Pros: They have a nice online system that will show you pictures of your repair as you go along as well as the status of everything. They did surprise me with cleaning the interior of my vehicle. They did provide a detailed write-up of what parts and labor would be involved with an explanation of each.Cons: I originally had my repair scheduled for September 20th when it was first scheduled on August 23rd. That was pushed out to October 18th for an unexplained reason. When I dropped the vehicle off I asked when it would be done. They stated Thursday. Little did I know that was Thursday of the next week. I called on October 20th asking for a status and thats when I found that news. They do not use their awesome online application for keeping you up to date. It sat in Check-in in progress for the whole repair. They then called me on October 25th stating that the paint costs would go up since they didnt realize it was a special paint. Im fine with that part. But they stated that it was going into paint and it would be done by Wednesday October 27th. October 27th comes and I call. It still had not gone into paint. I asked when it would be done and they said it would be October 28th. I waited on the 28th and called around 4:30PM. They said it still was not in paint and that it might be a bit since they had a power outage with the high winds that day. They called me on November 2nd and said it was ready. I got there to find that the gas door was not sitting flush, the seal around the fuel fill nozzle was not properly attached and folded over on it self. There was overspray from the primer on the cab of the truck. My airbag fill nozzles were also cut loose and dangling from the back of the truck. They stated it would only take 30 minutes to fix all of this. They then called me at the end of the day (4:30PM) and stated that they would have to wait for a part from the local Chevrolet dealership before they could get it fixed. They finally fixed all of that and I picked it up today (November 4th). I also had to go line by line to make sure they removed items that they did not replace.They put in their quote that they would have to replace some plastic items as they usually break. Im aware of that and was fine with it. I verified though that those parts were not replaced and had to have them remove it from the final bill. That was two weeks and three days that they had it where I had no communication from them and I felt like I had to pester them for updates. The airbag fill nozzles were still not attached properly when I came there today and they told me they followed the vendors instructions. I showed them the vendors instructions which showed they did it incorrectly. They fixed it while I was there.Conclusion:Their mission statement that was on the wall made me laugh while I was paying out. It talked alot about being transparent and quick to resolve issues. They also stated that they wanted to make sure their work was quality and that communication with the customer was top priority for them. They also mentioned that they wanted to wow the customer. They for sure got a wow out of me as Ive never had a more difficult time dealing with collision repair than here. This experience only involves the Mustang location as Im not sure how the rest of the locations work.

Collision Works provides amazing work and will treat you right! Michael Hennesse stayed past his time to leave on a Friday to give me an estimate. The bumper came in damaged which was completely out of their control causing my car rental to be extended and they took care of it! My car came back cleaner than I left it with no signs of damage. I had to get work for my car done as needed a new bumper and fender. Took about a week for the work to complete which was kinda slow. But the final product ended up being far better than I couldve hoped for. They took their time and made sure everything was done right! Even the headlights look significantly better than when they came in. I am really impressed with how it looks now! Thanks!

They do excellent work here very friendly and locally owned and operated just recently got it a vehicle of mine repaired here via insurance claim and couldnt be happier with the final product car looks absolutely gorgeous even better than it did before my only complaint about this place is that they did not check my ID to make certain that I was the owner of the vehicle before just handing me the keys and paperwork. They need to start verifying identity and proof of ownership before releasing vehicles. Cant ever be too careful these days, people will try anything

I was so very happy with our experience at Mustang Collision. We hit a deer with a vehicle that no longer had full coverage on it. We really wanted to keep it a few more years so we went in for an estimate. Not only did they do a great job but, knowing it was coming directly out of pocket, he worked hard to find ways to keep the price down for us. I really appreciated that. Both I and my husband were very pleased with the results and we would definitely recommend them!

Very poor service! They set up a time for me to drop it off to get started on it after my quote. The vehicle only had damage on the roof and was drivable. Ended up picking up my vehicle after it sat over there for 4 days untouched while I paid for a rental. Very unhappy and will not ever take any vehicle back to them!

Everyone at Mustang Collision was very helpful in the whole process. If I ever need any other collision work I would return. When I had a problem with the rental car they let me drive their loaner. I couldnt be more impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of Mustang Collision Center. Not only did they have my car back to me quick, they also kept me updated on the progress. If you value your car & your time. This is not the place for you. Who ever they contracted the mechanical work out to put the wrong transmission fluid in my car, busted the brake boosters, engine cradle Is crooked, dented the starter, damaged the alternator & left parts in my back seat. Yes, those parts were stabilizer parts for the frame. This is a State Farm preferred shop BTW.. body work is already cracking & falling apart. I had to have my car towed to a different shop. They caused another $11,000 to my car!!! I wouldn’t take my lawnmower to them!!!!

Worst place!! Would never recommend this place. Constantly lies. Never calls to update on car. Extremely unprofessional. Was told car would take couple weeks...it now has been months and months!!! Always has some kind of excuse...I am understanding when things come up, but this is just 100% unacceptable!

I was satisfied with the repair of my F150. They found additional damage and negotiated with the insurance to have it repaired correctly, rather than cheaply. There were delays but they can reasonably be blamed on the insurance company.
