These guys are the best in automotive collision repair. Dave is a super knowledgeable autobody shop owner who knows how to get you repaired and back on the road again. He is spectackular at working with all the major insurance companies 11as well as underwriters insurance companies and knows how to work at getting your vehicle repaired correctly with no compromise for substandard repairs. He is without a doubt a businessman for his customers

Stripped out a screw on the drivers side door on a car trying to replace the outside door handle. They were able to get it out and replace it and the new handle. Will definitely keep them in mind for body work needs!

Out West fixed my front bumper and hail damage. They were very reasonable with the price and my car came back looking brand new! I would highly recommend going to them. Dave and the are all awesome.

My father in law visited Dave recently to see about having his 1967 C10 painted/restored/assembled. After missing him at his place of business a couple of times and not being able to reach him over the phone (mailbox full), he eventually was able to meet up with him. Dave offered to come by his home to check out the truck and give him a quote. They agreed on Friday afternoon but failed to ever show for the appointment or call to reschedule. My father in law called Dave and he was very apologetic, stating that he failed to write down the appointment details. He asked my FIL if he could come by on Saturday between 1-2pm. They (again) agreed and (again) my FIL was stood up. My FIL texted him several times to check to see if Dave was still going to come by, yet no response.Once my FIL realized Dave was not showing he texted him and stated that “I guess you not showing us an invitation for me to look elsewhere?”Dave responds to my FIL calling him an “ass” and other unprofessional statements.Dave has a lot to learn about running a business. He may be task saturated but there is no excuse for calling potential clients names when HE is the one who is having difficulty running his business and/or his schedule.Look elsewhere. My FIL will definitely spend his $10,000 on getting his truck restored somewhere else.

I would do no stars if possible... Took my car to them to fix the hail damage... They said it would take 2 weeks it took 2 months... After getting it back things started to literally fall off... They didnt put screws back in my driver side quarter panel so it started falling off, they broke both lights on each side of my car, there was a ton of mud tracked in my car, AND there is still hail damage on my car... And I was 9 months pregnant when I went to pick my car up and there was a worker SMOKING in my car... Took my car back to show what was wrong thinking they would fix it to protect their reputation but instead they blamed it all on me and said they would need more money from my insurance to fix the things

Very impressed with the quality of my Hondas body repairs, my car looks brand new! Our only issues was lack of communication.

Took well over 3 weeks, owner Dave made tons of exuses for why it was delayed, blamed my insurance company, then blamed his employee, blamed the parts guy, bottom line, he got paid from my insurance company for genuine parts, he put after market parts to pocket money and put putty on the rest, had to take it back 3 times now and still not right, place is crooked! I would go anywhere else but here!
