This is first Lexus that I bought from Larry H. Miller in Murray after many different auto brands, and we met Gregg Vranek (sale associate). He was so kind, friendly and patient with us from beginning to the end of our deal. He took times to explain and show us how to operate our new Lexus, answered all the questions and concerns. Thank you Gregg for being there with us, we knew that you were supposed to be with your family on your day off but you were there with us. I would recommend to all new customers and friends to see Gregg if you stop by Lexus Murray, once again thanks Gregg for everything.
Took my 2016 IS350 F Sport in for a oil change and thought about trading for a different vehicle. She has less than 30k miles and in great condition, they offered me a slap in the face 23k. Decided to try CAR MAX, they gave me 30300 and then I turned around and bought a BMW. They said it was because its rear wheel drive and they cant sell those right now. WOW, no more business for you!
I went in for some routine maintenance but when I got my car back all of the plastic fasteners to hold the plastic engine bay covers on were missing. When I called to make the appointment the woman who set it up seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Despite explaining over and over what I needed to have done she still did not set it up correctly. I ended up just working directly with a service advisor and got it squared away.Aside from those small issues it was a good experience. Sean took care of me and did a great job. The facility is nice and everyone there was friendly and helpful.
My salesman was Scott Malcom, he was so awesome. He Made the process quick, simple, and an enjoyable at the same time. Scott even went out of his way to deliver my car to me after service. Greatly appreciate the fantastic service.
I bought a 2019 Lexus RX 300 hybrid. 75% of my experience was great but the last 25% was pretty unpleasant. On the website the car was listed at 16000 miles. The evening of purchase, I realized it was instead 19000 miles - an error probably made by just transposing a number when entered into the system. Upon notifying the salesman that the mileage was incorrect on the sale documentation, he indicated that I must have been mistaken about the posting and the paperwork and I should be happy it was still low mileage. When my husband called, they acknowledged the error and vowed to make it right which was giving us two oil changes as part of a maintenance package that we had declined at the time of purchase. The man handling the financing let us know that his girls would fix the paperwork Its 2021! its condescending and sexist to refer to female colleagues as girls. I should have double checked the mileage so thats my fault. Its a great car - Im not unhappy about the vehicle but I wish the customer service was better. If youre a woman who has the resources to purchase a Lexus, consider trying Inifinity, Audi or Volvo. Maybe it wont be much different but it cant be much worse.

I went to their Service Department for their expert service to diagnose a check engine light on my vehicle. Ive been back twice for the original code that theyve diagnosed and fixed.The check engine light is back on a third time for the same code, and Im loathe to go back. Theyve not done any diagnosis other than to say a part needs replaced, replace it, then it turns back on less than a week later.Loaner vehicles are nice if they have one available for you.
Finding the right sales person is very important. I dont enjoy the process of negotiating price or even coming to closure on purchasing a specific new vehicle. We were fortunate to find Richard Prospero to work with. He knew how to handle us and help us navigate through the purchasing process. In our case, it took over a week of negotiating and coming to closure. Richard was helpful and kept reaching out to us with information and negotiation. He was assertive without being pushy. He was also very experienced in the process and knew how to work with Lexus clientele. We didnt have to purchase a new Lexus, we already had a very well maintained, three year old Lexus. He helped us get into a new Lexus, just what we wanted and in the right color. In the end, we developed a good working relationship with Richard, even a friendship. He continues to help us with any needs and concerns. I also enjoyed the clean and professional environment of the Lexus Dealership.

Slimy. I was going to buy a Lexus hybrid. I had signed an intent. The dealer AFTER I SIGNED the intent came back and said I would have to pay $3000.00 more because the car was not on the lot. (which we had agreed not to pay as it was already scheduled to arrive within a day)It was a hard sell to begin with, as the horsepower is so low. They didnt have a test car on the lot so I was not that confident in obtaining it.I bought an Audi hybrid instead. Very happy with decision and I didnt feel at all like I was being taken advantage of.

Love my car, love the dealership, love SOME of the employees, but the service writers are weak at best!! Service Manager...GREAT, coffee maker on snowy days at 6:59 AM...GREAT, and Service Bay Greeter on snowy January days...GREAT!! Service writers won’t return calls, more interested in excuses than resolving issues, and trying to find pricey gimmicks with condescending snips!! If you want to talk about the issues, contact me (you know who I am!!), if not, probably taking my general service issues to one of the hundreds of other locations in the valley that can do the job for a lot less (including the Toyota dealership next door!!) Sorry!! R4DI was contacted by the General Manager of the dealership and the Assistant Service Manager and had a meeting with both the Service and Assistant Service Manager. Good discussion and I believe they heard me regarding issues. Time will tell if they have resolved the issues but I believe that the commitment is there. Larry is proud!! Moving to 4 stars and if I am satisfied after one year of Lexus level service, they will be back to 5 stars. Ill keep you informed!!

I’ve been servicing my various Lexus vehicles here for almost 20 years. I’ve watched as the service experience has become incredibly overpriced for the most basic and routine services. Don’t waste your time here considering the same company and manufacturer has a store right next door, and is considerably less expensive and more efficient at servicing my Lexus. My most recent visit to LHM Lexus will also be my last as I walked out the door feeling completely ripped off and my loyalty betrayed after all this time and the incredible amount of money I’ve spent over the years here.
I have never experienced such a positive car purchase in my life! My sales agent, Stephanie, went above an beyond to get me the car of my dreams. The entire staff, from the manger to finance, couldn’t have been more professional. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of, in fact, I feel confident they were all looking out for my best interest. I will never buy another car without checking with them first. I really enjoyed my visit to LHM Lexus service department. I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early, they took me right in, we discussed what I wanted checked, and the appointment went quick. While I waited the amenities in the waiting area were great! And the seating was very comfortable. A very pleasant, and quick appointment with no hard sales! Loved it!!!

We came back to the dealership and there was a beautiful red sports car…..my husband had to test drive it! Long story short we ended up buying two cars that day!!! It was crazy but our salesman Daniel was the BEST!!! He was helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and he took care of every detail! We couldn’t have asked for more! This dealer lied about my loan, and stated that I amRequired to purchase their coverage to obtain a loan. They engage in predatory lending. I asked very clearly if I can pay loans principle only to pay it off quickly. Associate assured me I can and said I can make all the extra payments I would like. When I did that, payment in fact did not apply to principal only and MACU stated they cannot accept it. If I knew that- I would have never bought the car.
On the one hand, they were efficient and flexible in processing the transaction. With the covid used car market, I had more questions than usual and wasn’t entirely sure which direction I wanted to go with my purchase. I appreciated the ease of doing business in this area.On the other hand, the finance person tried to load up my contract with just about every possible warranty or insurance product - even after I had told him I wasn’t interested.
We bought my wifes Lexus at this location upon returning from the MiddleEast. We found the experience very workable and received excellent service from Richard Prospero. Enough so, that in selecting a second vehicle for myself I worked almost exclusively with Richard. He knew what my needs were and how I wished to use the second vehicle. He contacted me as options came in and we ended up purchasing the vehicle you are now referring to. Richard and your financial people have been great to work with and where I would typically hold onto a car for extended periods, owing to this service, I believe I will be trading in more often and will be back to Lexus Murray.
Love Larry H. Miller Lexus in Murray, Utah! It was so easy to schedule my Service and change the time (to 30 minutes later than initial time). Literally drove in, they took my car in immediately, I waited, and was out of there in about 30 minutes. First two Services are FREE. And, their waiting area has comfy chairs, tables, bar tabletop seating where you can put your laptop etc. with free refreshments from hot/cold drinks, fresh fruit, candy, yogurt (I think) and dog treats. I highly recommend.

After paying $3600 on a service that included replacing the timing belt, water pump, and a coolant flush they still couldnt be bothered to fill the coolant reservoir. I have verified there are no leaks in the cooling system so this is 100% a failure to do the job correctly. Luckily they filled the radiator otherwise we would have burned up the engine on the 1k mile road trip we took the day after picking the vehicle up from service.
I’ve never been a fan of going to ANY dealerships because I’m always nervous based on the stories you hear. However this Lexus dealership truly, and I mean TRULY went above and beyond my expectations. The service was quicker than stated, the work was done well I couldn’t tell they even had my car, and they provided me with a full tank of gas.Not sure if it’s because I had a farther travel to get their, or if that’s just normal but I was ecstatic! Absolutely amazing service, and will be back! 10/10 recommend this place, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I took my “ non Lexus” car here now too!
I recently went to the service department at Larry H. Miller Lexus in Murray for my routine service, and needed some additional help with a part. Bronson helped me with my issue and went above and beyond to make sure it was convenient for me. He was very knowledgeable and businesslike, and had excellent customer service. I havent had my car very long, but I have had such a fantastic experience here. Bronson followed it through until the resolution. I couldnt have had a better experience.
Came in to have work done at the service department. Was greeted and offered assistance very quickly. The customer lounge and entire building are really beautiful. It was nice sitting and having coffee and snacks while waiting for my vehicle. I was notified by phone as soon as the techs finished work on my vehicle. Great experience.
Julian was awesome! I bought tires from him which I wouldn’t usually do at a dealership but they were a good deal and in stock. Then when I picked my car up Julian had topped it off w gas, did my safety and admissions without me even asking. The best service!!! Julian is this Lexus family’s guy from now on!
It was time for the serpentine belt to be replaced. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning without an appointment and was able to get the car back by Monday mid-morning. No problems with the service. The 10-year-old cad was kept running smoothly. The price was a bit friendlier than I had anticipated.

Larry H Miller Lexus always spoils you when you go in for service and got us out quickly. My only concern was we thought we were getting a oil change and it turns out it was mainly a tire rotation. We drove a long distance to get there and could have easily had that done at our local tire dealer. Better communication would be important. It would be great if they could get a dealership up North somewhere or have one of their existing dealerships handle these minor service calls. It is a 45 minute drive each way for us.Update: Adam, service manager, at Lexus in Murray deserves huge thanks for his response in handling a steering wheel repair for us. He was so quick, not only with obtaining the necessary authorization to replace it, but the replacement arrived the next day! He was able to get us in quickly and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for us! Thanks Adam.
Buying my beautiful new Lexus was a great experience. I received a warm welcome and they listened to me when I described what I was looking for. I was shown several beautiful options, several key features were described to many as well as great options, and then I went on a test drive. When I described exactly what I wanted, I was down the many options and easily made a perfect choice for myself. The buying process was quick and very smooth and then I drove away, very happily, in my gorgeous new car.

Miller in the past and to be honest, we were reluctant to try again. However, Richard fixed that and I will come back in 3-4 years when we are looking for an additional vehicle

Follow up to my initial posting: Was able to meet with Jim Brown GM and really appreciated Jims understanding and willingness to listen to my concerns. He represented the team in a manner that Im more accustomed to and Im sure with his leadership he will impart the same to the others.Ive owned Toyota and Lexus vehicles for the better part of 30 years. Some of those, Ive purchased from a Larry H. Miller dealership in another state. In all my dealings, I have never been treated with the disrespect like I just experienced at your dealership. As an out of state buyer, I was trying to make arrangements with your sales team to have a vehicle ready for me to drive down and check out. The sales person immediately started off with the typical used car lot sales pitch and it when down hill from there. He said that he would call or text me just as soon as he knew the vehicle was still available. I waited all day and ended up having to call him to get the status. He was flippant in his responses and didnt apologize for not getting back to me sooner. As an Elite Lexus dealer, I would expect that the customer would enjoy an Elite Customer Experience, not something straight out of an ABC Dealership that you find on the cheap side of town. Thoroughly disappointed in your representation of the Lexus product and true customer care experience.
I got a new NX300h for my wife. The car is great but the people didn’t seem like they wanted to be here or want to help us get the color we wanted. We went back later to buy a rack for the top of the car and the parts department only sells shirts and key chains. If you want to change the car like upgrade the speakers or anything like that Lexus isn’t the place for you!
The service on my car was excellent. I would give them 5 stars, but I think an oil change should take 30 to 45 minutes not 1 1/2 hour. Maybe they are scheduling too many appointments at a given time.

To be fair, below is my original post for a full and unedited disclosure.- - - - - -$100 for an oil change?? The buy one get one free oil change came out to $160. Wow. But shame on me for getting pressured into the hard sell. I was told when I made the appointment I still had one free oil change from our vehicle purchase but that evidently vanished when I arrived. I should have walked away and got an oil change for $45 at another dealership. And yes, its not a Toyota but a Lexus but for an $100 oil change, Im thinking is it a Lexus or a Lambo. #ripoff
Zero Stars! Warning! DO NOT SHOP HERE – High Pressure sales, low customer service, feels like the old fashioned USED CAR LOT! Terrible after sales customer service! We bought a 1 year old car and found a small rock chip in the hood that was rusting and took it back for a touch up. After multiple phone calls, arguments and pushing back, they finally touched up this tiny spot! What a pain! The next morning we noticed they had gouged the paint around the rust spot! More arguments push back and being told by the GM that the work was “excellent”!!! AAAAAhhhhh!!!! We get WAY better customer service from our Hyundai dealership!!!! Same GM at both Lexus dealers, same pressure, same poor service. Find another brand or at least another dealership if you really want a Lexus.

They were pleasant to talk to on the phone to set up my appointment and then I was offered a loaner car while they were doing the work. They were helpful and professional and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Will definitely do business with them again!
It took over 2 hours to complete a simple process of paying my car off. Then I get a hard sell for a $10,000 warranty that I told them 3 times I didn’t want. No way to get customer loyalty. When you respect me and my time I will respect you.Also I tried to ask questions and set up a time to come in for this with no response from the LHM staff. I was bombarded with phone calls and mailers to purchase a new vehicle when I told you from the start I was going to purchase my car. YOU DID NOT LISTEN TO ME.

Ive been going here for a little over a year to service both my LXs, and its been fantastic. Theyve always been clear and upfront about any work that needs to be done and the associated pricing. The service team is extremely knowledgeable, and Josh Tate, is definitely my go to. He knows my model well, and is a wealth of information. Weve had some modifications made (roof rack installed with a light bar) on one of them that was done beautifully. Whenever Ive needed a loaner, one has always been available. Excellent communication, great work, fair pricing, and super clean facilities.
This is the most professional Lexus service center I’ve ever visited. It was my second time and both guys that helped me went above and beyond with their kindness, concern, promptness, suggestions. The only complaint I have is the finance department pushed extra add ons that were very confusing. But thank goodness I have 30 days to cancel with a full refund. The only issue I had was, I saw them bring my vehicle back after maintenance, and it sat there for 15-20 minutes. Then a advisor came to get me, but it was for a different person, not me. I came from out of state for the maintenance and had to travel back, I would of preferred to get my vehicle upon completion instead of waiting the 15-20 minutes. Other than that every was great.
Took my Lexus in for service 5 star for that. The sales people are kind of rude and act like if your going to steal a vehicle off the lot they need to work on there people skills. Just for that I will have to give it a 4 star review.
Everything was done perfectly. Even were told of a recall that we weren’t aware of that they could repair while we were there. We are always pleased with the work done and the employees who take such good care of us
I had an unexpected problem with the hybrid system on my CT 200h, I took it in without appointment Justin Tuck my service advisor was great, very communicative and responsive, after a week and half I got my car back with no problems.
What was the point of remote check-in? Still had to physically do all the same stuff. At least most were (still) wearing masks, correctly. Otherwise, same excellent service youd expect from Lexus and LH Miller.
Generally, I enjoy working with the LHM group of dealers. Purchased our first Lexus and the process was smooth and without problems. Liked it so much, went back a week later with my parents to get them a vehicle as well.Great job LHM Lexus!

If there are things I am paint about, he will always check them. the years he has found time for me, even if it has been somethingSmall, like à scratch in my paint. He has been à true friend and I trust him to take care of everything on my car I walked into his office once when he was on the phone with an older woman. It touched my heart as I listened to him try and ease her concerns. I expect he will be doing that for me in the future.
This is our first Lexus. So wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to the service. Facilities seem to be nice and clean, people were cordial but when I first got there I stood there for about five minutes waiting for someone to finally come and help me. They seem to be helping everyone else around me but me. Which in all reality it was no big deal as they appear to be busy. They did not wash my car which was surprising but they did fill it up which was a first for me in taking my car to a dealership for service. I did ask them to turn my rotors as they were in need and they were happy to accommodate. I felt the price on the rotor turn was pretty high And it was. They charged me about $60 more to turn them then my local mechanic. Also asked if I wanted my tires rotated I said sure if you can do it for free as my local tired shop will do it for free. Nothing was said so I assumed they were going to do it but come to find out they did not. So communication was so so. Waiting room was nice and comfortable.
I have never had a bad experience at LHM Lexus of Murray. We are on our 4th Lexus and they make it really hard to look at anything else on the market. Wade Henry and his team of experts are amazing and make you feel like family every time you step foot in the door. This is what car buying should be like every time. Price was really great but they lied about the interest rate. I traveled 1000 miles to buy this car based on the deal they offered and the rate was almost 3 points higher. They refused to change it. Isnt that bait and switch? They said theyd take us to lunch and that never happened either. They were nice enough and Im very happy with my car but now I have to refinance with my credit union to get the rate to what its supposed to be. My last name is White now.
Everything smooth, efficient and nice, with one not fully satisfactory experience only. My new tires and general service inspection were all fine. My update of the nav system database could only be made to a three-year old version because your newer updating system couldnt handle my 10-year old cars system version. I was only given a 10% discount on that job because of this, which, honestly, I find not quite satisfactory.

My car had a recall and I had made a call to Lexis where I had been placed on a list to call once the part was in. I was tired of waiting so I called again and was put in touch with Ethan. Ethan was great as he got me in and worked with my schedule. He waited for me on a Friday night and had a loner car waiting for me. I picked up my car the next day without incident. Thank you Ethan!
Excellent customer service! I brought the car in for an oil change and the maintenance crew found a differential leak that was covered by my warranty. The service folks gave me an RX loaner vehicle for the day and that will definitely be my next purchase. Thanks
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but this is worth it.I love this dealership. I have been going here for the past four years. The lounge is comfortable and abundantly stocked with snacks. They offer wonderful bundles that make getting my oil changed affordable. Throughout the years I have interacted with their management, salesmen, and service team. The customer service is excellent.
Turn around time for the brake work was very quick. The staff communicated well with me all along the way. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Nicest experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. They were ready for me and they were servicing my car before I ever got out of the car! Fast. Clean. I was greeted by a nice man that also helped me when they were through and he brought me my car. He wasn’t a mechanic so my car was kept very clean. Very fast servicing. I highly recommend.

We had taken our 2009 Lexus to another shop for a brake problem and when they couldn’t fix it we turned to a dealer. Larry H Miller fixed it quickly and so far completely! Very happy with their work!
I recently to my LX 570 to service and spent around 1,300. They didnt even bother to let me know it was missing coolant, the e-brake wasnt checked at all and on top of that returned the car dirty.Lexus is a luxury brand and I would expect at least to take care of the details.... Most likely Im not going back to this dealer, I paid for the plus service and I have seen better service at a Honda dealer using the basic service.

I don’t know if I’m just getting older, or corporate service chains have worn me out with their poor service and lack of character, but I have become rather untrustworthy of taking my car anywhere to get it fixed. After yesterday’s experience, I no longer have that concern. I have literally become a basket case from years of poor treatment at the hands of companies you trust with your vehicle (not to mention the fact that you’re actually paying them to help you); today my shoulders have eased their tension. I am humbled with Larry H. Miller’s service department. Thank you guys, and specifically, thank you Julian L. I was spoiled, and I wasn’t even spending a thousand dollars. The service I needed was pretty routine (oil change and radiator system flush) and yet I felt like I was one of their most important customers. I am still basking in my treatment today, and bragged all day yesterday to my girlfriend of how it went. I feel relieved.
In a relative sense...pretty typical experience. The sales person is nice and plays the advocate role in working with the Sales Manger.I wish you could just walk in, say, “I am willing to pay $4,000 below the MSRP” and be done. But NO, you have to make an investment in proving you are serious before you can ever get the lower price. Aagh!!!
