These guys are very awesome! I highly recommend this boost store over any other. The people who work in this store are very good people! Im not a boost customer but brought my 72 year old mother in and after seeing how the employees treat customers it made me want to switch to boost. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

Horrible selection on phones. But on the plus side it was the only store in town that answered the phone. when I called. Literally when I went to the other store. The guy said they have phone problems (WHAT KIND OF PHONE STORE HAS PHONE PROBLEMS)

It was terrible. They overcharged us by at least 50 dollars. We called corporate and theres nothing we can do. Dont go to this boost store. Go to the boost in the lakes mall

This store wanted charge me $105.00 to transfer from Metro PCS to Boost... Went to the Laketon location and they switched me for $75.00, same phones better deal... The apple location gouges you on their prices... Any other store is better...

My phone would work and catch on to the network and soon as I handed it to the boost guy he knew exactly what was wrong. My sim card was missing. He helped me out and put me and the right phone instan

Horrible looked at phones decided on one and was checking out and the guy said it was display box Ill grab you a new one and he sure did grabbed me the cheaper budget one and I didnt notice and I payed and walked out I went back to tell them they gave me wrong phone and said cant help you, you walked out of store and theyre no returns except if you want the same one called on them at call care and they dont care. For better service go to Metro PCS they do care.

Employees Sharelle (I believe her name is & please forgive me if not correctly spelled), & Matt, both proved to be extremely knowledgeable, were unbelievably accommodating & so very patient with me as they quickly & efficiently resolved my phone issues. I want to thank Matt & Sharelle for being so understanding, friendly & refreshingly personable. Thank you Sharelle for making me laugh on a day I was desperate to muster up even a smile!!!
