First and last time at a Office Depot! So glad they are closing!!! They were very overpriced but that is what it is. But the cashier was BEYOND rude! I asked her if this was where you checked out as there was not a light on and no one was at the counter. She hatefully said yes. So I asked her if someone would be coming up to check us out as we had been waiting about 4 min at this point.....hatefully she answered yes, when I get time! Well ok then.....your job is to ring people out and you were talking to a friend!!! Do what they pay you for and dont act hateful when a customer asks a question. So I wanted to just leave everything there be done with the place. But I ended up just checking out and leaving!

I often call before coming to the store to ensure that they have stock and I get there and again was told they sold out yesterday. They obviously don’t care about customer service or they would have checked stock and they failed to do that. Poor management

I can always find back to school supplies at Office Depot. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

They walk around tell you to stop and wait for an associate. But they wont even look at a pic of what your looking for! And no they are not helpful

I do not care for this store at all! The employees were more interested in their conversation than what I was looking for. I looked the store over for a good 15 minutes for carbon paper, finally I went to the desk and ask the young man if they carried it and where it was located. He pointed it out and went right back to the conversation at hand, it was grossly overpriced. I went to the register tried to ask a question and was ignored!!! To say the least I came home with NO carbon paper. I will find some elsewhere or order it online. Also their website says they close at 9 this is untrue they close at 8. My overall experience with this particular store was absolutely horrible and I have no intentions of returning!!!

If you need help with something CALL THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. I needed a copy of my receipt and I called the given customer service number. Was on the line for over an hour and the woman was rude and DIDNT EVEN PROCESS MY REQUEST. The man at Headquarters was very helpful and polite.

For the most part, I like our Office Depot. I frequently use the Rewards program and order online and pick up in store. I also utilize the shipping service for selling on ebay. The only drawback I have for this store is when the only register that is open is at the copy desk. That should be reserved for that purpose and regular checkout should be at a regular register. That way I dont have to wait when someone is printing business cards, etc.

Lots of new and used games and supplies. Usually can find good prices on used items

Normally love this place but service was not up to par. While waiting on me the clerk left to wait on someone else. We were not finished with the FedEx task. No explanation was offered.

They didnt have what I was looking for ..But I found stuff for my wife .. she was happy

Went in for a laptop. Found what I wanted, told the sales associate helping that I wanted to buy it. Sales associate looked up his inventory and said that the store only had a display model but one could be orderd and in for pickup in 2 -3 days. Decided I would buy a chromebook. They didnt have the model I wanted but could order one in for pickup in 2-3 days. This is why Amazon is so successful! One would think a store that sells laptops, has a specific model on display wouls actually have at least one in the store to sell. I left without buying anytjing, ordred exactly what I wanted on my Amazon app and itll be on my front door step in 2 days or less.

Office depot has a great set up, great product, and excellent customer service, but their prices are soooo high, its shameful!

Last time I went in they had a desk on sale I really wanted and had none in stock so I asked about the floor model and they wanted to charge me an extra 80 dollars as an assembly fee will not be going back.
