Brittany always does me a great job! She lets me know when theres an opportunity to save money on my bill, upgrade my phone (which I do frequently), and she knows the answers to all my questions. I would recommend visiting this store for any of your cellular needs. The entire staff has always been kind and knowledgeable.

The worst service I ever used

The worst experience EVER! Was treated horrible! Had an appt and they didnt greet me.. 37 mins LATER treated me with utter disrespect! Ive been with them for yrs and was going to spend ALOT OF MONEY! MOST DISRESPECTFUL GUY EVER!! Left w/o anything that guy was soooo rude and i had my young son with me!

I went in to check to see if it was time for a phone upgrade. My phone wasnt working correctly, turns out it just needed cleaned, but I still wanted something new. Paul helped me find a new Samsung and got me set up with a new IPad. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! Would definitely go to him for any future cellular needs.

The fella that waited on me went above and beyond trying to help solve my issue to no avail but sure gave it aboyscout try!

So I called and asked if they had any iPhone 11s and they said mhm no just because they were closing! 🙄😑 not very happy with them! Quit lying to customers just so you can go home

Signal was weak a lot mof feedback and interference dropped calls

The salesman Ignacio asked me something inappropriate on thanksgiving weekend while I was in the store and nothing has been done about it since then if nothing is done I’m ending my service there

Terrible...try hiring more people! Been there twice in the last week to pay my bill and the line is to the door! So much for personal experiences ...

They are really help full what ever you need help with they can do it for you if it comes to needing a new phone they can help you pick one out
