I bought a Scag zero turn from them on Thursday 9 April. It was delivered on Friday the 10th. My expectations were that I had bought a 2020 model, it is 2020! I called and got the runaround from one of the employees so I talked to Rick the owner. I explained my expectations of a 2020 model not a 2019 and my logic behind it. With a little back and forth we came to an agreement in a reasonable amount of time. In life, that’s about as good as it gets minus no issues at all. I look forward to working with Rick in the future, as he is a reasonable Man, and intends on keeping his business in good standing to the Comunity!

I cannot rate this place favorably because:A. Repairs take far too long.B. Instead of charging a reasonable price for a repair part, in my case they were going to charge me an over 100% markup on the part. :/To the business, here is a protip: WE can do business ANYWHERE. WE can also look up the parts online and SEE what the prices are. We can also find most repairs on YouTube. It is 2019, so up your game or wither on the vine.
