I went to Meineke for an oil change and to have them check my breaks that were squeaking and was told my breaks were fine. Two weeks later they tell me I have no breaks left! I was charged over $600 for breaks. $550 just for the breaks!!!!! They also did a tire rotation. When I got home the light was on in my car telling me I had low tire pressures. When I rolled into a gas station to put air in one of the caps was so tight I had to use needle nose pliers and a lot of bad language just to get it off. These guys are ridiculous.

I was shocked at the great price! I didn’t realize they were running a special and I got my oil changed for $15!! They didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything additional. Quick and easy to schedule an appointment, too! This is my 3rd time using them. I will continue to use Meineke!

Were new to the area. Ive used them twice for different services. So far very pleased with their work and prices. When I made the appointment, I told them Id be supplying the parts needed to do my service, thinking it would save me money. It turns out my total cost would have been $25 less by letting them supply the parts. I wish I had been informed ahead of time.

My second oil change was cheaper than using a coupon I found online. I had them check my brakes thinking they would come up with something to charge me. To my surprise they said they were fine. Glad to know they wont try and rip me off!

Had new tires put on at a reasonable rate. Needed to get the alignment checked, but their machine was down. Otherwise, I wouldve left 5 stars. Wont be able to check it again until halfway through next week.

The guy who “help” me was rude and very hostile and unfriendly. They did more work than I ask them I only needed one tire changed and they did something to the computer, breaks and other things I did not ask for when I first got there they said it would be 125 dollars but when I paid they charged me 600 dollars and tired to charge me 900 and I said no. I will not come back here again very dishonest and terrible service the worst I ever had.

They were able to fix all of my issues except one (which was just due to part availability on my older car). Very reasonable pricing, too!

They make sure that explain in detail what they found wrong and how it can be fixed with the least expensive way possible.You just feel comfortable and can trust that they are there to help you and not cheat you out a dime. Service was fine, good price but made an appointment the day prior and they were late getting to my car so I had to wait extra time. I don’t like having to wait for an appointment as that is the purpose of an appointment, not having to wait and waste time.

I made an appointment at 5:30 for an oil change. Circumstances happened to where I needed to show up early (45 mins) to get it. I asked if they could work me in early but it was no big deal if they couldn’t. They got me in and had me out by 5:05!! Ive only gotten my oil changed here, but Ive done it 3 times now and theyre the cheapest in town and also very fast. I have not waited longer than 15 minutes from the time my vehicle is checked in. Doesnt seem to matter how many other customers are there. 👍Edit:Got rear brake pads put on today and my brakes are smooth again. They did not try to sell me new front brake pads, old ones had 50% life remaining. They did not try to sell me new rotors, which I replaced less than 2 years ago. Wait time was reasonable, price was fair.

We called late in the afternoon with a dilemma! We were on US 69 and had a blowout in our Buick and replaced the tire with the doughnut tire and it blew a couple more miles down the road. We’re east of Dawson Springs in the middle of know where! We were able to get a tire from a junk yard through a towing service to get us back home. We let your establishment know the soonest we could get there would be 5 pm. We explained that we’re on trip going to Ohio when this happened and we need to get back on the road. You committed to us to get us back on the road even if they had to stay over to get tires on our Audi which we we unsure what size the tires were. They were able call around and get them for us and get us on road before 6 pm. Thank you for going the extra steps to take care of us. You have our business from now on!

I went here to get an oil change when I first got a car in July, and my sister decided to make sure they filled my fluids. Surprisingly they did not. Of course they fixed the error, after I complained. But it should have been done right the first time, and how many times does this go unnoticed because we feel we dont have to check peoples work! Yuck! Im disgusted with humans at this point!

Great price for an oil change but there’s no bell on the door or desk so I had to wait awhile at the front desk for service.

Had a Veterans Day coupon and USed it with no hassle. Went in around 5pm in a sleet storm was out in 5 minutes with a great basic oil change. (19.95 normally) The staff were very friendly and professional. They even put air in my bad tire which was above and beyond expectations. Great management and workers.

Got my oil changed. Asked about others things. Called me to verify prices which I passed on. They were a little to pricey for me. Wanted 80 for headlight because they said it be a hour work. Had someone else do it took 20 minutes. He just had to move the air filter case which upon that he discovered oil in the air flow tube. They checked my air filter and said it was dirty and sent me a pic of it but did NOT mention oil in it.

They are one of the very few mechanics in Murray who treat me like a man instead of a woman who isn’t knowledgeable with cars! I’ve had mechanics in Murray and Benton speak to me like I’m a fool and try to sell me things I don’t need. Brodie is just the opposite! I was told, I needed a heater core by a mechanic down the road (800.00) so I went to Meineke and all they did was blow out the air conditioner tube and it was fixed! And free! Oh yes I love this shop!

I have had trouble with my brakes for months and they finally stopped working one day. My brake booster went out and was like that for months. The place I usually take my car to in my home town never spotted the error with the brake booster. When took it to Meineke, they identified the problem immediately. The workers even offered to give me a ride back to campus since I didn’t have use of my car. When I got my car back, the brakes were fixed to perfection. Highly recommend Meineke for any car needs.
