My boyfriend bought a short sleeved shirt and a long sleeve shirt here back in August of 2020 and his shirts have started to turn yellow. Both of them. He loved the shirts too, one of them was his absolute favorite. One used to be a lighter purple color and at first we thought maybe something was wrong with the washer but none of his other clothes have had that problem. It was turning yellow around the armpits but slowly started turning yellow all over. It was not a pretty yellow either. So he got rid of the shirt, but then his green long sleeve started turning yellow too but it wasn’t just around the arm pits. It turned yellow in the middle around his body. Again, none of his other clothes have had this problem after multiple washes, so we think the dye job was cheap despite the shirts being pretty expensive. He has a lot of shirts that have never turned yellow, only the ones he bought from pacsun have had this issue. We probably won’t buy clothes from here again.

Due to COVID everyone is unable to try on clothes.With this being said a lot of people are returning items that are not true to size. Today 01/16/21 @1:30pm I went in saw an essential fear of god hoddie wanted to purchase it but it was a size small asked the cashier if she had any other sizes in stock, they did but it was a size large. Decided to go with a large Incase the small was to small. Came home tired it on and it was WAY to big. Wanted to return it or exchange it for the small.Called back and they said they CANT return or exchange it. They said it was posted next to the cash register that it was final sell. I specifically looked at the signs next to the register and looked at the return policy because I was worried about getting a size true to me. I NEVER saw a final sell policy on the fear of god items. I’m very disappointed that the cashier saw my concern and failed to mention the final sale sign.

You can’t try clothes on due to Covid, yet the store is organized in a way there is no way to socially distance.They have stupid buy one get one 1/2 on promotions instead of just pricing Each item as it should be. We are never able to form the 2nd item amd it makes Shopping frustrating.After waiting in a huge line we walked out without $250 worth of clothes . Signs listing exclusions aren’t even accurate

I wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. My husband likes to shop here every now and then. So two incidents.. first off my husband purchased a pair of jeans, turns out the size he normally gets doesn’t fit him. We go in the next day to simply exchange it for a different size and they say we cannot exchange them with the original receipt. South Town did the exchange for us. Fast forward a year later not letting one bad experience cloud our judgment. We go in to buy a gift and end up needing to return because our brother already got this jacket gifted to him. Go in the next day to return. Tags still on, original receipt and they ask for my ID on a purchase that was used with a debit card?? Fine no big deal.. I give her my ID and I ask “when has that become a thing for returning something used with a debit card?” The manager then went to say it’s because “we always charge it as Credit”....... side note ( I’ve been working retail for many years and as a store manager.) on the receipt it says charged as debit not Credit... so now I have to wait for my money to hit my account for a week? Why?? I will never shop here again and urge my family not to come to this location. SOUTH TOWN PAC SUN IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER!

I loved this store the workers were so patient and kind they have super cute jeans and t shirts. we when to about 4 jean shops and they had nothing cute or in style but right when we walked inside PACSUN they had just what I wanted 🤗

Wilson is a great cashier who works here. Hes friendly and you can tell that he works hard to make customer service a priority. Keep up the great work!

Today I went in to PacSun to return an online order. Kim was so helpful and professional!

Went in for an exchange and the workers looked at me like they never heard of that and handed me my items back expecting me to understand that I have to go pick out my exchange and look at me like Im dumb. No communication whatsoever until the manager realized his workers mistakes and asked the worker to get me my things after I even told them the size. The one worker who he told went off to who knows where while another one noticed he wasnt doing his job and helped me. All workers very oblivious and too busy with their own conversations to help even the manager

This Pacsun had great merchandizing compared to a lot of others that I have shopped in, the sales rep. that was working was doing her job great, greeted me when I walked in, and was constantly working to make her shop look great.

I got 2 classic new style pants for my husband last month. Spent $100 dollars on that but after washing the color changed and it got shorter as well. Definitely not happy with that 😔

I came into PacSun as I usually do once or twice a week Wilson was the cashier as I was checking out I noticed a pair of sunglasses that I would like to look at when I asked to see them Wilson gave me attitude asking if I just wanted to try them on or if I was going to buy them I looked at him and told him that Ive never bought a pair of sunglasses that Ive never tried on before my bill was close to $300 and I had like $35 in ones on me so I figured I would pay him with the smaller bills that I had first but he was very unprofessional when not even count the money properly as I could see many bills sticking to each other so I looked at him and told him to give me back my money because I was not going to lose money to the fact that he did not want to do his job and count it properly then paid him in big bills I found him very unprofessional and disrespectful I hope that PacSun does something too work on this problem because customer service is very important to someone like me and I would have no problem going to another location which is unfortunate because Ive always enjoyed Fashion Place the next day I called in to make a report with the manager a female came on the phone said she was the manager when I reported the incident of the previous day to her she seemed like it was not a big deal at all but when we spend thousands of dollars here a month it just is unfortunate to me that they have no customer service also the day of this incident there was a blonde female cashier who witnessed everything but did not step in to either guide him in the proper direction or to call me down as an upset customer I truly hope that they learn from this because if that ever happens to me again I will never come back to the store

First of all I feel like this one the employees just single you out if you look a certain way they follow you ask you whole bunch of questions and its just annoying you know knowing that theyre judging you on what grounds do they have judge you cuz your pants are sagging or cuz you got your hat backwards I dont know but the thing I look at is its a whole new generation you know hats backwards and tattoos and baggy clothes and sagging your girl jeans is all this generation but that dont mean youre Criminal
