What a waste of time! This place is not inclusive and doesnt actually want your clothing as a sell. They just want you to donate it. No plus size no matter what they say. One employee was nice but the ethics of this business has completely put me off. Will never shop here again nor will I recommend it. I wasted over an hour of my time for them to take 4 items out of 3 large totes... my items were name brand items and in great condition. I should have read the other reviews first instead of wasting my time.

I just want to say that these ladies are so sweet and were patient with me. I am a working mother and so dont get a lot of time to shop for myself and I had just stopped in to return some items. They were so polite and friendly and were so nice to let me continue to shop just a little after closing time. Thank you for the excellent customer service and being so sweet.

DO NOT waste your time trying to sell here. I recently brought in over 4-5 bins of clothes mixed men and women’s, Nike, workout clothes, jeans, matching sets, Nordstrom boots, Marc fisher wedges, and they bought $28 worth. I donated the rest but will never bring my stuff there again.

To be 100% honest, it’s a nice idea, but in my experience it’s not really worth it. The thing is the amount they buy for is really low, I think I got like $2 per item and items in good condition. Then they sell for cheaper but not that cheap. Idk, to me it’s just kind of disappointing. Sorry 😕

I called in advance before driving rather far to ask when the cut off for buying clothes was and was told 7:30pm. I got to the store at 7pm and the girl up front said the cut off was 7pm. I said well it is 7pm, mind you I am carrying a ton of heavy clothes to sell. She then said well the cut off is 7 but you have to check in by 6:30. I then informed her I called, another girl came up and said laughing oh yeah I remember your call haha we misunderstood you, sorry I let them know I drove a far distance lugging tons of stuff over with what I thought was plenty of time to spare considering the time I was given when I had called just a half hour earlier. They still refused to help me.

Do not waste your time trying to sell your stuff here. Either donate or sell them on your own. They will take trash and give you $2 for it but won’t take nice, brand name, new items. Not sure if they don’t train their people properly or what but I promise you will feel like your time has been hugely wasted.

This is my favorite Uptown Cheapskate! The staff here is so sweet and so helpful. The selection of clothes seems better than the other locations. Everytime I go in I find amazing fashion at a great price. Thumbs up!

The clothes are good quality and it looked like you could find an amazing deal with a colored tag though I wasnt able to find a ton. This place reminded me of kid to kid and I absolutely love the way both stores operate. Very friendly staff.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the awesome staff at this location! We wanted to take advantage of the extra % of store credit that the store was offering for buys made before Black Friday. We knew what we were getting ourselves into. We expected it to be busy. It sure was! Let me tell you though... these guys handled it like a champ. Sara(h) went out of her way to make sure the customers waiting were comfortable and happy. The other team members were hustling and making sure things ran smoothly. Everyone working had a positive attitude and made the whole experience a great one. Couldnt let it go unnoticed. Great job you guys!!! Keep it up!

The staff here are horrendously inconsiderate of peoples time. Every time Ive gone, Im standing in line watching the staff flirt with customers at the checkout when there are other people that want to leave. They dont seem to have any sense of urgency. I dont know what it is about this location, but it seems to be the only one Ive had a problem with. Last time I went, I decided to time how long it took for the person at the checkout to help the customer in front of me. It took over fifteen minutes and they were only buying a handful of items.

This store is huge! Just found the same tshirt here for $17 that I had just bought at Urban Outfitters for $55 last month.

You can get some great steals from here if you look hard enough and the customer service is a solid ok. I do feel like I got ripped off when I sold to them and I seriously questioned their choices to only take the two cheap things from Old Navy and not want all of the American Eagle, JCrew, and more that I had in there. Donated the rest because I wanted new clothes that fit better.

All the associates were really friendly and helpful. They have lots of great selection and I was most happy with their big selection of Victorias Secret Pink which is my favorite brand. And no stains or tears! Thats really hard to come by if you dont buy things brand new. But this place has it. I will be returning soon and so should you!

Employees of Uptown Cheapskate always go through my donated clothes and shoes thoroughly. I never get very much money, but its still a fun process because the clothes are donated to a cause if they dont accept them. Whatever credit I get is fun to use at the store because I can get a couple of new (to me) items and I feel better about not wasting.

Love this place! I got so many cute clothes for a super cheap price. Thrifting is one of my favorite things but there’s always the risk that it comes with holes and stains. At uptown cheapskate that never happens which is awesome. Plus it’s a great way to give back to the planet!

Uptown Cheapskate is amazing! We came in at 6, but had multiple kids to buy for. A few minutes before 7 I realized we wouldnt be done shopping in time. They were so nice, and told us that it was no problem. We checked out a little before 7:30. All the employees were so kind and assured us that it was no problem. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend.

What a fun store! I never thought I would choose to shop at a second hand store. However, this store does not feel like one at all. In fact, they actually have a lot of brand new items still with tags on them. It is awesome!

This store is the dirty, I don’t know what happened to it but walked in and the clothes where off the hangers on the ground all over the store. Just a mess and there was 5 people behind the counter!!! Not checking people out just standing there.

I loved the experience. Honestly I love how cheap I can find cloths. Finding a pair of pants thats $8 is so easy. Its cleaner than most clothing thrift shops. They keep things organized and actually give you a good deal when u sell to them.The first time I went in was like a a love story. Wallet not packed but needing new clothes. Me and my friend drove down in our Bugatti after going to Tiburón. Food was great btw. We got out our louis Vuitton bags but they were kinda heavy so we left them in the car and just brought our Gucci wallets. My mom was waiting at our penthouse so we had to be quick. We went in and found everything sofast we were out in 20 minutes. We were looking on fleek in no time. When I got home I could sleep easy on my Bentley bed knowing I got a good deal.Life is great when you shop here!

I really do love this place! I always find good stuff there! Its priced fairly and has good customer service too.

Brought upscale clothing to cheapskate clothing and the service was great except the value for my items was only $35. And I sold about 13 items. They did not take my scarves and dress shirts so I donated them, but my pants were brand new with price tags and they were originally purchased for $255.00. You are better off selling your own clothes yourself for the cash value. I don’t recommend if your cleaning out your closet.

The workers are EXTREMELY picky when it comes to selecting through brought in clothing. Even though I had plenty of items that were current and trendy, they wouldnt accept them. I brought in a small bag full of clothing and accessories and it took them 2 hours to sort through them, and they didnt even end up finding anything they could sell. The best thing I can say about this place is that if they dont find anything they can use, they give you the option of just leaving your things there to be donated, which I thought was a kind gesture.

Staff was very rude and snobby. Went to sell clothes at this location a week or so ago and the lady said all of my clothes were outdated and not in style. Went through the bag when I got home and I am missing two pairs of jeans. The one pair was brand new. Do not sell clothes here and if you do watch them go through them because they will steal them so they don’t have to pay for them. Never coming here again. I new something was shady. I should have checked my bag of clothes before leaving.

Went in to sell clothes, employee told me it would take 20 minutes. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Horrible customer service, I would’ve come back another time had I been given the correct time frame it would take.
