Fantastic service and they very helpful. They service what they sell, if its indeed serviceable.

Everything one may want for their backyard sanctuary, and top-shelf pet food and supplies as well.

A couple weeks ago I went to Snug Harbor to bird watch and drove past this place on the way there. I wanted to check it out on my way back. I pulled in at 3:52. Right as I was about to get out someone left the building, I originally tonight she was a customer. So I put my mask on, walked up to the door and it was locked. Sign said theyre open until 4:00, it was 3:53. Thats false advertising. AND the lady, assumed owner saw me pull in and still locked the doors. And thats a real shame because I really wanted to check this place out.

This was my go to shop this past Christmas. They have great gifts for the bird lover and the best pet food you can get. I highly recommend Cathy and the Bird house.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I visited for the first time today to pick up meal worms for our gecko. The shop has a great assortment of gifts including locally made art, as well as birding and pet supplies.

I was here yesterday most friendly lady waited on me. Helpful and patient. I saw reviews about prices being high but I think they are normal I bought metal feeders for my hubby over 10 years ago and paid $80.I will differently go back.

Great place to find unique gifts

Name and outdoor garden area led me to think it was a garden. Boutique center. Homeshow display made me think that too. Sorry to say the place seemed to be falling apart. Big cats roaming around who broke things left in the isles. Dissapointed and left with itchy watery eyes.

Had what my wife was looking for. Owner very friendly and helpful. She also provided box to use to send via mail.

It had a pretty packed selection of bird and bat stuff but it was a little too crowded. prices were ridiculous, for a cheap birdbath of copper to be over 100 dollars. they had two nice shop cats and owner openly discussed how she was going to rehome one of them because they were shy, kind of weird.

Good inventory. Helpful advice. Even helped carry things to my car. As a bird lover, I am glad to have Cathy and her business in Muskegon.

Always have unique and different things in the store at good prices. Kathy is very knowledgeable about birds and the pet foods she carries. We purchase all of our dog food there. Prices compare to name brand in grocery store, but the food she carries is of much higher quality and healthier for your pets.

The highest quality pet foods, wonderful unique gifts, many beautiful types of garden art including statues, wind chimes and more.

Bird stuff, squirrel stuff, dog stuff, cat stuff, outdoor yard ornamentation--the Bird House has everything (except for maybe a more thoroughly descriptive name). Super friendly service too.
