Such a cute coffee shop! Not only is the coffee delicious (I had the pumpkin spice latte) but my breakfast sandwich was also amazing! (I had the Good Morning America) Customer service was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space here to sit inside, upstairs which I think is really cool, and also seating outdoors on their cute patio. Great spot! I look forward to the next time.
Such a chill environment to relax and enjoy your grub. I love the bright and open spaces. The yummy food and stellar service go to match!!! 🔥🔥For coffee you really cant go wrong no matter what you choose. I am more of a sweet coffee person so I really enjoyed the vanilla latte, white chocolate mocha, and the ever so marvelous bees knees 🐝 💖🙌When it comes to food, youre in good hands. I am a fan of their chicken sandwich, pb&j, and avocado toast. You can even add a fried egg which is perfect for a quick pick me up snack. The service is also super friendly and spot on, a big reason why I keep coming back.Thank you Intazza!! I appreciate you and your staff 🔥🙏💖🙌
Their iced Bees-need is AMAZING!!!! Seriously the best late i have ever had! I was in the area & love to look up non-chain coffee houses to try wherever I go. The nice cashier said this was their signature drink & most popular one with local honey in it. So I have It a try with oat milk and I was blown away!!! I so hope I get to come back to this area so I can get another one!!! Amazing!
There are things that I like about La Tazza and some that I do not. The atmosphere is comfortable with plenty of working stations for those of us who work from our homes and the place is clean although very often the tables are not. The coffee is good and definitely reasonably priced. The food items are very good quality although I’ve only tried a couple. Staff is split, a few are outstanding but most of the rest I would either replace or invest in some people skills training. Hopefully management has a plan for this. Wish I knew names of the stand out staff!
I always get my morning coffee, when Im running errands, here. People are so nice and doesnt matter which drink you choose youll love it. Took my aunt here for the first time and tried the food. Her family owns multiple successful restaurants, and she claimed the sandwich she had was the best she ever tasted.
This is our first time coming here. Salad was really good. Just be careful when you order a drink that you ask what it really is. It wasnt too clear on the menu that what I was ordering was actually a coffee drink. I thought it was a tea drink until I took the first drink and almost threw up. But they gladly switched it out for a drink that was more to my liking. Partly bad wording on the signage but partly my fault too.
I have only been here once but I really liked their matcha latte and no sugar sweetener option. I cant wait to try their avocado toast option and affogato!
First time here. Very open, industrial look. The women at the counter was very helpful in suggesting items. I got the iced vanilla latte with lavender (highly recommend) and my husband got the iced shivered caramello. We also split the bagel with cream cheese/strawberries (strawberries are fresh), very good. Originally wanted to try the pecan bagel, but they were out of pecans ...must be a popular item.Only negative I would say is the tables need to be cleaned more often to accommodate the guests coming in.
They charged me twice on 3 occasions so far. I have not even gone back for a refund for the 3rd incident that happened on Sunday due to lack of time. I usually order online and pick up to save time. Today I doordashed and they sent my coffee half empty because I asked for no milk. Unbelievable.. never againEdit** added screenshots of video taken with my Ring camera. No, I did not click on the submit button multiple times. You cant even click on it multiple time because it automatically transfers you to a confirmation page. I showed your employees my bank statement and my sample cafe confirmation emails as evidence. I didnt even mention that my coffee being half full was not just a 1 time thing. This was the 2nd time but I never left a negative review and always gave you guys the benefit of a doubt. The employee that gave me a half-full coffee that first time did not even apologize. When I complained, he simply said oh and corrected my order.
This was a welcomed and unexpected find for this area. A very trendy and warm place to meet friends or get some work done with options to sit inside, outside, or upstairs. I got the orange peel pour over and it was fantastic! The avocado toast left much to be desired but that’s nothing to dock any stars over. Highly recommend Intazza!
This place was my go to place for breakfast for the longest time. Slowly and surely the quality of their coffee has gone down to which I didn’t mind because the breakfast items like the good morning america are amazing. To my dismay, the quality of their breakfast items have gone down as well. An original avocado toast left a very weird taste in my mouth. Didn’t see any browning on the avocado but it tasted odd. They changed the bun on the good morning America to a plain old hamburger bun (it was once a brioche). This changes the whole feel for the breakfast sandwich. It had layers of texture that held up through the entirety of the eating experience. It now is a soggy heap of mayonnaise that left me, for the first ever, only finishing half of it.Please bring back the brioche bun…this new bun made the sandwich completely undesirable.Edit: Absolutely love the passive aggressiveness from the ownership of this establishment and to joke about covid in that manner? Apparently, they cannot take a well constructive critique about their food. Wishing them well in their future endeavors. Thankfully there are other and better coffee establishments around.
Great place to come and study or just hangout! The coffee is pretty good too. The only problem is that many of the young employees are rude. Also, every time I get the same order and different employees charge me a different price. So I would recommend that the manager really explain what the prices are so there is no confusion. I will change this to a 5 if I notice consistency in the price in the future.
Great coffee, friendly staff. Every time u come in Im welcomed with a smile regardless of how busy they are.
Bomb Coffee... I have been a Starbucks junkie for years, but I think Intazza Is my new favorite spot....Their Chai Is amazing, but so Is their Bees Knees....
I just love the atmosphere here. Its so different from what youd usually find around here. Ive always had tasty drinks here. I tend to like tea lattes and theirs do not disappoint.
Definitely coming back. Great staff and good vibes
The place is nice. But the menu ... There are no desserts. Even cheesecake. French toast is just a piece of dry bread, even without butter or cream -absolutely not tasty- it definitely doesnt cost $ 7. There is only one type of baked goods on the display without price tags. And dont ambrelkas- no shadou outside. Correct and it will be 5 *they also use too many disposable tableware when it is completely unnecessary. I ordered a danish and they served it in an addition container, Although not needed.Added. EVERY time I ask you not to use a plastic container and every time they do it. Its not very environmentally friendly.
Very dirty. Food on the floor and on tables. Empty food case. No interaction between employees and customers. Boring place. Was there for awhile for a meeting decided not to order anything. Wont go back for any reason.
Great food and coffee and generous portions. Food is reasonably priced. The place is large with many areas to sit down and hangout. We go here for lunch often. The southwest salad is great and the flat breads.
Ive been here a few times and I like their menu. Today I had an ice blended mocha coffee and an avocado toast with an egg on top. Service is fast and everything is really good! You can stop by for a drink or a quick bite and wont spend a lot of money, prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place
Its a nice coffee shop behind the busy 79 road but you can easily access.Spend some time with friends while enjoying their coffee or your liked snaks. They have got plenty of seating area including outside seating.Google msp may tak you to other corner of the business so make sure to check other end of the building as well.
This coffee shop is hidden, in an industrial/ business area in the parking lot of the Rock Church. The atmosphere was chill with warm vibes. Lots of space to sit and study if needed. I had trouble figuring out what I wanted the staff was considerate and tried to understand what I wanted and found the right drink. This is quality coffee/ espresso. So smooth and delicious, well balance. I will definitely go again when I’m in the area.
Went there on Sunday evening.. got there 15 mins before they close and the first thing the girl in the counter tells us is everything that they are no longer selling. If that is the case they should put a sign that says we close at 7pm not 8. We just order coffee and they I go back to order a cookie and the tell me that they are all out of pastries. We go we sit outside exactly at 8 o’clock they tell us to we have to leave which is fine so we get up and as we are saying our good bye with other friends that it was there first time there we are outside the court yard and a bit later a guy with a beanie come out the front door and tell us if we can move from the front door because they are counting the money from the register and the front door is unlock. That’s where I felt they went a bit too far..We are 3 couples with our wife’s and there was a party of 10-15 people in the parking lot as well and they singled us I believe because we are Latinos. We left we such a bad taste in our mouth that we will never ever go back I emailed corporate and have not gotten nothing back in return.
This is probably the only coffee shop I will eat food from. I dont ever eat sandwiches or snacks from coffee shops normally, but this one is different. Larger size coffee shop than normal, an actual kitchen where the food is prepared and my favorite hot white chocolate (since I dont drink coffee)!!!! This place is pretty awesome and Im glad my wife exposed me to it. Ill be back Im sure!
My wife, 6 month old daughter and I decided to give this place a try. All I can say is wow the young lady that helped us was excellent and very professional. She seen it was our 1st time there and went above and beyond. Her name is Jade and she was the best server I have had the pleasure of being served by.
Great little hidden gem!! Great coffeee
Great coffee, great food. Nice spacious seating area. Wi-Fi indoor and outdoor seating.
Great place to go and get a REAL coffee. The steamed milk is amazingly thick in your lattes. I ordered the bees knees latte which has honey and cinnamon in it. Ive tried the plain croissant and the cheese danish. Both were great. A friend tried the chocolate croissant and it was good. Another friend said she didnt like the cinnamon rolls because they were almost raw inside.
This was my first visit the place was cool 😎 a lot of young people on laptops 💻 not to noisy plus seating inside n out! My chicken 🐔 sandwich was delicious 😋
Amazing food and coffee. The staff is equally amazing
Excellent food and staff. Loved the decor and vibe. Nice place.
Great service, clean and great community space. Shake up was very refreshing
I used to love this place. I would come a couple times per week to work, get coffee, get snacks, food, etc. I loved everything I ever got there and loved the vibe and the space. I drove there the other day to grab a coffee to-go. I remembered they had a little drive-thru set up early in the pandemic. I was shocked to see they were open with people standing in line and sitting inside with no masks. We walked right back out. I can’t risk that. If you care about food service places taking masks seriously, don’t waste the drive. So sad. It felt like being betrayed by one of my favorite places.
Stopped by here today because it was a hassle to find a Starbucks open lately. We were not disappointed! The person who took our order was very helpful and cheerful. We had the grilled cheese and avocado toast with a white mocha and chocolate chip mint iced coffee. Absolutely delicious! This is definitely going to be our go-to place!
Food was pretty good. Coffee was a 4/10. Ordered a cinnamon toast latte & the barista let the shot of espresso sit in the cup for 5-6 min before even starting to steam the milk. Luckily the flavoring masked most of the burnt taste. Management needs to hire older staff or have an experienced manager nit-picking workers and their products.
The food and drinks here have improved so much since they have opened. Everything was delicious and the environment is very relaxing to either hang out or get work done.
Loved this place! Will be going back for sure!
Great place, not too Many food options but now that all the Starbucks are closed this is the place to work at.
Love this place. Tho the quality of the coffee is hit or miss
Cozy, cute place with good coffee. Good place to study too!
The coffee isnt bad, its the staff is why I would give a 2 star rating. It never fails when I go in, the staff is never welcoming and always annoyed to take your order and they always leave before the transaction is even over. Ive been going on and off for years so it must be the management hiring the same type of people. Good customer service makes a difference and I rarely go anymore because of it.
Love the coffee here! Iced or hot are all good. Nice ambience and great coffee ☕👌
The lattes are yummy but the food is bland. Nice environment to do homework or a girl date with a friend.
Cashier and Barista were amazing...friendly and quick. The place was super busy today, so the food took awhile.
This is a more of a high end coffee place. Lot bigger than Starbucks and they have lots of different flavored coffee and teas. Wifi also available. It is located at a sort of isolated spot in Murrieta but lots of people discovered it already. Pretty cool place.
Breakfast was good, but finished our large coffee before the food arrived. A little pricey.
Doing coffee right! Got a Cortado for myself and mocha for my husband, both really good! The espresso is nice and balanced. Highly recommended if you’re a purest.
In a food desert, this place is an oasis! It would hold its own in any city, but here it is an incomparable gem with the best breakfast Ive had in a long long time! The avocado toast is next level delicious
Nice, my new favorite coffee spot. Great food and coffee!
My favorite study spot. They have a swing table!! It’s awesome.
This place is amazing. The coffee is great food is even better. We how old are mens and womens Bible studies here every Saturday morning.
Love the cool vibe of the place and all the healthy food available, in addition to the excellent teas and coffee.
Coffee is good but the young adults who work there (not all) are flat out rude. Katie needs a lesson in customer service ASAP. she was rude to the people who ordered in front of us and just as rude when we ordered.
I am new to the area and Intazza was a great find. Food was delicious and a wide variety of coffee and other food and drinks.
Vanilla Chai tea (hot) has been On Point the last two times I have visited. Yum!!!!
The atmosphere of this coffee shop is amazing! I love that they have two levels and a gorgeous outside patio. It is spacious and welcoming. The staff is friendly and eager to help you order a drink you will love. Their coffee is great too! However, I wish they could make their shivered drinks vegan. I also wish they offered gluten free and vegan pastries. The reason I am only giving them three stars is because I have gone twice during Covid-19 and both times at least TWO of their staff have NOT been wearing masks. One time I saw a staff member touching his mouth with his gloves. It is this kind of carelessness that has lost a customer.
Atmosphere is amazing! Just love love it. I am not 100% on the food though - would like some alternatives to sourdough bread on the sandwiches. Mediocre pizza at best, and with no crushed red pepper, sadly. Otherwise wonderful place!
Lots of indoor and outdoor sitting areas.Employees are really nice and patient.Their coffee is great. Also their seasonal drinks are delicious.
I often go here (roughly twice a week) to decompress and get some artwork done without distraction and its always a relaxing experience for me. The cafes industrial chic aesthetic combined with the general coffee shop ambience is wonderful for relaxing, hanging out with friends, studying, getting some work done, etc. The staff is always nice and the menu items are both delicious and affordable! I highly recommend their classic avocado toast and white mocha latte!
Im editing my 5 star review to one. Ive tried 4 times now to support this local business. We absolutely believe in supporting all the small businesses around us. The 1st time was great, though we did have difficulty getting service. The last 3 times our order has been wrong, though weve been charged, weve had difficulty getting the attention of someone to assist us, and this last time the young lady assisting me questioned whether or not I had actually been charged while I was holding the receipt in my hand. Everyone is tired, everyone is stressed, but that was it for us.
Nice place to go study, hang out, or have a meeting. Really good food. I had the flourless chocolate cake and it was uh-mazingly good. So, I am definitely going back for that alone.
My family and I like to come here for coffee and sometimes we get food.Definitely recommend this place
Love this place, and theyre open for dine in. Bring your favorite peeps and boardgames ❣
My partner and I visited this place for the first time and walked in to find that people seated inside were NOT wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. When we walked up to the counter we saw a barista with long blonde hair making drinks with her mask pulled down below her chin and her mouth open.Needless to say this is all very negligent and we left without purchasing anything. Intazza needs to do better.
An everyday type of coffee shop for everyone with great indoor and outdoor seating but the most important part is that the coffee is delicious and the perfect temperature. Not to mention the food is great, and the prices aren’t crazy. It’s a little hidden but definitely a great find!
Very spacious. Ive been here a few times and it can get pretty busy. I havent tried the food. Only the coffee drinks. The reason Im not giving this 4 stars is because I waited a long time for my order today despite it not being as busy as I usually find it. Most tables had coffee stains on them, making it seem like the cleaning was a little neglected. Considering covid the tables arent really spaced out indoors or out. Luckily they have seating outside that makes you feel more comfortable. The thing that I find the most disturbing is the replies Im reading from the owner on some peoples reviews. I can see why the staff isnt as friendly as other coffee spots if thats the example management gives. The coffee is definitely more delicious than starbucks, and coffee bean ect.
Amazing Coffee shop! It has a large front area as you step inside with chairs and tables all along the wall. There is a second level with cozy couches and coffee tables for studying or playing games and a beautiful outdoor wooden side patio that drowns out a majority of the street noise next to you. In the back of the patio is a long lounge couch with two gas fire pits and a sit set table. Their have a very modern menu with delicious experimental options and can tailor to any dietary needs.
Unfortunately, very low quality. 6 month old bags of beans on the retail shelf, baristas walking away from their milk pitchers while still steaming the milk, sputtering and long shots of espresso being pulled. My cortado was so bad and watery, I threw it away.My partner’s bee’s knees was similarly bad.Intazza used to be good coffee! Now there is no quality standard being upheld.
Pure filth!I mean do they ever clean the place?
I wish I could say this place was too trendy and not my style; but damn, they really did an awesome job on this place and I cant fault them for anything. Came here with some friends and we were all really impressed. The coffee was delicious, and they put the extra effort into the small details when making it. Although I didnt order anything else, my friends both ordered some amazing looking salads that looked like some of the best salads Id seen in a long time. The space was comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The staff were friendly enough, and picking up our orders was simple and timely. Although we came here during a slow time of day, I get the feeling there could be longer wait at busier times, so plan accordingly. Im definitely looking forward to going back.
