I am extremely happy with our new counter tops. I was very pleased to see the guys work so great together as a team and accomplished everything as needed with out dragging their feet. You can tell they also take great pride in the work they do. They were fast and very efficient. They left things cleaner than it was before they started.I would recommend this team hands downπ thank you for the outstanding work!!
After reading some of the reviews I thought I would chime in.. We ordered cabinets from Home Depot -love them! The issue came when it was time to measure for the countertop. They would not come out and measure until we had the stove in. Since this is a basement kitchen we were in no rush. I told them that initially. I called Home Depot and asked about this policy. Our salesperson said, she had never heard that before. Okay, no problem we purchased the stove. Finally scheduled them to come out and measure. During the time they measured until today of our install. I received a call questioning the sink I purchased. I gave them the information from my order at Home Depot took a picture of the box and texted it to the gal on the line. She said, if there is any problems we will call you. Today at our install the counter has been mis-measured. The man from Accent said there is always a gap on under-mount sinks. Not true I have one in my kitchen and there is ZERO gap. He said the measurements were taken from the website. We asked why the template in the box for the sink was not used. He said, he will call us back. After paying a lot of money (in my opinion) for such a small area I want it to look nice. I will say this the installers they use have been very nice and understanding of our frustrations. I will update my review once this is resolved.
Dramatic delays, price hikes, and poor installation and communication. I was referred to Accent Countertops by a friend so I know that my experience isnt everyones but if you run into issues count on Accent going dark on you. Accent damaged cabinets and messed with plumbing that led to flooding. After a month of being told theyd be coming out to finish the job, I gave up and hired someone else to finish. Accent does the installations for big box stores so theyre alright with the random poor experience.
My granite is beautiful!!! The install was phenomenal. Installers were amazing and cleaned up after themselves! Mandy, our sales person was amazing!!! Customer satisfaction is really their priority! I 100% recommend Accent Countertops!!!!!!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Accent Counter tops!!! Ordered counter tops from home Depot, bought a dual mount sink from home Depot. Accent came out and measured, Than about a week later I was informed that Accent would not install the sink, because they did not want to install a dual mount sink under the counter top. They would only mount it on top??? WHEN did it become acceptable For the contractor to decide what you want??? Tell you right There how much faith they have in their installers ability!!! So I cancelled my order!!!
Accent Counter tops did a great job with our Quartz counter top. They were on time for each appointment and for the installation. The two installers were curtious and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.
So we have had a horrible time with communication with this company.. leading up to install, things were okay. They communicated occasionally, but the install is where things went wrong. When they were installing it, they dropped the countertop which ended up damaging our brand new cabinets! It broke two of the wooden supports, damaged a couple of drawers, and did about $500 worth of damages. We saw it happen and the installers said they would make a note of it.. on top of this, with the black countertops, the seams look HORRIBLE! They are supper choppy and not seamless as it should be..Well I reached out to Accent Countertops on May 30th to inorm them of these damages, sent pictures for proof, sent them the estimate for repairs, and was trying to work with them for them to cover THEIR damages.. well we heard back and they said they would send off the info to the install managers. Well a month past and still nothing back so I reached out to them again and asked for an update. They said they were sending it to another manager. That was June 28th. Its now August 31st and Ive heard nothing from them! Ive send multiple emails, called, and I have gotten no response for the damages done over 3 months ago.. Im frustrated and just wish they would do something and communicate. Will definitely go through someone else in the future:(
We bought our countertops through Home Depot and they subcontracted to Accent Countertops. We couldnβt be happier with the results. We got a great price for granite and the people at Accent did and excellent job in performing the install.
Curtis with Accent Countertops is amazing to work with. First we worked with Mandi from Home Depot in Ogden, UT to get us hooked up with Accent(thanks for making it easy Mandi!) Accent called and scheduled an appointment with us the same day, came out in less than a week and were here on time! The template guy Curtis is very professional, smart, and answered all my questions patiently he also helped me pick a new sink since the one I had would not work for an undermount, and listened to me vent little about how irritating the sink thing had been. Accents employees have been nothing but professional and courteous. I appreciate it very much. Thanks again Curtis for doing such a great job!Note to readers: when they say it has to be an undermount sink only it CAN NOT be a dual mount or top mount sink as well. They want you to have a sink that is shown as undermount only. It will only have about a 1 lip around the whole sink and will NOT have faucet holes. BTW-They offer a free one with your counter tops.
Good communication which is key to good experiences. The crew was on time and really good guys with really good personalities!!!! The product looks great and the installation went well. Really made or kitchen look wonderful!!!Thanks Accent Countertops / Hime Depot!!!!!
I was promised two things that were never delivered.1: That I would be contacted by Accent Countertops within two days after paying for the countertops. I was not contacted for 5 days.I was told by home depot that the countertops would be installed with two weeks. It took 5 weeks to complete the project. When I asked accent when they finally contacted me that Home Depot promised a two week installation they said I would be lucky to finish before August.2: when they came to install they did not measure the backsplash correctly and promised to re-cut it and they promised to include an additional sq Ft of material to make sure the backsplash looked good at no charge. When someone finally contacted me after going to voicemail 2 times on two separate days they said no one promised that there wouldnβt be additional fees, and that I would have to pay an additional $79.I have never had a harder time getting in contact with a company like I have with Accent Countertops.Very poor customer service, and astounding ability to throw the customer under the bus whenever it makes their job easier.I would not recommend Accent.
Kevin was great to work with, he took his time with us showing us all the options and giving suggestions. We are very happy with how our countertops turned out. My only recommendation would be to clean off the countertops after installation- we have some sticky/rough spots that have been hard to get off.
Jesse and Sergio did amazing job on our countertops. They were very professional and were great to have on site, we will definitely be recommending Accent Countertops to more of our customers in the near future.
Wow! I dont know how else to describe the service received from the team at Accent Interiors. We went to multiple places before finding these guys. Their level of customer satisfaction far exceeds their competition. Everyone at Accent stayed in constant contact with us. They were very punctual. They allowed us to pick exactly which granite slab we wanted to use. THEN they allowed us to pick where on the slab they would cut for our counters. We are so happy with our new kitchen. A++++
I love the work that they did! The installer went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He was so sweet and I will be recommending them!
Buyers beware!!! When you purchase a countertop from Home Depot, understand that they subcontract to a third party, in this case Accent Countertop. It turns out that Accent Countertop is not a reputable company and they are not trustworthy. The third party becomes their representative. This means that, if you have any problem with the product, Home Depot will not back you up.Let me explain. I recently purchased a quartzite countertop from Home Depot. Their third party in Salt Lake City is Accent Countertops. The installers broke the countertop at the level of the sink. The break is irreparable because it is full thickness. I was concerned about the integrity of the countertop. I asked for an independent assessment by a licensed stone contractor. His assessment was that the stone needed to be replaced. When I tried to negotiate with Accent countertop, they claimed that it was Home Depots decision. When I called Home Depot, they said that they have nothing to do with it because Accent countertop represents them.Do not go with Home Depot, or for that matter Accent countertop. You will be disappointed.
Overall Im satisfied but some things could be better. They didnt custom cut counters to fit. They just cut their rectangles, brought them to my house and did what they could to make it work. Some places have over a 1/4 gap against the wall and over 1/4 difference in front overhang from one side to the other. The worst one is in the picture where theres a 3/8 difference in just a 24 long counter. Probably happened because they pushed the stove in crooked and then followed the crooked stove.
Incredible service, and wonderful selection! This company KNOWS counter tops. Kevin Quinn walked us through the entire process and made it so easy. His knowledge and advice made it an easy choice to go with them. We felt better educated on our choices and felt zero pressure. We were so thrilled with the service, quality, and selection, that we ended up having them provide counter tops and sinks for all of our bathrooms. We are completely satisfied customers! I would use them again and recommend without hesitation.
Really poor communication! Plan on waiting and excess amount of time for countertops. Was hoping for better. They seem to busy for all of their customers...I have to chase them to set up appointments!
Will not return calls. If you book through Lowes they will not take any responsibility when they make a mistake. The lady that works the front desk obviously hates her job. Go somewhere else! Very rude, very fake. An employee told me that the company was recently merged with a bigger company and indicated that contributed to our terrible service.
The employees worked quickly to put everything in. They were friendly and nice! Felt comfortable with them in my home. My only thing I would suggest is that they clean up the countertops more after theyβre done. Thereβs some gunk on them that Iβm having a hard time getting off.
I highly recommend Accent Counter tops. Cami, our sales associate, was brilliant. She was attentive and caring and concerned and did everything possible to keep our project moving. I want to give a 5 star review, however, the manufacturer squared the edges instead of the requested bull nose. The installers also chipped an edge. Cami eagerly offered to have the bar top removed and replaced for no cost. She insisted I was happy with the product. However, but the environmentalist in me refuses to let such a stunning piece of granite be discarded. They discounted the bar top due to the manufacturing error.
Accent Countertops provides excellent service and outstanding, beautiful countertops. Debbie was our sales representative and she was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to pick out my slab in the showroom. Accent sent out a measurement specialist who used a laser to measure our counter space. The install team was Jorge and Hector and they did a wonderful job and our granite countertops are beautiful. They finished in one day and were very patient and respectful. The communication and scheduling was excellent throughout the process using texting and phone calls. I would recommend Accent Countertops.
The installation techs that came to my home to install my counters were amazing. They were courteous and arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up any garbage that was created in the process. When I had a question that needed their attention a few weeks later they came and were incredibly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
I can not say more about the installation crew. They did a great job and worked till very late getting it all perfect. I highly recommend them. Their prices were better than other bids I received but I was most impressed with their installation crew.
I would avoid dealing with these people at all costs. I bought counters through Home Depot and this company was who they used to sub out..1) When they came to do measurements I had already paid Home Depot a cashiers check in FULL, when they came again to do measurements on behalf of Accent countertops. They charged my card again for the amount of $1200 in ADDITION to what I already paid when I owed NOTHING. I had chose to do an upgrade of $100 FOR a better clear top coat but instead of charging me $150 (or whatever the cost was for the silicone top coat it was less than $200) they charged me $1200 and it took the bank seven days to get my money back to me. This had affected me negatively because the money was completely gone out of my account. The people with Home Depot were VERY great and they credited me the money for the clearcoat for the inconvenience . BUT the people with Accent countertops have horrible customer service and the lady who works there in the main office is terrible and does not know how to work with customers especially customers going under stressful experiences due to their OWN credit card system. She needs serious customer service training and they do not call and update you things....only send you texts. So Home Depot let me have the clear coat for free and the money eventually got back to my account thanks to my bank. But the lady at the office if Accent Countertops was not remorseful or apologetic and all she said was βI canβt do nothing youβll have to call your bank because we see nothing β it doesnβt matter if you see nothing or not on your end...Iβm only 23 and been in customer service for a shorter time what matters is telling the customer YOUβRE SORRY !!!! Instead of making me have to call banks and go back and forth to get my money back. Thank god I did but it took over 7 days later and I couldnβt buy my flooring thanks to Accent Countertops mistake.2) When the installers came they messed up my waterline to my fridge! Accent countertops denied my claim because I had told the installer how when I first bought my house TWO YEARS ago, the SINK pipe broke and it ruined my sheet rock downstairs. These idiots used my two year old story as a reason to deny my claim based off a story I shared when I first bought the home. The sink pipe and the FRIDGE WATER line are two separate things!!! When the sheet rock was ruined two years ago we fixed it and thereβs never been a link since. When Accent countertops came and installed the countertops, there was a leak behind the fridge (which was never there before they came) and leaks all throughout my vents in the basement. Completely separate area then when my sink broke two years ago. Because of Accent countertops breaking the fridge waterline...I had to replace a completely DIFFERENT area of the sheet rock from a broken fridge line. They were very rude and told me that I told the installer that this happened before already when I first bought the home which they LIED. The sink broke two years ago when I first bought my house causing water damage to a completely different area.....and now the fridge waterline broke when the installer left the home because the fridge was pushed back and broke off the line. I attached pictures so you could see the FRESH water leak from the broken water line. Iβm pretty sure I didnβt have water leaking from my VENTS, BASEMENT CELING, FRIDGE and fridge waterline for the last two dang years. Nobody would be living with leaks as pictured for that long. I donβt care if they denied the claim, they just adds more of a reason to not trust this company, itβs the fact that they denied it and LIED! The installer did touch the fridge but there was never LIVE leakage as they wrote on my letter. I shared a story about a leak TWO years ago when I first bought the home. The leak from the installer was brand new as you can see in the photos. You can see itβs FRESH new water!!!
Very happy about our experience with Accent countertops. Every employee we interacted with was polite, professional, and so helpful. The service was quick, they were always on time to appointments and communicated well. And best of all our countertops and sinks looks awesome!
I would never let these people do your countertop the seams dont line up they left two screws hanging from the new countertop they broke the cabinet under the sink and didnt have the balls to tell us about it. They have pictures of the screw ups but havent said anything about it.
If you have to use Accent heres what I wish Id known 5 months ago when Id started.1. Review every measurement yourself every time. Theyre not paid to be accurate, theyre paid to complete the job.2. Make sure your sales purchase agreement has a deadline, penalties for missing the deadline, and terms for canceling the agreement.3. Find out how many jobs the subcontractor/installer has done with Accent.4. Make sure that everything is level, while theyre doing the instillation. They will not do a review with you as stated in their paperwork. If theres a problem its easier to get it fixed right then. They may try to talk over you and say its fine, dont let them bully you into accepting sub par work.5. Whatever payment method you provide make sure youre not giving them your private bank information. They may charge you for the finished project before the job is complete.6. Review the quality assurance process for accent. Clarify who is responsible for mistakes made by subcontractors.7. Respond by email, and get everything in writing.Biggest Mistakes:Measurements on height were off by 1-2s This resulted in the loss of 1/2 in clearance on the countertop. Im no longer able to use our kitchen aid mixer. without it hitting the top cabinets.Measurements on the length of both sides of the kitchen was off from 2-3 each side. This resulted in a 4 week delay as new cabinets had to be constructed.Subcontractor was pushy and rushed the job. He would call me repeatedly from different numbers until I answered about getting the job done so he can get his payment from accent.Cabinets backs had to be replaced in 2 cabinets. The subcontractor tore through them to get the job done quickly.Drawer Stack wasnt properly attached to the wall, it wobbled when weight was applied. cabinets had to be reattached at 3 different times to get them level and plumb.Subcontractor refused to use the handles Id purchased from Accent. I purchased new handles from Home depot, however I was never refunded for my previous handles when Id attempted to return them.Drawer fronts were put on incorrectly causing rubbing and leaving black grease marks on our drawers.Drawer fronts rubbed against the bottom of the countertop. The drawer front was cut and reattached leaving exposed untreated wood. When Id asked for the drawer fronts to be remade so they fit correctly and opened I was told by David that the only people who will notice are you and I Id pressed that I paid for it to be what we agreed to and was told they wouldnt be remade.Shawn would defer to David, or the installer about issues rather than speak with Michelle or the fabricators. I attempted to get timelines or updated paperwork and was told it wouldnt be provided and hung up on.The countertop installers used CARDBOARD as a substrate. The countertop installers argued with me about how its the cabinets fault the countertops werent level.Even with the exact measurements of the cabinets, Accents installers left exposed particle board and the cabinet base doesnt match up as needed to the countertop.Significant damage from the install including ceiling chips, drywall damage, and simply destroying light switches and general carelessness.I signed paperwork with Accent in September, its now February and our job is still not what was agreed too in our documentation. David and Shawn have both stopped returning my emails and calls about finishing the project. After a week of radio silence I received a lien notice for the remainder of the balance. Our kitchen still is unfinished. Unfortunately it would appear that Accent is aware that it would cost more to take them to court to do the job correctly than it would be for me to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. If you value your time. If you value sleeping soundly at night. Or you simply want a trustworthy, competent, experienced tradesman to work with, you would be better served to look elsewhere.
Iβve never tackled a complete kitchen remodel but I honestly cannot imagine a better process and a better outcome than what I experienced with Accent. I didnβt use a general contractor so I was pretty much on my own to avoid βnewbieβ mistakes. I was surprised when I was assigned a Project Coordinator (Candice) who was there to keep the project moving forward and, more importantly, answer all of the MANY questions I had along the way. The dimensions of my new kitchen island was a bit funky, but Candice and the Installation Manager (Tara) were very patient with me and my cabinet guy as we worked through the issues. There was a bit of a delay with delivery of the quartz slab to Accent (due to coronavirus and high quartz demand) but Candice kept me informed and ultimately kept things on schedule so the kitchen was ready by the holidays. I had first worked with Accent on the countertops in my mudroom after a different countertop company completely screwed things up because their measurements were a total joke. Each of my projects were measured by Curtis who was clearly experienced and knew what he was doing β using laser equipment and zero guesswork. If it were possible to give Accent five stars I absolutely would!!
Great fit and finish! Local trophy shop customer service counter. Was hopeful to to install on the weekend, even asked a month in advance, but had to do temporary countertop during bussiness hrs, middle of the week. Still happy with final product.
They finally got it right -- 3 measuring attempts and 8+ weeks later. We are happy with the way our countertops turned out, but it has been an ordeal. We ordered our countertops in October through the Home Depot. The kitchen designer let us order impossible counters and set unrealistic expectations about the timeframe. I think this is the Home Depots fault, but Accent should really be working closely with them to make sure they dont misinform customers. Our cabinets didnt show up until mid-November, so Accent couldnt template until late November. Based on the information the kitchen designer at the Home Depot gave us, we expected to still get everything done by Christmas. She had said 2-3 weeks from template to install. When the templater finished, though, he told us 4-6 weeks. We still had our existing countertops in place, so it was only moderately inconvenient to have our new cabinets topless, but we made do. 6 weeks put us into the new year. They got to us in mid-January. We prepped the kitchen by removing the existing countertops and finished just in time because the installers showed up a full hour early. They started laying out pieces and it soon became clear that one piece had been polished on the wrong side and one had been cut too small. They had arrived early but they needed a third person to get the island in, and that person couldnt come for two more hours. Rather than reschedule I let them use me as the third person to stabilize the island as they brought it in.Once they got the island into position to be lifted up, it became clear to me that they were going to ruin the handles on our cabinets. I asked the installers if I could remove them, and they said that I didnt need to, and that it wouldnt be a problem. They then proceeded to break four of them as they put the island into place. Accent offered to compensate me for these, but they are one-of-a-kind custom ones from etsy and are hard to replace, so we repaired them instead.Once the island was installed completely I noted some dark stains around the sink, which turned out to be improperly mixed epoxy (too much hardener). They scraped it off and put new epoxy on, and that did work out. The rest of the counter couldnt be installed that day, so they left us with an island and no other counter while they recut the pieces. They came back in about a week with new pieces, but these had the wrong edge finish and were also cut to the wrong size. The installer showed up an hour after our time window. He asked whether Accent notified me that he would be later, but they hadnt. The installer (a subcontractor) cut a big gash (2 long) in our wall trying to make the pieces fit, but failed. At this point they sent a new templater to measure again. The templater was able to come the same day, which was nice. After the templater measured we had to wait another week for them to get new pieces and cut them. This time they finally got it right and were able to install the counters. At this point we are 8 1/2 weeks after the initial template appointment, and 2 weeks after the first failed install attempt. The installers collectively broke four handles and cut a two foot gash in our wall. They also left epoxy blobs that I had to scrape off and left caulk in weird places. They also didnt bother cleaning the bottom of the counter on our overhang, so I had to spend time scrubbing off what looked like markings in crayon used during the cutting process. Beyond that, we had to leave our kitchen cupboards empty for the two weeks we were waiting, which was quite inconvenient.I called to complain about our experience, and I was told that their philosophy is to Get it right, eventually. So true. They said they could offer me compensation for the handles that were broken. If I had accepted the miscut pieces two weeks ago they would have offered me a discount, but they dont consider the fact that my kitchen was out of commission for two extra weeks or that they wasted our time on three install trips to be worth compensation.
The granite countertops are beautiful. The installation team was fast, professional, and courteous. However the seams were a little rough and Accent sent a tech the next week to fix the issue and I am very satisfied
It took a while to get an appointment time because they were scheduled out 3 weeks but once we did they came and did fast and efficient work for a great price. Would use them again I love my counters.
Happy with the service! They answered all my questions while the worked! Cleaned up after themselves!
They were AMAZING! When they came out to make the template for my island I was so pleased with their pricing and customer service I purchased even more countertops. They came out to pull out my old countertops and install my new ones in less that 2 days. I will definitely use them in the future!
Great service. The work was done beautifully, the installers were professional and fun. I could not be happier.
Had a few challenges but the installers kept at it until they got it right, even taking a couple pieces back to the shop to get them exactly as I wanted.Countertop looks great, the service was great (frequent follow-ups, communicating clearly about the schedule, etc), so I think I made the right choice doing business with Accent.
Great service and very professional.Instillation was done on time.We use this company for future projects.
Great company! Communication among the group was fantastic. The installers did a fantastic job. Very thorough in their workmanship. Really care for the customer. Again, great job!
Always being pushed back on the schedule calendar. Finally came. It couldnt be installed because we have square sinks and they cut the holes round. This whole process has taken way way to long.
Great service throughout and a smooth, quick install. Would definitely consider for future projects.
We couldnt be more pleased with the new countertops we got from Accent Countertops! Everyone from design to installation was top notch. We found a scratch on one piece after they finished the installation and they promptly replaced the scratched piece and the new piece matched perfectly.
Excellent countertops and install. Very well done from measure to install and keeping us in the loop via text messages
We used Home Depot to book installation of granite countertops. Home Depot hired Accent. Upon arrival there were multiple issues with what we ordered (as far as who did what for demo and installation) and what Accent said they could do. In fairness, we can assume that was communication between Home Depot and Accent. However, the measurements taken were not correct so the sink did not fit properly and the countertop did not align correctly. Accentβs workers did a decent job trying to work with what they had and that is the reason we gave them 3 stars. Here is the issue we would warn anyone about who is looking at hiring Accent; the workers damaged the drywall and and broke an outlet cover when they were sliding the granite slab into place. The workers told my husband that they had called this damage into their boss and it would be addressed. After weeks of my husband working back and forth with Home Depot, we were told that Home Depot would supply paint and a new outlet cover to fix the damage. Accent had refused to take any responsibility for the damage and they called it βincidental damageβ. The reason for hiring a licensed and insured contractor is to avoid issues such as this. We have several rental units and are planning to redo our kitchen as well. We will not be using Accent and would not recommend them for the fact that they do not take ownership of damage caused by them during installation. That is their choice but it is poor service and a poor business model. They could have chose a different way to respond that was customer centric. I suppose we are a small customer to them and our satisfaction of a job well done or expecting them to take accountability for their work is of no relevance to them.
Accent Countertops were the vendor selected by Home Depot (Centerville) for our quartz install. First I must give incredible credit to the install crew, Roy and Alejandro. They did a superb job. These gentlemen had the pleasure π (not really) of handling this project in the middle of the day. While it wasnt 100 degrees out, it was super toasty and my house faces west. Onto the install itself. I cannot praise Accent enough. Their crew was absolutely professional, and it was super evident that they have a ton of experience. They removed the old countertop, which weighed about 700 pounds π³ making it look like a minimal effort was made. Wow. Sure there was a small piece of the cabinet right underneath the counter that came off, but realistically speaking, does anyone really expect that such a huge and cumbersome job wont stutter along the way? Heres the thing though, Roy actually looked for the chipped piece, and glued it back in place, so perfectly that unless you looked ridiculously close, youd never know anything had happened. Super pro at his job.Aside from the amazing install (mine was a pain because I have a waterfall countertop π) they were neat, mindful of my flooring, of my appliances, my cabinets, and even the panel curtains that they had to interact with (meaning the slider was open and what minimal breeze we had made the panels go all over the place). They swept and vacuumed before ending the job and leaving. We couldnt have had a better experience and will happily recommend them. Thanks, Accent Countertops, for a job well done, and for sending out professionals.[Edit: dont know why I cannot attach a picture, but as soon as I can, I will]
We remodeled a home and had five countertops made with Accent Countertops. The sales person was great to work with but the scheduling for templates and installation was extremely slow and delayed. We have 4 contractors delayed on the remodel work due to the countertops. Also, the installer didnβt caulk the backsplash in the laundry room and we had to wait 2 months to have it finished.
I had Gerald and Cody with accent countertops install my counter and do the cut out for the sink. They were awesome at installing it they came and did it the were quick and and they were clean. I had them make an adjustment after they had installed the countertop. They were awsome at doing that. I would definitely recommend them to do the job right.
Great customer service, very courteous and professional installation. We definitely thank Accent Countertops for a job well done.
We had a great experience with the installation of our counter tops. They were kind and did great work!
Friendly staff, reasonable prices and large selection of granite, quartz and other material to choose from.
A job well done. I will recommend this company.
Very professional team from start to install. The counters look great thanks!
Accent Interiors were great to work with. Our renovation project wasnt large enough for the Big Box Stores to do and suggested we pick out a remnant piece from Accent. We met with a sales professional and toured the warehouse where the leftovers were. I was pleasantly surprised with how many options we had to choose from. Within minutes we found a gorgeous piece of quartz for our project. Normally, install would have taken months. We had our project completed in a couple of weeks. I Highly Recommend.
Accent Countertops installed quartz countertops which we purchased through Home Depot for our kitchen. They were very good about communicating with us every step of the process, and all of their employees were pleasant and professional. The finished project looks beautiful and we would definitely recommend then to anyone.
They were very communicative throughout the process. Installers showed up when scheduled and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The installers were great, answering all my questions and helping me feel comfortable with the install. Seam is almost invisible! Would recommend to everyone.
These guys were awesome! When we first purchased we were not quite ready for them to come out and they were so patient and willing to wait and always see what worked best for us! When they came out to install they had 3 awesome guys who were so friendly and so fast! They got my granite in there in under 45 min. They explained warranties and how to take care of the granite properly! I will for sure use these guys in the future and recommend them as well!!
I was surprised by the bad experience we had with them. They made 2 measurements and they differed by 2 sqft. I felt that they are always βup selling β namely trying to add stuff to the order. Their so called βchip minimizerβ cut around the sink was a joke $250 itβs not worth it because itβs basically the same cut but taking off the sharp edge. Their install team forgot to install a dishwasher retaining part. Plus they wanted 100% of their money upfront! If it hadnβt been for Homedepot watching over the order I would have canceled.
Very professional and quick to make sure that as soon as we were ready custom countertops were measured and ordered. We have granite countertops that they installed and it looks great.
They did an outstanding job on my new granite counter tops in my kitchen! I had them do the 6mm edge for my island, which couldnt have turned out better than it did. They had my counters ready to go on the date that we were scheduled to have them install and they showed up at the very beginning of the call-in window, which meant that I was still able to get the most out of my day. This is the third time Ive used them for granite counters and each time theyve done a brilliant job!
Accent upgraded us to 3 cm granite because we went to the warehouse and chose a 3cm slab, not knowing we hadnt purchased granite that thick. The templating was perfect. There is only one seam. The fit was perfect. It took less than two hours to install from start to finish. It looks stunning. We couldnt be more satisfied.
Would give ZERO STARS if I could. Whatever you do, do not use this company. If you are going through Home Depot, beware they contract with this company. This company may look like it has a nice product, but everything else is a disaster. The staff do not respect each other and openly talk about co-workers. They do not return phone calls. They do not produce in the time frame they give you. They do not show up when they say they are going to be there. The counter tops that they installed looked terrible when they were done. The stone was fine and what I ordered, but the install seams, etc is horrible.I was suppose to have my counter tops 2 weeks after the cabinets were in an the template complete. The template was completed on 11/20/18. The person who came out to do the template refused to do the island unless my cabinet maker returned to the house. Our incredible cabinet maker left a job drove 30 mins out of his way, in order to tell the guy making the template the same thing my husband and I did. Make the counter fit the island, do not worry about the custom table, (Made by a professional). The table was made to fit the island not the other way around. However, the kid absolutely refused to listen. The counter tops I was suppose to have in 2 weeks, took a month to show up. I had a party scheduled for the 12/15 and was told I would have my counters before that date. The party was canceled due to the incompetency of this company. We ordered half of our counters through Home Depot, who contracts with this company. While picking the stone for the counter tops I found a piece of stone not covered under Home Depots contract. I was forced to pay for an entire slab in order to get a piece for the island, $4,000.The company then tried to keep the rest of the stone that was not used for the island. Finally, today they installed the counter tops, but not before showing up 2hrs late for the time they told us they would be there. The counters are installed, but the craftsmanship is terrible. There is a very large seam right in the middle of a counter, and it is pieced together terribly.Whatever you do run as fast as you can from this fast talking company.
Installers were very professional and did an excellent job. The granite is perfect and the entire process went smoothly. I would recommend Accent Countertops!
We utilized Accent interiors custom Granite services through Floor & Decor. We were so happy with the finished product. Accents precise templating and accuracy made for a perfect install. The installers were very professional, courteous, and careful. We just cant get over how beautiful our Granite counters turned out. We would highly Recommend Accent Interiors.
We had Accent Interiors do our bathroom countertops and we couldnβt be happier. Great service, affordable prices and super quick turnaround. Ashley helped us through the whole process and she was the best!
Could not have been happier with the service, professionalism and care they took.
Accent Surfaces did a wonderful job on my new home! Everything is beautiful! I was very happy with everything from start to finish. Debbie was wonderful to work with, and I felt like she took a personal interest in my job. She was very east to contact, and had some great ideas as well. Debbie even helped me locate some extra granite to finish up my job. Their prices were very competitive, too! I would highly recommend Accent Surfaces!
Installation was quick, clean, and the installers were great!! Our kitchen looks brand new and modern. We got instructions on how to take care of our new counters, and two handy tiles to use for cutting and placing hot items if needed. The plumbing was reconnected with new materials and everything works perfectly. Thank you all for a job well done.
The people at Accent were so kind and professional. It was my first time buying countertops and I was hoping I picked the right color, etc...The folks at Accent made the process so easy. From scheduling measurements to actual installation, everything was quick and professional. They even cleaned up some little tire tracks that were left on the floor when they brought in the heaviest piece. 100% professional. The final result is beautiful!!
Excellent craftsmanship. Very helpful and was really easy to work with everyone. I was able to go down and see the template for the counter tops and how it was laid out before fabrication. I was able to change the template on the granite to get the color where I wanted. Installation was expertly done and the installers showed up on time. The overall experience was very easy and enjoyable. I truly love my new granite counter tops. I would recommend Accent Surfaces to anyone!
Accent countertops came in at the best value, and were very professional, efficient, and punctual. The entire experience went very smooth! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.
Accent countertops was wonderful to work with. Came and measured, and then later emailed a template using the exact slab we picked out, so we could see what the finished product would look like before it was even installed. They arrived when they said they would, and made sure the countertops were perfectly level and clean before they left. They were quick too! Only took a couple hours to get everything finished. We are very satisfied with their work and the product :D
Great work. Great service. Timely, and professional...these folks kept us up to date on every step. Happy to recommend them.
Everyone I dealt with at Accent were friendly and professional. The installers that came to do the work were very good and a pleasure to have in my home. The work is outstanding. I would recommend Accent to anyone.
June 18th 2020. My dad purchased granite countertops after they came and measured everything that he requested. He paid upfront but chose to remove the existing countertops himself rather than paying their $1700.00 dollar fee to remove the existing countertops, (Took us 1 hour to remove ourselves). When they came to install the new granite countertops they said the existing cabinets needed to be supported in certain spots to sustain the weight, he did so and when they returned the installers said it looked good. The installers had a vertical piece missing as well and had no clue that one was to be installed. The countertops were not installed. My dad spoke with the representative after the first encounter with the installers and expressed his grief. He was told that the installers would show up and install everything today (June 18th 2020) between the hours of 3:30-5:30 p.m. They did not show up, nor did they call. My dad called at 6:00 p.m. and received a messaging system. The owner called back an hour later and said he was unaware that the installers did not show. My dad requested a full refund and the owner said You arent getting anything back. We already cut the granite my dad said he would hire an attorney and the owner said that my dads attorney could speak to his attorney. My opinion is that the company is stretched pretty thin! Hit and miss on jobs and the owner has no clue as to what is really happening. Would not recommend this company at all. Sounds like the owner is pretty disrespectful to its customers.UPDATE June 26th 2020. I just read the response below from the owner. My father had called me prior to reading the response. He went in today for some type of compensation for all the trouble. He was offered $150.00 if I would retract my previous comment above. My dad told them to keep the money. Other prospective customers might want to watch out for some of the good reviews! Seems like a buyout was trying to be set up in order to remove a bad review.
Everything was magical from the moment Debbie Lloyd came into our home to measure and give us a quote until the installation was finished. The finished product is incredible. The installation was as seamless as the product. Friendly-thoughtful-clean-respectful men who cared about our satisfaction. Not only would I reccomend them I already have. Other contractors should use Accent Interiors as their business model to achieve success.
Everyone that I worked with at Accent Interiors was so helpful. They did their best to give me the information I needed, and then when it came time for the installation the team they did top quality work. I highly recommend them!
We had a great experience with this company. The people that did the measurements were very nice and friendly and it was very quick! We had some cuts that needed to be perfect to fit against other cabinets, and they were perfect! The guys that did the install were friendly and definitely knew what they were doing! We are happy with our counter tops and service! Thank you!!
Accent was OK, overall. They helped us find a remnant of the solid surface we wanted. They were on time both for the template measurement and the install. Everyone we dealt with was really nice. Now why 3 stars:1. They had us review the layout which was difficult because there were no measurements.2. I asked what was going to happen to the excess material and how much there was. I never got a reply.3. The installers did not tape off the joint between the tile and the surface. As a result, there is caulking smeared on the tile and grout. Its a cosmetic thing but its poor workmanship.4. There was some masking tape on the wall from some touch up painting that had been done. They just put the countertop in without removing the blue tape. Again, cosmetic, but poor workmanship and shows a lack of care.5. Their shoes were filthy. They tracked mud into the house.Overall, the solid surface looks great and things fit up nice. They just failed on some very basic things. Use them but be cautious and watch them!
It was really easy working with Accent. They were really professional and fast. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because we do need them to come back to remove some super glue that they missed on top of one of them. Other than that they are great! Thank you Accent.
Got kitchen counter tops. They are so beautiful. They helped me fine tune how I wanted them when they came to measure. Then took their time and were very precise when installing them. Truly professional in every sense of the word.
My sales person was Kami and even though my job was a vanity she treated me and my job as if we were the most important thing on her plate. I love her bubbly personality as well.My templator Chris is an awesome dude. I laughed the whole time he was at my house. My countertop measurements were perfect.Makell (layout specialist) & Ashley (Project Coordinator) did an awesome job too. They moved my job through the system quickly and efficiently and my layout ended up being so cool.Jerald my installer was fast & professional. Excellent quality.
I had Accent Interiors help me with my new pool house which included counter tops for a full kitchen and a bathroom. I had a very short time frame for my project and they were able to come through no problem. We have entertained many times since and I have received compliments on how beautiful the kitchen and bathroom look. Since then Accent has updated their showroom and their cabinetry looks great! I hope to be remodeling my kitchen in my house in the upcoming year. This time I will definitely hire Accent for the entire job.
We just had them help us last week with a kitchen and bathroom for a rental remodel we were doing. They were by far our best contractor we have hired so far. I really wish all contractors did this well. They arrived early and finished quickly with not problems at all. They even locked up for us.
Great place to get beautiful counter tops.. my sales rep, Kami did a great job leading me through the process.. Accent Countertops has very professional people come to template and install.
People at the showroom where helpful and knowledgeable. Installers where nice to talk to, but didnt clean up very well after themselves even after asking for a broom to do so. They also left glue on the granite and several places that was noticeable by touch but due to the granite colors, but not as easy to see alone. I would have liked to have been prepared for the mess mentally as it would have changed some of the prep we would have done. Overall we are very pleased with the product and process.
I am super pleased with the efficiency of the install process of my solid surface countertops. The store contacted me to let me know they would be installed a few days earlier. That was a pleasant surprise versus contractor delays. The installers were fast, courteous and experts at their job. Both of them did a great job and cleaned up after they finished! I would not hesitate to use them again !
We have used Accent for two different projects now and have had a great experience overall. The staff is great to work with. The communication is good. They are reliable and reasonable. Our main issue was that on our first job the countertops didnt look like the sample and looked off in our kitchen. They were good to help resolve the issue. However, I highly recommend taking a cabinet and flooring sample with you to the showroom and picking out your specific slab. Accent did a great job on the installation and I recommend them.
The people were great, friendly and professional. The installation of countertops was quick and fit great. I could see people having an issue with scheduling as they come when they can and the exact time isnt always set in stone and can be shorter notice than ideal. But hey, welcome to the remodeling world. Ive worked in the industry and sometimes that just how it goes. Overall quite happy with the work done.
My installer Ludwig and Andrew we amazing. So efficient and clean. Candance kept me informed constantly, called me back or text me every time I had a question. I love this company and their employees.
They did a really good job. A little slow with scheduling but we are very pleased with the final product. I would use them again in my next remodel
My mom went to Home Depot (first mistake) this company came to do the work. They cut the wrong pieces, it was allot darker color then she picked, she told them that she did not want it, they offered her a $200 refund (the countertops cost $6,000) pick a local company you know, stay away from corporate America and you should be fine.
I purchased a showroom kitchen off KSL from them. Chris was over the top helpful in all that he did. Very responsive and polite. They had to cut the counter-top for us. It would have been easy for them to not respond or push us on the back-burner. This was not the case. I would definitely go with these guys again!
Our experience with Accent Interiors was fantastic! Our new countertops are beautiful and exactly as expected. Everything went smoothly from order, to template, to installation. I highly recommend Accent Interiors!
Accent Interiors did a fabulous job with the granite counter top for my basement bathroom. Their designers helped me choose the perfect type of granite and explained the entire process. After a template was created, they allowed me to position it on the granite, so that I received the best grain pattern of the stone. The installers were professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
These guys were punctual and professional. The install was flawless and we were kept informed as the job progressed. The staff are very friendly and we feel like we got a great value for our money. Overall were so glad we went with Accent Interiors and would highly recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work and thank you for making our kitchen so jaw dropping beautiful.
I hired Accent Interiors to replace an entire kitchen and bathroom for me and then install existing quartz counters as a perfect fit and compliment to the new cabinets. They did not disappoint. They worked with me to find the best cabinets at a very reasonable price and installed on time. I was able to sell my home for top dollar immediately after. I know the new kitchen was a major contributing highlight in my home selling and I am very pleased with both the selection process and the finished product.I particularly enjoy hiring a contractor when I get exactly what I expect--both price and quality. Accent has managed to do both very well and for that I thank you!
