After my dad told them he didnt want his air filter changed they still took it out and tried to charge him to fix it, after he still didnt want it the man working intentionally sabotaged his air filter by shoving it in too far crushing it then shoved a napkin into the fan. We know it couldnt have gotten there on its own because you have to remove a plastic strip to get to the fan. We found the damage after it started making a horrible noise and we took it apart ourselves. It is a new car and was working perfectly before we went there.

I visited this place twice had a bad experience the first time owner made it right. Went the second time paid with a gift card that was given to me by the owner. I have to tell you I feel uncomfortable here the service was ok the second time but the whole experience was very uncomfortable my wife didnt like the coldness of the service and they really did make us both very uncomfortable. More unwelcoming was what we felt.

I have been a great customer for 3 to 4 years now, and I recommend 4 of my friends to service their cars regularly ( which they have been going there for 3 years now) because of me. And I have to say the old team used to take care of us with a beautiful smile to make us feel that we were welcomed, now let me tell you why I gave them 1 star, because a week ago I asked them to change my damaged tire with a new one, the cheapest tire costs 100$ and I was fine with it, because I always trusted their amazing job, but the accessories cap in the middle of the tire that has a mustang logo on it suddenly disappeared and I noticed that as soon as I went back home after the garage, now I dont want to accuse the mechanic of anything really, but I went to some places I was there that day to check if the part happened to be there, with the help of the cops searching and checking the cameras as well nothing been found. So I went to Grease monkey to ask if it was there, suddenly the mechanic got defensive, so I asked to show me the camera and this was very weird because the man told me and I quote to be honest with you we dont have a camera and I tried to ignore since it dosent make any sense and I talked to the defensive man again ( the man who worked on my car) and asked him, you guys dont have a camera, and he answers yes we do its right there, ummmm thats really weird. I askas if they can show me the record but they said we cant do it without out owner. I saw the they started to make me unwelcomed so I thought about calling the police but the assistant manager was a nice man that told we we will order you one and come next week to pick it up.So I went yesterday to pick it up, there were no customers and everyone were in a room behind and ignored me calling excuse me for 5 times maybe and when I found them they looked like they are telling me that Im not welcome here (( like I wasnt a customer for years here and I didnt deserve some respect)) none of them got up and came closer to talk to me and when I asked about if my part was there he said I dont have it so come friday, My father is a business man and whenever a customer needs assistance he puts a smiley face and try his best to show them that it can be solved not scare them to go away, I will escalade this further if my part is not in my hand on Friday.It a shame that now the only garage I trust in town made me feel like this, now I have to go to Nashville TN every time I need something.Ps: the assistant manager wasnt there yesterday, I know that if he was he would have handled this better.
