Why is it 10:35 on a Saturday and no one is here to unlock the door and run the place? Your hours are listed as 10am on Saturday.

This location has no sense of customer service and does not deserve to be a franchise location for UPS Store. Went in during normal business hours and discovered a lengthy line that wrapped out the door. This is not a big deal really, everyone just waited their turn. Only one employee working.I needed a box to put my shipment in and when I got to the counter, the employee was nice but clearly wanted to just get everyone through, so she took the item, said she would package it up later and set it to the side and gave me a receipt. Fail enough.Some days later, the company that received it said they received a mangled and destroyed item not in a box but in the original tube. The item in the tube that was valued at $600+ was nowhere to be found.Apparently it was not boxed but sent just in it raw form with the sticker slapped on it. The receiver was the person paying for the shipment so they will have to deal with UPS but customer service is lacking at this location mostly because they have one person trying to take care of so many people. Avoid at all costs.

Had an Amazon drop and pulled up shortly after 4pm. People in the store but door was locked. Employee unlocked door and said we’re closed. Proceeded to close and lock door. An Amazon return might take 30 seconds, great customer guy. Will be driving the other nearby UPS location in the future.

As someone with a hearing loss its been nerve wracking go to places lately without the ability to lip tead. But, your single male employee (im sorry I didnt catch his name) was lovely today. He was kind and patient. Ill definitely be coming back if hes here

Closed early bad day

Dropped a star because the blonde guy isn’t very nice. Not the biggest deal but he told me to put the boxes on the scale, one of which was really tall and narrow. Because of this I stood it up and instead of telling me to put it horizontal he just pushed it into me, and I instinctively grabbed it thinking it was falling over. Then noticed it was him continually pushing on it and never saying a word. I thought it was super weird. The young dark haired kid is always super nice though. Mainly super nice people working there. Never had a bad experience and I’m in there a couple times a month at least! Very friendly environment, and they never make you feel like they’re put out to do anything

The people were nice.

I love being able to have them hold my packages for me until I drop by to pick them up instead of having them stolen while I am gone

Been going here for a few months now for various print jobs. Dan has always been super helpful and makes the prints look great.

Bonnie and Jessie are my favorite Employees but there is this other guy there who started to over charge me instead of continuing to stay there I started going to a different location. That one guy over charging me ruined it.

Missed a signature required package and came to the store. It was right before the holiday and they called the driver, found the package, and I was able to pick it up. Really glad they bent over backwards so I could pick up a package.

This store is the worst. They NEVER answer their phone.

Ive been shipping the same package, same envelope same filling, for the past year. The price jumps every time. With the new owners its worse than it was before. The teenage daughter is incredibly unprofessional and father is belittling.

Paid a ridiculous amount for over night to Vegas from SLC and they couldn’t deliver it as promised.And they don’t care to stand behind their guarantee.Use any other business for this service than UPS!!!! Ask for compensation and they basically just laugh at you and figuratively flip you off!

Incompetent employee didnt know hot to operate a printer, but I still got charged and didnt even get the papers I needed.I feel ripped off. Avoid this place!

The old hag running the place cant accept prepaid UPS stickers on packages unless you going to pay for that?
