Extremely rude Employee who apparently cares more about texting than helping me. Not to mention charging me 5 bucks because their Sim card quit working on a phone previously on AT&T. Dont stop by here and ask Laurie for anything. OH and her way of getting out of this issue was to call me rude. And she plans to note my account with the 8 lines I have? STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! FLORENCE IS CLOSE BY.

I always get the AT&T Brand Screen Protector for the convenience that if anything happens I can just go in and get a replacement. The manager Tina/Christina was not very helpful towards me nor towards her employee. I’m not sure if she was even the manager. She clearly put the screen protector on wrong and I received a rude remark. She was not at all professional. Very disappointed! Will not be going back to this store again.

We came in right before closing and Josh Painter was fantastic! He took time with us to help us with a phone that had been dropped. He never rushed or made us feel like we needed to go even though it was close to closing time. He was very personable and took great care of us!

Never once had a robotic experience like usual when dealing with AT&T but instead was a person to person type of interaction. Collin has been absolutely wonderful during my visit. My phone not working was stressing me out, he helped me throughout the whole process and calmed my nerves. The service was quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this location.

Device paid for in cash and now have been trying to get the phone unlocked for over a week because the carrier doesnt give good service in my area, being denied due to number cancelation. Which why would the number being cancled matter if I bought the phone with cash? Gentlemen in store tried to unlock device didnt tell me he locked me out of my account for 24 to 48 hours. Called At and have been the run around for over a week. I never would have bought a phone if it wasnt going to be unlocked due to issues with service and needed to try it out. As of 8/11/2021 I tried calling to speak to management and of course I was on hokd for 30 mins. So no your not avaible to get me help and I have since taken a hit of 500 dollars because I can only spend so many days fighting on the phone I even asked if they want a pic of my reciept and when I go on the site it said phone unlocked but it would unlock at the Verizon store. Also you told me about being locked out 24 to 48 hours did you think I had trouble understanding that? I understood what it meant I did understand the guy in the store did it for me and did not tell me he did that and new my account was locked. All he said is I am going to try on a site. He never gave me the site just said after ten mins he couldnt do and I would have to call customer service. This is why I put bad review and then spending hours on the phone waiting and then to not be helped correctly is frustrating and how much time is worth how much money?

Went in today to the muscle shoals store they were quiet busy. When it was my turn next the lady Alexandru made sure to sanitize the chairs and table her last customers sat at before sitting us. My husband is high risk and I asked her if she didn’t mind just double downing on sanitizing his chair and the table if it wasn’t an issue. She did not care at all she was glad to and smiled as she carried on with our conversation. I felt like a burden but she made sure I knew I was no where near that. Just all kindness from her. It’s nice to feel safe in stores with the virus going around. It’s nice also to have staff actually care for their customers like we are family. We really enjoyed her. Tonight my husband and I along with our family spoke about her at the dinner table. Smiles are contagious and hers definitely was one to always remember. We enjoyed alexandru. We will be using her from here on out.

I absolutely love going to the AT&T store in Muscle Shoals. Sharon, Lori, and Jamarcus are my go to reps. Every time I visit the store, I request either one of them specifically because they know what they are doing. They always help me get my issues fixed and show me the best plans and services that meet my needs. They don’t just try to force stuff on you that you don’t need. The managers Janna and Lance are easy to work with too. I definitely recommend this store to others!

This guy went through the ringer for me and got my account issues fixed as well as hooking me up with information on the best deal in finding a new phone. I cannot recommend him enough!
