Every time I go there I am greeted by the employees. Not only do they go above and beyond on their customer service but they actually do care about making sure I receive great prices and not missing out on any deals. They are super fast too, and offer detailed information on everything I have a question about. 10/10 Metro in Muscle Shoals has always helped me.

I have always had great experiences in the Metro store in Muscle Shoals. Everyone there is always kind and very helpful. The sales associate Yassley has actually always gone above and beyond though with her patience and ability to assist with all my needs. I recommend Metro PCS to everyone, especially the Muscle Shoals location! 😊

Ive been dealing with this metro store for about 10 months. They are the rudest people (epically the male) I believe Ive ever spoken with. Gets a smart attitude just because I asked a simple question about a replacement phone. In my opinion this place is just horrible.

Greeting was great and the associate took care of what needed to be done. I was given the best deal after the line died down but Ill be back to them. Muscle Shoals is awesome!The Sheffield store is horrible and a rip off!!! I will never walk in that store again!! I was disrespected and treated as a fool only to raise the price that was given to me. They told me 5 lines was $200.00 then try to charge $500.00!! I said thank you for nothing then walked out the door

If I could I would give negative stars. Paid bill phone shut off saying I owed 12.00 called customer service computer would not give me a person. Called store told me to call customer service told them couldnt get a person hung up on me.

Always too busy for the staff on hand. The phone is never answered and their voicemail box is always full. Dont waste your time, go to a different store.

I absolutely like the metro service but the people that work for this organization are absolutely the worst, my daughter came in to get service but the girl with long hair that works in this store was so rude! She ended up going to the Sheffield location.

I went there to get a new phone that they were promoting and they didnt even have it in stock. The customer service is horrible they were on their phone and they were rude when we ask them a question. I left and dont even want to get metro pc service.
